Yu Holea performed her routine and felt like punishing herself.

Her cultivation wasn’t improving at all!

Yu Holea felt even more confused but she felt that Qiao Li was right and hence nodded her head.

Seeing the innocent look on Yu Holea’s face Qiao Li started thinking about how Yu Holea will be able to survive in front of her second brother with this level of innocence.

But then again her Second Brother was so aloof he wouldn’t trick Yu Holea, like her father does trick her mother.

Thinking so Qiao Li felt relieved.

But Qiao Li wasn’t able to hear the future Qiao Li’s words at all and said to Yu Holea,

"I am going to study for tomorrow’s exam."

Then she left.

When she reached Jackson High School she noticed that many people were gossiping.

And kept asking each other the question,

Even though all the students rushed out of the class at the same time, no one ran or made chaos.

Everyone walked swiftly but in an organized manner toward the backyard ground, intrigued by what this important announcement could be.

As they assembled at the designated area, the students whispered among themselves, sharing their speculations and expectations for the upcoming announcement.

Yu Holea noticed the air was thick with anticipation, the curiosity palpable in the expressions of her classmates.

Just then Mr. Fu walked into the area, and a hushed silence descended over the students.

Mr. Fu was known for his composed demeanor, yet today, there was an additional air of solemnity about him.

However if one looked closely they would notice the proudness in his eyes.

Yu Holea was now curious.

What could make her teacher proud?

"Dear students," Mr. Fu began, his voice resonating clearly across the gathered crowd.

"We have two significant announcements to make today, both of which will impact the school’s future."

The students held their breath, waiting in suspense for the news.

"Firstly," Mr. Fu continued,

"We have received a report from the Special Force Department about a hero, who has demonstrated exceptional bravery by catching an evil cultivator who killed hundreds of people.

The cultivation of that evil cultivator was very high but a Grade 10 student of Jackson High School was able to defeat that evil cultivator."

Everyone was curious about who this person was and waited for Mr. Fu to announce the name of the person.

On the other hand, Yu Holea was thinking of various ways to leave the ground.

The best solution was to turn invisible.

But then again her teacher would definitely be able to detect where she was.

"She is Yu Holea from the White House of Grade 10."

Before Yu Holea could come up with an idea, Mr. Fu directly announced her name.

Yu Holea could smile sensing the astonished gazes of her classmates, senior as well as junior.

Mr. Fu continued,

"Yu Holea has been recognized by the Special Force Department for her remarkable bravery and quick thinking in defeating the evil cultivator. Her actions have saved many lives and brought an end to a dangerous threat in our community."

The students erupted into a mixture of gasps, cheers, and applause.

Some were excitedly discussing her feats, while others stared at her with newfound respect.

Because the next second Mr. Fu announced,

"Hence, to honor Student Yu’s bravery, dedication, and exceptional skills, she has been chosen to represent Jackson High School in the upcoming Student Exchange Program."

Yu Holea was a bit confused.

Didn’t her teacher say that she was going to participate in the Student Exchange Program, why give it as a gift for her bravery?"

Mr. Fu didn’t stop and continued,

"Also she has been alotted 100 merit points by the Special Force Department because of her help."

Some students were shocked when they heard about the merits points.

"Did I hear it right? 100 merit points? That is a lot!"

"God! Just whom did she defeat to gain so many merit points."

Yu Holea leaned toward Jiang Wei and asked,

"What are merit points?"

Jiang Wei looked at Yu Holea with a helpless gaze and explained,

"Merit points are the most important points that could be allotted to a student of Jackson High School."

Yu Holea asked with curiosity,

"What is the use of it?"

"First when giving an interview to enter the Student Council, a person’s merit point is checked. If it is below 50 then that person is automatically rejected by the system.

Second, when you apply to join the Special Force Department, you need 100 merit points to pass the elimination round.

Third with merit points you can buy various cultivation resources from any school."
