God of Cloning: My Clones Awakened Job Class!?-Chapter 55 Supreme Clone Commander
The Soul Realm trembled. Black fog from the absorption ritual still lingered like smoke above charred soil. The battlefield had fallen into silence, unnatural and deep, after the Lich’s defeat and taming. No more howls, no more screams. Only the chilling hum of death magic was still crackling in the distance.
Ren stood in the middle of the scorched land, sweat dripping from his brow, his robes stained with sweat and cursed soot. Around him, his warriors began to regroup. Mimics carried the wounded, slimes dissolved the last remains of the undead army, and his elite clones stood at attention, watching their master carefully.
Before Ren, the newly resurrected man, once the Undead Lich, knelt calmly. No longer a rotting corpse nor a spectral being of hate, but a man reborn. His hair was silver and wild, his eyes violet and filled with bitter wisdom. He wore a conjured mage coat of dark silk, now reinforced with runes gifted through the taming ritual.
Ren’s knees suddenly gave way.
His vision blurred into an ocean of white and blue. His breathing grew ragged as a sharp pulse surged from within his chest, his very soul recoiling. The battlefield, the voices of his allies, even the wind itself seemed to fade away. Something was wrong.
"Too much mana had gathered."
"Too many souls had been harvested. I might pass out....."
He tried to speak but collapsed to his knees. The ground cracked under him. His body trembled.
"God of Cloning..." he muttered weakly.

Ren’s eyes closed completely as his consciousness slipped away, entrusting his body to his Soul Core guardian.

[Evolution to Higher Form Initiated]
[Beginning Overlord Ascension]
A soundless tremor echoed across the Soul Realm. Time seemed to pause as Ren’s body slowly levitated, surrounded by a brilliant halo of fluctuating hues. From the surface of his flesh, streaks of mana burst like geysers, white, blue, silver, and even faint traces of gold.
The mana condensed tightly around him, forming a cocoon. It pulsed like a heartbeat, drawing in more mana from the surroundings. Trees, stones, even the ambient light seemed drawn into the ritual.
Then came the change.
Ren’s form distorted, his humanoid shell faded and melted into liquid light. He became spherical, transparent, and for a moment, utterly unrecognizable.
His form glowed, layered in complex magical formations. Within his center floated a shining blue orb wrapped in pure white tendrils, his soul nucleus. The mimic shape bubbled, shimmered, and pulsed, evolving with a sacred grace.
All throughout the Soul Realm, every being, every slime, mimic, beast, and clone felt the shift. Even in the physical world, distant tribes looked up at the sky in awe.
A message appeared in the air, glowing with divine gold letters.

[Welcome Back Master!]
A pillar of light descended from the clouds above the Soul Realm. Within it floated Ren’s figure, his humanoid construct glowing with wings of pure data and mana. His mechanical eyes flickered, blinked once, and then changed to a radiant sky-blue as feathers of energy burst from his back.

The voice of the World made an announcement.

[Innate Skill Awakened: Divine Resonance]
As the notifications ended, a massive ripple of mana burst outward from the Soul Realm and passed into the mortal world.
The impact was immediate.
The warrior and mage tribes gasped, clutching their chests as mana filled their bodies. Their eyes glowed briefly, gold for warriors and violet for mages. The transformation had reached them, through their bonds to Ren.
Some fell to their knees, weeping. Others stood taller than before, their wrinkles fading, their hair regaining color and sheen. Muscles strengthened. Minds cleared. It was as though time itself had been reversed for them.
[Global Notification: Due to the Soul Master’s Evolution, all tribal members under his protection have received a Divine Blessing.]
[Life Expectancy Extended – Max Lifespan: 1000 Years]
[Longevity Triggered]
[All Stats and Mana molecules Enhanced by 100%]
Children cried out in joy as they felt stronger. The elders wept as their brittle limbs were renewed. Warriors looked at their hands, glowing with energy, and roared with triumph. It was a miracle, one they never expected to witness.
Inside the Soul Realm, Gabriel hovered beside the floating mimic form of Ren. His voice echoed across the realm, addressing all who could hear.
He extended his hand and conjured dozens of magical screens. Each showed a part of the world. Human cities. Monster dens. Forbidden tombs. The Holy Empire. One by one, these screens aligned into a grand map.
[From this day forward, we shall no longer wait in the shadows. We will ascend further. Every soul brought under our protection shall grow stronger. Every foe that resists shall be unmade.]
Then he turned to Ren’s glowing mimic core.
[Wake up, Master. Your path does not end here.]
The glow brightened, intensified, until everything about him changed. He was taller, leaner and more matured. His skin shimmered faintly, like condensed mana crystal. His eyes glowed with a calm white flame, and his voice, when he spoke, echoed with the resonance of countless souls.
Ren looked at his own hands, pulsing with overwhelming energy. He could feel everything, the mana pathways of his soldiers, even the health of the land of his Realm.
"I’ve changed," he said simply. "But so has everyone else."
He raised his hand and smirked.
"So I have ascended huh. Good!" He watched the army and they felt like crying.
It was then, the multitude of his army, one by one knelt, "We greet master for his successful ascension!" They all greeted him in one accord.
