Greatest Streamer System-Chapter 153 - – Ad Offer [2]
[Breeze: Yes, I can. Please wait a minute, Mr. Taka. I will d my stream.]
[Mr. Taka: Hahaha, take your time. I will wait for you in the café where we met before.]
[Breeze: Yes.]
Following that, he changed his stream scre again and read the chat.
— Did you go poop?
— Nah, he's pssing
— lolol
— Did something happ?
— You don't look pretty good.
Looking at his face, the chat asked worriedly. His nervousness was shown at the word urgt. The combination of it and his superior, technically, wasn't good.
It was a 3:30 PM. And he could use this time to meet Mr. Taka to rest and recover from exhaustion.
"Hahah, I am fine. But I need to d the stream right now. There is an urgt matter that I need to stop the streaming right now. Maybe I will continue tonight or tomorrow."
— so THERE IS a problem
— hang in there!
— You can settle the problem first.
— Good luck!
— I hope it's nothing bad
"Nah, it's nothing bad."
'I hope,' he added in his mind while praying siltly.
[Livestream ded!]
He ded the stream and logged out from Midnight Heist. Th, he wt to Biozone Entertainmt's Lobby, which had already be recorded in his VR capsule. There was no need to ter the code anymore, as the system recognized him as an affiliated streamer.
Arriving at the Lobby, he immediately tered the mtioned café. Waiting for him in the corner was Mr. Taka, dressed nicely and neatly.
"Breeze, over here." He called out to him while beckoning him to get closer. "Come, sit."
"I am sorry that it took a while, Mr. Taka. I need to d the stream earlier." Max said as he sat down across from him.
"No worries. Do you want to eat something? Our company has the latest artificial palate. It makes food taste really similar to the real world." Mr. Taka said, pointing at the platter in front of him. "We can talk over food.
It's nothing bad, so don't make that nervous expression."
"Ah…" He scratched the back of his head, "Well, I heard it's urgt. Does it still show on my face? I thought I managed to hide it quite well."
"Wh you meet many kinds of people, you will just know about it from the feelings." The marketing team manager chuckled, "Anyway, I have good news for you. Although, as I said in the message, it's quite urgt."
"Good news, is it?"
Hearing that, he relaxed immediately. At least it wasn't something bad. The drama from before flashed in his mind. Ev though he didn't really care and used it to boost his popularity, getting accused of doing something bad was still unpleasant.
And the good news was exactly what he needed to forget about that.
Mr. Taka ate some fries and smiled.
"I got an ad offer for you if you're interested."
His eyes wided wh he heard that. Ad offer? Just a week after he signed the contract with Biozone, did he get an ad offer?
Not only that, the one who told him was the marketing team manager directly, someone who shouldn't have done something like this.
Seeing his expression, Mr. Taka smirked.
"We just don't have a member responsible for making contact with you yet, so I am taking that job for a while. Also, this ad offer came from an important sponsor that trusted Biozone Entertainmt's affiliated streamer for quite a long time. It would have a nice pay."
This time, his ear moved slightly. Nice pay. fɾeewebnoveℓ.co๓
His motivation shot through the roof. But he had a question.
"If it's an important sponsor, is it okay to leave it to me? Won't the other affiliated streamers be a better choice?"
Among the 5 affiliated streamers in Biozone Entertainmt, he was probably the youngest and most inexpericed one. Not only that, his average viewers were also the lowest. There was someone who had an average of 50K and K viewers who got affiliated with Biozone.
While the offer had nice pay, and he was interested in it, he was afraid this would make the other affiliated streamers think badly of him.
"Usually, that would be the case." Mr. Taka answered. "But this ad offer is a bit special, as I said. The clit not only wants to promote their product but also wants to make a short ad video. In short, they wanted an actor and not a usual streamer. Not only that, but the requiremt is…"
Mr. Taka paused for a while and pushed up his glasses.
"They want a handsome person to shoot their film with. And we only have 4 candidates, including you." He said, "After looking at their schedule and possibility… Only you are left."
The way he said it was as if there was no other choice but to choose Max.
Still, what did that matter? He was still chos in the d, which also showed that Mr. Taka still considered him to be a candidate. It would be worse if he wasn't considered at all.
From the marketing team leader's tone earlier, he also seemed to realize what he was saying and felt slightly bad about putting him at the d of possibility.
Again, Max was fine with it and smiled.
"May I hear about the ad?"
At his question, Mr. Taka smiled softly like an uncle who was proud of his nephew. Based on their age, it wasn't an exaggeration if they looked like that from a stranger's perspective.
"Sure, sure. It's a sneaker ad with a brand called NoFeet. They are a pretty big company and will release new running shoes. So they will need a short video to promote it. Their requiremt is to have a handsome streamer to do the video."
"A handsome streamer…"
That must be the reason why there were only 4 candidates left from 5. He smiled wryly.
Though indirectly, that meant people still considered him handsome. Not that he realized it himself. Compared to his past life, his face indeed had improved.
"Hahaha, yes. Many people praised your appearance before, right? So you fit the requiremt, at least that's what I think."
A dry chuckle escaped Max's lips as he was praised oply. There was no one praising his appearance before, safe for the chat. And he knew most of them were trolls.
"Anyway." Mr. Taka coughed into his mouth. "The plan was to shoot a running advertisemt in the real world, just like normal. But that was scratched once I st your latest Punchtube video to the sponsor. They are eager to have you shoot a similar video using their brand-new shoes."
"Are you talking about my parkour video?" Max asked, eyes wided in surprise.
If he didn't hear it wrong, th Mr. Taka mtioned that the shot would be held IRL and not in the VR world.
"Yes. They want to replicate that for their ads. Is it possible?" Mr. Taka asked with a worried tone, "I know it's dangerous IRL. We can convince them to do it in the VR if you agre–"
"Let's do this ad, Mr. Taka. And IRL is good. Rather, that will be better."
Max was getting excited. Parkour IRL? Where could he get hurt and bleed? Sign him up immediately. That was what he was waiting for.
Mr. Taka was baffled at his excitemt.
"Well…" The marketing team manager pushed his glasses up, "I take that you agreed to be in the ad."
