Help! the four Alpha's are obsessed with me.-Chapter 157 Electrocuted..
Back at the Golden Palace, Cecelia’s head hung at the stake in front of the others who were tied to the pillars. The structure was split into four trembling columns, barely held together by a thin, rotting strip of wood that looked ready to fall apart in a matter of days.
She screamed for help—begged Thomas, begged Norman—but they ignored her, treating her agony like some sick melody.
"Nothing beats their cry when you’re about to end their lives. They suddenly start seeing kindness in their hearts—kindness that was never there," Norman said, amused. The two men laughed together, a sound that wasn’t funny to anyone except them. The victims watched their lives flash before their eyes.
Cassian was next. His blond hair was plastered to his forehead with sweat as he shook uncontrollably. So this was how it ended? Because he worked at Adrian Valez’s headquarters? Because he chose the wrong side? He didn’t even have much of a legacy—but dying like a fish wasn’t what he expected for himself.
He wanted the bastard twins, Greta and Gregor, to go next. But the twins had unfortunately chosen him.
Now facing the two reapers, Cassian’s throat dried up. He wasn’t the type to fear death, but the days he spent in that cell had slowly driven him to madness. He’d underestimated Daniel badly—very badly—and now all of them were paying the price. If he could turn back time, he would’ve apologized to Daniel instantly. Because one thing was clear: this was Daniel’s work. That bitch.
—Oh. His mouth.
"Stop gawking at me. Didn’t you hear when I warned Nicole about gawking?" Norman thundered, and Cassian’s whole body went ice-cold.
Nicole was tied heavily too—bound from her shoulders down to her ankles. She was obviously next. Somehow, they had found out she was pregnant. She didn’t know how. Someone had betrayed her at the worst possible time.
"Sir... I’m thirsty..." she whispered, raising her tied hands toward Thomas.
Thomas paused, looked at her, eyed her stomach, and scoffed.
"So you’re really pregnant for Xylander?" His voice cut sharply, whether it was a question or not, she knew she had to deny it.
"No—no, that’s a mistake. I am as free as a bird," she insisted.
Thomas burst into laughter.
"Free? Yet here you are tied like a sacrificial goat. And your ’friend’—the one you’re working for—released not just a voice note of you to the public, but also announced your pregnancy. I was like, wow, is there a second Nicole I don’t know about?"
Nicole panicked. "I don’t know what you’re talking about. I haven’t even had my phone. This isn’t my doing. Please let me go—I’ll run. You’ll never see me again."
Thomas shook his head mockingly.
"You were chased out of the house, but what did you do, madam? You came back for revenge. Not only that, you destroyed Daniel’s happiness. And if I’m correct, you’re the one who posted that thing online—the one that made him wanted all over the country. You, girl, are despicable."
His voice rose above Norman’s, above Cassian’s trembling breaths.
Cassian looked at Nicole, desperation clawing at him. He’d use any chance he had left.
"Please, sir—look at her. She did way worse. I never even hurt Daniel. I always liked his spirit and charisma. Please don’t do this—"
Norman shot him a lethal glare.
"Raise that filthy mouth again and I’ll put an end to your misery permanently."
Cassian fell silent instantly—defeated. All of this... it was Adrian’s fault. The madman had been obsessed with Daniel—fixated to a ridiculous degree. And now that obsession led to that party with the trap. The cell they’d been thrown into was worse than a nightmare, filled with insects and crawling things. Cassian barely survived. As far as he was concerned, if anyone deserved torture, it was Adrian Valez, not them.
Adrian now watched everything from where he was tied, separate from the rest. A metal collar tightened around his neck, causing pain that felt like his spine was being crushed. The only person from his group who wasn’t tortured like this was Jake. That horrible fellow was somehow spared—for what reason? It was unreasonable. Completely unreasonable. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶
Then finally—the main course began.
Norman carried a basin of water, something he’d ordered a guard to fetch. The guard returned with a basin filled to the brim.
Cassian stared, confused. What was the water for?
Greta was crying so loudly her voice echoed against the pillars.
"Brother, do something! I don’t want to die!"
The way Cecelia died—her skull shattered before them—sent a cold dread into Greta’s bones. She had killed before, yes. They were mafias. But this—this level of evil—this was something else entirely. She didn’t understand these men. Didn’t understand their logic.
"I can’t do anything, Greta," Gregor choked, coughing a splatter of blood. "This is beyond me. There’s nothing I can do."
Greta’s world shattered. Her strong brother had given up. If he was this defeated, what hope did she have?
Cassian shook harder as Thomas approached with a naked electric wire—sparking wildly, crackling with deadly intensity.
"Now come forward," Thomas ordered.
Norman dragged Cassian like a cow and shoved him in front of the basin.
"Please—before I die, I want to know who you two are. Please. I’ve never heard of you before," Cassian trembled.
Norman stared at him—then burst into laughter. Thomas followed, amused.
"You sure you don’t know us?" Thomas asked. "We’re the Soulless Twins. And I believe you know what that means."
The entire room froze.
Everyone had heard the stories. Two devils of the underworld. Killing was their hobby. They ruled the underground world from the top of the food chain. No one could defeat them. No one even knew their real faces because they always wore masks. Five years ago, they simply vanished. People thought they died.
But no—
They simply retired. Decided to live quietly.
But when they heard their friend—
Daniel Lancaster
—was being disturbed by trash like these, they returned. Nothing was too much for Daniel. Killing for him was nothing compared to their past.
Adrian’s tattoo count was high. But the twins were worse—ink covered their bodies down to their legs, made with a strange material that only appeared under specific lighting. In normal light, their backs were flawless. But in extreme darkness or bright light, the tattoos appeared—countless marks.
Cassian swallowed. It was over.
"You were gone for so long," he whispered in dread.
Thomas grinned.
"Don’t be like that. Can’t a villain take a vacation? I came back to find another prick took my place—and a weak one at that. How embarrassing."
Norman walked forward and pulled out a laptop from his backpack. The screen lit up.
It was Daniel.
A video call.
"Hi everyone," Daniel said softly, almost tenderly, as if he wasn’t the mastermind behind this madness.
"I know you missed me. I missed you too. And you, Adrian..." His eyes locked with Adrian’s. A spark rippled through the room—everyone felt it.
Adrian didn’t reply. He just gave a strange smile—a maddening grin—that made Daniel smile more.
"Can’t wait for us to catch up. It’s been long, Night Poison."
Then Daniel turned to the twins.
"Dip the blonde bitch’s face into the water. I want to watch already."
Cassian’s blood ran cold.
He didn’t even get to protest.
Thomas grabbed him with one powerful arm and plunged his head into the water.
The naked wire hit the surface—
A violent spark exploded—
And the shock swallowed Cassian whole.
