Chapter 787: 784. The Furious White Dragon Queen (Part 2)_1

The White Dragon Queen’s fury exploded uncontrollably, soaring into the heavens!

Her rage manifested as invisible waves, sweeping outwards like a unstoppable flood.

Centered on her cave, this rapid flood spread outwardly.

Not only around her cave, but before long even the outskirts of Dragon Island were able to feel the Queen’s towering wrath.

Countless strands of spiritual energy probed over, trying to fathom what unfathomable event had ignited such monumental fury in the Queen?

Princess Keke, the White Dragon, too peered out from the depths of the cave, fearfully gazing at her mother.

Ever since her father had betrayed and left Dragon Island, she had never seen her mother this angry.

What had agitated her mother so much this time? Why was she so infuriated?

Now, the White Dragon Queen felt a resounding urge. She wanted to rush to Sun City, and tear those who dared to defile the bodies of her kind into shreds.

However, she was restrained by Tao Qian and Jun Eleven, and upon hearing Zhong Feng’s words, her emotions cooled slightly.

Zhong Feng was right.

If she stormed into Sun City alone, and the Skuru people there discovered her plans, they would unquestionably kill her immediately, remove every trace of evidence in their research facilities and brazenly play ignorant.

Not only would she fail to avenge her fallen kin, but she would also perish there.

If the blood debt owed to those fallen had to be avenged, just as Zhong Feng said, their best chance for safety was with the Dragon Emperor leading the entire Dragon Race to Sun City.

The White Dragon Queen took several deep breaths, using her majestic spiritual energy to stabilize her emotions before she was barely able to suppress her wrath.

She spoke to her daughter Keke behind her, “Keke, I’m good. You can go back to your room, don’t eavesdrop on our conversation.”

Keke’s eyes dimmed, and she retreated deeper into the cave.

But as she withdrew, she whimpered, “Mummy, please remember, no matter what happens, I can’t lose you!”

The last time her mother was so outraged, Keke found she had lost her father;

This time, seeing her mother in such a rage, she feared she might lose her mother in a few days.

Keke’s words touched the softest part of the White Dragon Queen’s heart, putting an end to her impulsive thoughts of rushing to Sun City.

She focused her spiritual energy, gathering all of it to the ceiling of the cave.

The White Dragon Queen’s cave was designed in a very special way. After decades of her work, this cave was now transformed into a signal tower by her.

She inputted her spiritual energy into the “signal tower”, along with her message. Her words were instantly disseminated, spreading and covering the entire scope of Dragon Island.

What she wanted to say was, “I’m okay, Keke is okay, sorry for the inconvenience, there is no need for anyone to inspect.”

On receiving the White Dragon Queen’s message, the other dragons on the island gradually quietened down. Apart from a few suspicious ones, no dragons came around to investigate.

In the cave.

Having disseminated the message, the White Dragon Queen retreated to her “Gold Mountain”, her face reflecting exhaustion.

The video on the wall had been paused by Zhong Feng, however, the Red Dragon Queen turned her head away, seemingly afraid to see the plight of the dragons.

Zhong Feng quickly added, “Your Majesty, I have some influence within the Blue Star humans. I promise you on behalf of them—we Blue Star humans unanimously stand by the Dragon Race. We vow to eradicate the malevolent Sun Empire!”

“That…thank you,” the White Dragon Queen murmured softly.

She gathered her courage and turned towards the video screen again, “Zhong Feng, continue playing the video.”

“This…” Zhong Feng hesitated slightly. “Won’t you take a break?”

“No need.” Determination flashed in the White Dragon Queen’s eyes. “I want to see how many of our kin have been murdered. No matter what, the executioners must pay!”

Her voice echoed like the murmur of a devil from Hell.

Tao Qian and Jun Eleven, their seniors as well, were livid with rage, “Yes! The people of Raging Sun will have to pay the price!”

Currently, they were playing the role of the Dragon Race, so of course, they couldn’t act indifferent. They had to display their wrath or their cover would be blown.

Zhong Feng’s lips twitched slightly as he pressed the play button, and the video resumed.

As seconds turned into minutes, the progress bar of the video gradually moved towards the end.

The White Dragon Queen perched atop her “Gold Mountain” with a blank expression. However, her body couldn’t stop trembling.

The “Gold Mountain” under her was a collection of treasures from generations of her lineage, they contained fist-sized Doghead Gold, basketball-sized Spiritual Energy Stones, numerous coloured gemstones, rare metals… all of high value.

But as her body shook uncontrollably, the valuable gold, gems, spiritual energy stones under her claws were turned into irregular shapes, and some were even powdered to dust.

This sight made Zhong Feng wince.

Only after about 20 minutes, did the progress bar of the video reach its end.

By then, a pure numbness had settled in the Red Dragon Queen.

In the video, she’d seen countless familiar dragon bodies mutilated. Apart from the Red Dragon King and the two others who were left relatively intact, the rest had been constructed into experiment samples and specimens.

And through the video, she was able to confirm one thing—the dragon corpses weren’t obtained merely by scavenging. They were deliberately targeted—it was a massacre! If not, the bodies wouldn’t be so well-preserved.

She was certain that the dangerous secrets in Barbaric Continent had been orchestrated by the Sun Empire, aimed vehemently at capturing her kin for research and the production of equipment and potions.

Just based on the video alone, she had seen the figures of many of her kin. This was an unrepayable blood debt!

Various thoughts flooded her mind rendering the White Dragon Queen completely numb, staying motionless in place, her mind blank.

Even after the video ended, she lingered on, still looking stunned, lying motionless on top of the Gold Mountain as if she were a breathing statue.

Zhong Feng shut off the camera, sighing heavily. “Your Majesty,” he began, “We, the Blue Star humans, still stand by your side. However, there is something else that needs to be said. I’m unsure whether now is the appropriate time or not.”

On hearing Zhong Feng’s voice, the White Dragon Queen finally snapped out of her daze.

She shook her immense head, speaking in a voice laden with sorrow and hoarseness, “Just say it, whatever it is, I can take it.”

However, Zhong Feng hesitated, shaking his head, “Never mind, it’s better if I don’t say it. Considering your current condition, it might not be the best time.

What I have to say will have an impact on the Dragon Race which will be a hundred times worse than what has happened in the video! Let’s wait a few days until you’ve recovered. We will talk then.”
