Getting spoiled in a woman dominating world-Chapter 458: Daughter is back
Brandon, Yverine, and Florence were together under the wide shade of the tree on the grassy slope just outside the estate.
The evening sun hung low, painting the sky in slow strokes of orange.
Long golden light slanted through the branches above them, dappling the blanket they had spread on the grass and warming the three half-empty wine glasses resting between them.
Florence lay on her side, propped on one elbow as she took a slow sip of the wine.
Yverine sat cross-legged beside her, comfortably tucked between Brandon’s spread thighs.
She wore a thin black tank top and soft cotton shorts, hair tied up in a loose bun with a few strands escaping to frame her face.
Her back rested against Brandon’s chest, head tilted back so it nestled just under his chin.
Brandon sat behind her with one arm looped loosely around her waist while the other had slipped beneath the hem of her tank top some time ago.
His large hand cupped one of her breasts fully, and his fingers gently kneaded the soft flesh in slow squeezes.
His thumb brushed idly over her nipple, circling it with feather-light pressure that made her breath hitch every few seconds.
None of them spoke for a while.
They simply sat there in the golden hour with soft sighs of contentment when the breeze cooled their skin and quiet laughter when Florence made a dry comment about the latest academy gossip.
Yverine shifted slightly, arching her back just enough to press her breast more firmly into Brandon’s palm.
Florence glanced over "You two are shameless. We’re literally in broad daylight."
Brandon hummed lazily while his thumb rolled her nipple more firmly.
"She started it," he murmured against her ear. "Kept wiggling."
Yverine giggled "I’m just comfortable. Also... it’s rich hearing from you, Sister Florence."
Florence just smiled shyly.
She stretched out on her back letting the last of the sun warm her face.
As they were enjoying, Brandon saw a car pulling up to the house.
The car stopped and Kiera stepped out, rolling her arms.
Florence blinked in surprise to see her elder daughter "Kiera?"
Brandon slowly stood up, brushing the grass from his jeans "Oh my, my daughter is back... let me go greet her."
Hearing this, Florence blushed and swatted his leg "She is older than you."
Brandon chuckled and started walking toward the driveway.
Kiera watched him approach, and a small smile appeared on her lips "It’s been a while, Father."
Brandon stopped a few steps away and smiled dryly "It really has been. Come in."
Kiera’s gaze flickered towards Florence, and she waved her hand before walking with him into the house.
Brandon gestured toward the couch. "Tea or coffee?"
She shook her head gently as she stepped further in. "No, it’s okay..."
They sat on the couch and he asked "How are you doing these days?"
She gave a nod "I went with some other guild awakeners recently."
"We cleared a few dungeons and handled a couple of rupture incidents."
A faint, proud smile appeared on her lips. "It’s been... great."
His gaze softened "Good to hear that."
He could still remember when she was quiet and uncertain, carrying the weight of expectations that never quite fit her.
Seeing her now, speaking calmly about raids and field missions, there was a quiet confidence in her posture that hadn’t been there before.
Noticing his expression, her smile softened further "Mhm."
Then she looked down briefly, gathering her thoughts before continuing.
"So... I’ve been thinking about something. Like creating my own guild..."
Hm? Brandon was stunned to hear this "Woah, that’s amazing... if you need any help, just ask me. I can help you."
She nodded with a smile "Thanks. Currently... I am the only one in the guild, so I was wondering if you are interested in joining my guild."
Without hesitation, he nodded his head "Sure."
E-Eh? Kiera was taken aback to hear this "Huh? Are you sure...? That’s a quick answer."
"My daughter has asked me something for the first time, so obviously I would agree..."
Upon hearing this, she chuckled, "Thank you very much, Dad."
D-Dad? Brandon couldn’t help but chuckle "Now I feel old."
Kiera leaned back slowly, still processing everything.
Her heart was beating faster now from something closer to excitement.
A new guild to create her own path.
"...Then I guess," she said softly, looking at him with renewed determination, "I’ll have to work harder."
She tilted her head slightly. "You don’t even want to know the guild name first?"
"That’s important?" he asked.
Kiera’s lips curved into a small smile "Very."
He leaned forward slightly, "So?"
She met his gaze "The guild will be called Strelizia."
He gave a thoughtful nod "Sounds good."
Just then, footsteps echoed from the staircase.
Eira appeared halfway down the stairs when she noticed the figure sitting in the living room.
Her eyes widened slightly "Kiera...?"
Kiera turned her head toward the voice and a small smile appeared on her lips "Eira."
"It’s been a while."
Eira muttered, sitting beside Kiera on the couch.
"It really has been."
---
Eira had an amused look on her face as she leaned forward on the couch, "Eh, a new guild? Then I’m also joining!"
Yverine, sitting cross-legged beside her on the floor cushion, tilted her head thoughtfully.
"Hmm... maybe I can join too. I don’t have an awakener license though."
Florence had just walked in from the kitchen carrying a tray of steaming tea cups.
She set it down carefully on the low table, then lowered herself beside Brandon on the couch.
"Yeah," she said with a approving nod, handing one cup to Kiera first. "You can go explore dungeons together and fight aberrants. It’ll be good for you to have a shared purpose outside the academy."
Kiera had a dumbfounded look "Are you all sure... joining my guild?"
Eira grinned "Dead sure. I’ve been bored out of my mind with academy drills. And if you’re starting something new..."
"Been a while since I took missions outside of the Academy too..."
Florence took a slow sip of her tea "Starting your own guild... it suits you. And if the girls want to follow you, that’s their choice. I trust you to keep them safe."
She set her cup down "And I trust Darling to keep all of you safe."
Darling? Kiera glanced at Eira out of the corner of her eyes ’No reaction. I guess he confessed that he loves my mother and Eira.’
’Well, as long as they are happy and ok with sharing him. I don’t mind.’
With a chuckle, Brandon spoke "I am really proud of my daughter... starting her own guild."
Florence was embarrassed and nudged him "Stop teasing her."
Kiera also couldn’t help but giggle "I am also happy to have a supportive father."
Upon hearing this, Eira burst out laughing "Pfft... HAHAHA."
