GLOBAL AWAKENING: My 10,000x Exp Multiplier-Chapter 51: []The Level 1 God-King, A Flick of the Finger
The central plaza of the White City was busy as an emergency camp.
Hana directed groups of survivors to housing sectors and handed out the high-tier food supplies Vahn had taken from the Spire.
Sia Vance stood like a terrifying statue near the supply crates. Her sheer presence made sure the distribution remained orderly.
Vahn Ryker stood on the steps of the Sovereign Bank, casually observing the flow of his newly established empire. He wore a simple dark combat jacket, completely devoid of any flashy armor or glowing enchantments.
To the untrained eye, he looked like a standard civilian. But the thousands of people whispering in the plaza knew exactly what he had done. He was the anomaly who had broken the sky.
The fragile peace was interrupted by the heavy thud of armored boots marching across the marble tiles.
A convoy of twenty heavily armed individuals pushed their way through the crowd of refugees. They were not from Sovereign City. Their armor bore the crest of the Global Defense Coalition.
They were a massive pre-Convergence military faction that had governed the neighboring sectors. They had survived the System Reset by sheer geographical luck, and now, they were moving in to assert dominance over the only pristine safe zone on the continent.
At the head of the convoy was Director Vance. He was a stern and arrogant man with cybernetic implants lining his jaw. He walked with the over-inflated confidence of a politician who believed his pre-war authority still mattered.
Flanking him was a towering and heavily armored Vanguard wielding a massive crackling energy halberd. The Vanguard’s status board was proudly toggled to public.

↳ Name: Kaelen
↳ Class: Heavy Enforcer
↳ Level: 50
Vahn’s deep purple eyes tracked their approach. He didn’t tense. He didn’t drop into a combat stance. He simply sighed, a sound of weary amusement. It seemed the universe had an endless supply of arrogant men in shiny armor.
"Vahn Ryker!" Director Vance barked, stopping ten meters from the bank’s steps. His voice was amplified by a localized spell, designed to draw the attention of the entire plaza.
"By the authority of the Global Defense Coalition, I am assuming command of this sector. Your actions during the planetary anomaly were good, but the military must take over the administration of this safe zone."
"Surrender your control permissions immediately, and you will be granted a comfortable position in our logistics division."
The plaza fell dead silent. Thousands of refugees held their breath, looking from the heavily armed military convoy to the man standing alone on the steps.
Aria stepped out from the bank, her emerald eyes flashing with sudden fierce anger. She gripped her wooden staff tightly, preparing to unleash a torrent of binding magic.
"You have no authority here," she snapped, her voice cutting through the tension. "The Coalition failed. Vahn secured this territory. He saved these people while you were hiding in a bunker!"
"Quiet, Priestess," the Level 50 Enforcer sneered. He stepped forward and slammed the butt of his halberd against the ground. The kinetic force cracked the marble. "You’re speaking to the Director. And you’re putting entirely too much faith in a glitch."
The Enforcer raised his left hand, activating a high-tier scanning artifact. A beam of red light washed over Vahn, analyzing his baseline data. The results popped up on a holographic screen for the entire plaza to see.

↳ Name: Vahn Ryker
↳ Level: 1
↳ Threat Assessment: Minimal
Director Vance let out a loud mocking laugh. "Level 1? You are Level 1? The reports said you were a god!"
"You aren’t a high-tier Awakened. You just got lucky and found an environmental artifact. You don’t have the stats to hold this city, boy." The Director waved his hand dismissively. "Enforcer. Arrest him. Secure the artifact. If he resists, break his legs."
"With pleasure," Kaelen grinned. He didn’t hesitate. He surged forward, his Level 50 stats granting him a terrifying burst of speed.
He swung the massive energy halberd in a brutal sweeping arc, aiming directly for Vahn’s knees.
He didn’t draw the Soul-Bound Shadow Blade. He didn’t activate Temporal Step. He didn’t even shift his footing.
Vahn simply raised his right hand and casually flicked his index finger toward the charging Enforcer. 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝘦𝘸𝑒𝒷𝓃ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝒸ℴ𝘮
It was a completely absurd and almost insulting gesture.
But Vahn wasn’t relying on a level advantage. He was relying on his base stats. And his base Strength was locked at 9,999.
The kinetic force generated by the casual flick of his finger broke the sound barrier. The air violently compressed, creating a localized vacuum that fired forward like an invisible cannonball.
The shockwave hit the Level 50 Enforcer square in the chest.
There was no epic clash of weapons. There was no struggle. The heavy Platinum-tier armor crumpled like wet tissue paper.
The sheer physical damage shattered the Enforcer’s internal code instantly. Kaelen didn’t even have time to scream before he was launched backward at terminal velocity.
He skipped across the plaza like a stone and crashed through a solid brick wall two blocks away.
He didn’t get back up.
The silence that followed was absolute. The silence stretched on from five seconds to ten seconds, all the way to fifteen seconds!
The remaining soldiers of the Coalition stared at the gaping hole in the distant building. Their weapons were trembling in their hands.
They looked back at Vahn. Their minds were completely failing to process the math of what had just occurred. A Level 1 player had just one-shot a Level 50 Vanguard without using a skill!
Vahn slowly lowered his hand, dropping it back into his pocket. He looked at Director Vance, whose cybernetic jaw was literally hanging open in sheer terror.
"Your scanning equipment is completely useless, Director," Vahn stated flatly. His deep purple eyes flared with the brilliant terrifying light of his Administrator privileges.
"It can read my level. It cannot tell you what I am capable of. I do not require a coalition. I do not require your permission."
Vahn took a single step forward down the stairs. The entire squad of elite soldiers involuntarily took a step back.
"I am the System Administrator," Vahn declared, his voice echoing with cold absolute dominion.
"And this city is under my protection. If you wish to stay, you will disarm, you will wait in line for rations, and you will follow my sister’s instructions."
"If you draw a weapon in my city again, I won’t just break your vanguard. I will delete your entire faction."
Director Vance swallowed hard. The arrogant politician was instantly replaced by a terrified survivor. He didn’t argue. He slowly reached down, unbuckling his sidearm and dropping it onto the marble floor.
One by one, the elite soldiers followed suit. The clatter of dropping weapons echoed across the plaza in a noisy surrender.
Vahn turned his back on them, entirely unbothered by the army he had just subjugated. He walked back up the steps, offering Aria a faint reassuring smile.
