Harem Lord System: Post Apocalyptic World-Chapter 55: Ready To Evolve

Lukas was dreaming while sleeping and suddenly, in his dreams, a monster pounced on him and pinned him to the ground with its terrifying claws.

It brought its face near his and looked into his eyes with its vertical purplish pink irises before opening its mouth, then...

"Meowww!"

"Hm?"

Lukas’s eyes fluttered open and he heard another meow in his ears...

"Meow!"

"Fuck, that was scary Celeste, now let me sleep a little more..."

"Meooww!"

"Fine, fine... I woke up..."

Lukas sat up and stretched himself while yawning...

He was alone on the bed as usual if he did not count Celeste. He always slept longer so it was given.

He stood up and looked at her. "If you are hungry then why not go to the kitchen Celeste..."

"Meow!"

He shook his head. If only he could really talk to her. Nevertheless, he was hungry too. "Wait here, let me relieve myself and be ready, today I am going to wash you up."

Yesterday he had not washed her as she looked totally clean somehow but he should give her a proper wash for the sake of it.

He had heard that cats did not like baths so he was not sure if she would leave some marks on him from her insanely sharp claws or not.

A few minutes later he was looking at the scene with a twitching face. "I am not sure if you are a cat or not Celeste..."

The moment he brought her inside and began filling the bathtub, she jumped into the water by herself. Forget about being afraid of water, she began swimming inside the tub like she owned it. "Well, good for me..."

Lukas began washing her thoroughly while cleaning himself.

After the bathing he came out. He found everyone standing in the garden handling the grill.

He had told them about the boar so they seemed to be preparing for it.

"Morning sleepyhead humph!" Grace immediately pouted. Last night was too much for her...

In the heat she had not felt much but after she woke up she was not able to look her big sister in the eyes.

Hannah was feeling a similar way but she did not avoid Grace. She talked to her as if nothing had happened. This was the best way to cope for now.

Lukas gave a cheeky smile and greeted them all by looking at their heavenly bodies. His eyes roamed over their embarrassing parts openly as if he was looking at them naked.

When Elena felt his gaze she immediately tried to hide her nether area with her hands even though she was wearing clothes.

"Do not tell me you are horny all the time..." Emily shook her head but did not try to hide anything from his gaze. She let him stare all he wanted and began putting wood pellets in the grill.

"Yes aunt, you are spot on. Even if we forget about my power what will you think a man living alone with four insanely enticing women in a lawless world would want to do?"

When they all heard that they instinctively thought about it and reached the answer immediately. There was no suspense in what conclusion they reached.

"That’s why men are just lecherous beasts."

Grace immediately spoke and Hannah and others just sighed.

Lukas shrugged his shoulders. "If evolution theory is true then we evolved from beasts and in our predecessors’ groups like monkeys, the strongest leader mated with all the females so it’s just basic instinct. Blame nature for making us like this."

All of them got dumbfounded hearing that. They understood one thing that they could not really turn it as bullshit.

Lukas smirked looking at their expressions. "Anyway let’s see how wild boar tastes like. Hopefully it tastes good as wild game would become the primary source of food in a few days."

It might be the only way for others to survive in this world from now on.

He also wondered if those zombie beasts were edible or not. After all in the end they were literally zombies, more like just mindless beasts with fresh flesh which just looked rotten due to corruption.

Since this corruption did not affect those who got evolved would it not mean that they could somehow eat it.

Well it better be true because growing crops was going to be a far more demanding task than anyone could imagine.

He took out the boar from his inventory and placed it on an empty table.

THHUUDD!

It was still as fresh as when he had stored it inside his inventory. This was something he had expected it to be.

His inventory might be the most perfect preservation system in this world.

"It’s far bigger than I thought..." Emily spoke with a surprised expression and others nodded.

"Evolution for these beasts seems quite different from the human path... this one seems to have gotten benefits in its strength by evolving." Lukas clarified and brought out an uncommon sword for better sharpness.

He began butchering it. He did not know any specific technique so he cut the boar first to remove its skin easily and after skinning it he chopped it into pieces which were perfect to grill.

It took time but once he was done he put most of the meat back into his inventory and placed a decent amount on the grill with marination prepared by his aunt before closing the lid.

"That was bloody... I should have washed myself after doing this." Lukas shook his head. Nevertheless he was quite meticulous in doing it so only his hands got stained with blood...

"Now then ladies let’s wait for a while." Lukas found a good spot and sat down as the grass was thick enough to not let his clothes get dirty.

Others did not pay attention to him and looked at Celeste who was munching on a big piece of meat.

"Eat a little slower you will choke." Grace was sitting beside her and was happy that no claw was coming for her legs.

Emily, Hannah and Elena were also quite worried seeing Celeste gulping down big bites without stopping once.

Thankfully they were worried about nothing as Celeste finished the piece easily and took a long stretch before falling on the warm grass.

"So cute... I want to touch her." Grace’s eyes were literally shining right now.

"Sure go ahead I do not think she is as hostile as before." Hannah said while moving a little closer and touched the head of Celeste to prove her point.

"Meoww!"

Celeste stretched more as Hannah’s touch caressed her head.

Elena and Emily also moved a little closer and Grace got the confidence to finally touch Celeste looking at that.

She slowly brought her hand and placed it on her arched back.

PURRR!

"Awww I love her..."

Lukas watched them play with Celeste for a while when he felt it was the right time to check on the meat.

He did not know if the evolved meat would take longer to cook or not as the flesh felt quite tender to slice through so checking it was the only way to know about it.

He opened the hood and was hit with an appetizing aroma of the fat rendering...

He used a knife to slice through it and found that it was about to get cooked, hardly ten more minutes. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

So it was still in the time limit of normal pork cooking.

After ten minutes he checked again and was satisfied with the texture. "Alright everyone time to taste it..."

They all took one piece each and took a bite...

"Hm? This is very good I did not see much fat but it’s extremely juicy." Emily praised immediately.

"Indeed it tastes amazing too..." Elena gulped down and nodded too.

Hannah and Grace were on the same note and Lukas himself was enjoying it quite a lot. It seemed evolved meat tasted far better than he had thought...

"Alright, I will try to bring as much evolved meat as I can today."

He was really going to amass as much meat as he could from this trip. This meat was free and could save him a lot of LP’s. He could also use evolved meat to bargain with other survivors if needed.

"Are you leaving right now?" Hannah asked immediately.

"Yes I will be fine do not worry too much." Lukas could feel her worry so he patted her and picked up another piece of meat.

After eating he went to his car and hopped in. To his little surprise Celeste followed and made herself comfortable on his lap.

Grace and others also asked him to not take unnecessary risks and after nodding to them he was just about to hit the gas when he heard Elena’s voice...

"W-wait..."

Lukas looked towards her with raised eyebrows as if asking what happened?

Elena fidgeted before speaking slowly. "I- well I wanted to say that I am ready to... to evolve."

Hannah, Grace and Emily sighed as they knew it would happen eventually while Lukas bit his lips and looked at Elena with a heated gaze. His breath quickened as he watched her young yet milfy body.
