Teacher Ai Li and the others didn’t understand how Lu Xiao could be so devoted to a single person. In turn, Lu Xiao couldn’t quite understand how they could like so many people at once.

Lu Xiao’s heart skipped a beat. She raised a hand to cover her mouth and gave a light cough. "Isn’t that how it’s done? I thought that’s what everyone did."

Teacher Ai Li paused at her words, then her expression softened with understanding as she looked at Lu Xiao. The young female before her was still so young; it was perfectly normal for her to be inexperienced with Spiritual Soothing.
