Greatest Streamer System-Chapter 379 – First Music Done!
Being able to sing would become a plus point for a streamer. No one disliked streamers who could sing well.
"That's a nice attitude, Max boy~" The producer grinned, "Okay~ Both of you enter the booth. Let's start the real recording, starting from lil Lily."
And the real recording started.
At first, he thought it would be easy as he had gotten a training from Lily, but how wrong was he?
Recording a vocal wasn't as easy as Max had thought. Even when his voice got an OK, he still had to repeat one part many times because it was still imperfect. His respect for Lily increased, as she was at most only repeated two or three times. And she was the one who requested it herself!
A few hours had passed since Max arrived at the studio. Finally, what seemed like an endless retake was over. They were freed from that suffocating studio room. Zaza-P didn't want anyone inside his studio when he was mixing the tape.
The reason was simple…
"I don't want anyone to see me wearing the ugly glasses. My, oh my… That would make me kill myself."
Just a preference.
But, the green-haired man said the music would be done tonight in around 8 hours. So they should just relax or do something that they have to do.
Standing on the sidewalk, Max spread his arms, feeling the nice sunlight on his skin.
"Ah, this is what life feels like. How nice." He muttered like a person deprived of sunlight his whole life.
"You're exaggerating, Max." Lily smiled softly beside him, "You did a good job for the first time. I couldn't even finish recording in a day back in the past."
"Haha, that must be because I have a skilled teacher today." He teased her with a smile, making her smile wider.
"You always said that. But it's all because of your own effort."
"Because that's the truth." He responded. "Should we eat out today? To celebrate the first song recorded together."
"Un, good idea. Can we get pasta?"
"Sure. Let's get authentic pasta."
Both of them walked while holding hands to find the desired restaurant. freēwēbηovel.c૦m

The restaurant they found was a decent one, not too fancy and not too shoddy. They ordered pasta as they planned and talked about various things.
"After this, we have to make the Music Video, no? I have an idea when to show your face, do you want to hear it?"
"Hmm?" Lily hummed, tilting her head curiously.
"I saw that many of your movie videos tell about a character's story, which is great. We will keep that part on your MV, but we will combine it with a real-world… Or rather, your real character in Lobby."
"Un. That's what I have in mind as well." She said, putting down the utensil in her hand. "This song… Our duet is about our story, Max. I actually want to make us the characters in the MV. But… I want to blur your face until the part where you come in. And, if possible, include the parkour element."
"Won't that expose my identity immediately?"
"I always followed the trend to make my songs. This time, parkour is the trend. Many parkour videos popped up after you posted your tutorial." Lily explained, "Isn't the tutorial one of your most-watched videos now? And do you think we can hide our identities with the lyrics having Breeze and Lily?"
"You have a point." He smiled wryly.
It wasn't like they wanted to blur their face to hide their identities. It was just to add an aesthetic sense.
They talked about the MV plan and Max relayed it to BloodSucker.
[Breeze: Up to a Music Video challenge? I want it to be done before June 20th.]
[BloodSucker: Are you crazy?]
[Breeze: That's why it's a challenge. How about it?]
[BloodSucker: No, why should I make it? It's not like this is YOUR music video too.] Continue reading at empire
[Breeze: I will pay you $5,000.]
The message stopped for a second after Max sent it. He grinned under his shadow, thinking that he got the vampire already.
And as expected…
[BloodSucker: Send the footage. I will finish it in 6 hours. This will be the greatest music video you will ever hope for.]
BloodSucker also loved money, a little bit less than he did, but liked them anyway.
"We got him, Lily." He said, high-fiving with his girlfriend. "The video editor is secured. All we need to do is to shoot the footage. Shall we do it in my Lobby?"
"Un. And we can use your toy on the apartment's roof too. That will be good for the ending. I want a touch of reality in this MV."
"That's a good idea. But we will need clothes that fit the music."
"Don't worry. We can order them online and get them delivered in just a few minutes."
With everything settled, Max paid for the food and they left the restaurant. They spent the whole night taking the footage inside the Lobby. Max had to inform his viewers through Strike that he couldn't stream tonight because of this.
All kinds of footage were taken, but it was mostly a simple one. One footage showed Lily running, and one footage showed Max sitting. It was all just simple videos.
After taking everything, Max logged out of the VR world. The last footage was impossible to take tonight, so he would do so tomorrow morning. The sunrise would be a wonderful touch for the ending, signifying a new day and new freedom that Lily just obtained.
At that moment, Lily got a new message.
"Oh, it's from Zaza." She said, opening the messaging app. "It seems the song is finished. He sent 2 samples, should we hear them?"
"It's done already? He works fast. It's just 7 hours since we left his studio."
"Un, he always does this when he's spirited. And by working fast, it allow us to ask for revision. This isn't the final mix yet."
"I see. That makes sense from the client's perspective."
"Indeed. And the beat won't be that much different so we can start the music video making now."
Max realized that Zaza-P was a good producer, probably more than he initially thought.
'The service is also good for the price Lily had to pay. It's worth it.' He thought.
Lily sat next to Max after she downloaded the WAV file. When they listened to it, they couldn't help but be surprised.
The result was… better than expected.
"This is good."
"Agreed. There aren't many revisions that I want to ask. Maybe just at one or two places." Lily said, stopping the music. "You can send this to that… guy."
"Alright. I will let him work then. We can just send the last part tomorrow as a finishing touch."
With that said, he sent the music to BloodSucker for him to edit, along with some words of encouragement.
[Breeze: If the music video turns out unsatisfactory, I will cut your pay.]
That would surely motivate the vampire.
All they had to do was wait and schedule for the music to be uploaded when the party started in two days.
