But a civilization that has been wiped out, even with some minor valuables, could never compare to the treasures of Emperor Ancestor; it's just trash that you treat as treasure." Chen Guan spoke with contempt.

"What a load of nonsense about the Emperor Ancestor...it's just your delusion...anyway..." River God was speaking when, suddenly, his pupils contracted.

"Die!" River God roared as the horrifying primordial energy gathered upon the Gold and Silver Mountain-Opening Axe, with the dual-colored axe light seemingly capable of annihilating everything before it.

But nothing was destroyed; the shadow disappeared from between heaven and earth.

The dual-colored axe light shattered like Glazed glass, and the Gold and Silver Mountain-Opening Axe in River God's hands broke apart too.

A layer of golden light enveloped River God's body, sending him flying backward and crashing into the cliff behind the great river.

"He actually survived!" Chen Guan's expression remained unchanged, but he was greatly shocked.

Insulting River God and the legacy of King of Great Xia was merely a ploy to anger River God, provoking him to utter insults against Emperor Ancestor.

River God's face was filled with horror; the shadow's strike had shattered his full-power attack of secret power, breaking even the Gold and Silver Mountain-Opening Axe.

Such power shouldn't exist within a Grotto Heaven; it's the power of a Great Cave Heaven.

"Why...why do you possess Great Cave Heaven power? That's not permitted by the Secret Realm rules..." River God watched Chen Guan in horror, not understanding that the shadow's power was not something Chen Guan could use at will.

Chen Guan watched River God with an arrogant demeanor and said, "Don't you see? This is the power of Emperor Ancestor, a force beyond your imagination. As a descendant of Emperor Ancestor's lineage, not even you, nor a resurrected King of Great Xia, could thwart me."

"River God, if you dare to send me away now, I will make King of Great Xia's bloodline disappear from this world permanently." Chen Guan suddenly uttered coldly, shattering River God's psychological defense, making him firmly believe what Chen Guan said earlier, thinking that the shadow was a force sent by Emperor Ancestor to protect Chen Guan.

But this statement made River God's face change dramatically, and his body trembled slightly.

Unfortunately, you didn't foresee I'm the inheritor of Emperor Ancestor, you are but an ant before me, daring to shake a tree—it's nothing but self-destruction. Whether killing you or him, it's trivial to me."

"If you dare harm him, you will gain nothing." Deep fear emerged from the depths of River God's eyes.

"Then send me out and see, I'll make it happen right now." Chen Guan coldly watched River God, his gaze void of emotion.

River God's heart trembled, the cold and ruthless gaze shattering his psychological defenses completely.
