Gina, who had just put Regis in his baby box, turned to Joice. "Package for me? I didn’t order anything, how can there be a package for me?"

"I don’t know, madam. Earlier when I was in the front yard one of the guards came with this package, it was clearly written on the top of your name as the recipient," said Joice quietly as she handed the box in her hand to Gina.

Even though she felt like she didn’t buy anything, Gina still accepted the box from Joice’s hand. The red color of the box made Gina feel uncomfortable, it felt a bit too much to send things in a box that was as red as blood. And, curiosity finally came. Gina slowly opened the red ribbon that was at the top of the box and lifted the lid of the box without sitting down first.

"Ahhhh...."

Gina screamed hysterically when she saw the contents of the box she had just opened and the loud scream made Regis who was playing startled and finally burst into tears.

In such a state of shock that she saw the contents of the box addressed to her, Gina went straight to Regis who was crying. Gina quickly grabbed Regis’ body from the baby box and immediately carried the handsome baby into her arms.

Joice, who had managed to control her surprise, immediately grabbed the covered animal’s heart from the floor and carried it away from Gina who was sitting on the sofa hugging Regis. It wasn’t Regis who was actually pacified by Gina, quite the opposite happened. Regis was the one who calmed down his mother.

"Fuck...this is a threat," Darius said hoarsely, the next second the man who was ordered by Massimo to be Gina’s personal bodyguard then left the house with his hand on the phone. Darius wanted to report what had just happened to Massimo.

"Madam, where is madam?" Daisy stammered.

Joice swallowed her saliva. "Inside, the madam is calming the young master who burst into tears when he heard the madam screaming hysterically."

Daisy immediately ran to the room where Gina and Regis were, along with two other maids Daisy approached Gina. Daisy’s heart beat very fast when she saw the blood splattered on the floor, the corner of her eye accidentally saw a small folded paper near the blood. With great curiosity, Daisy reached for the paper which turned out to be the photo.

"Oh Jesus ..."

"Shh... don’t make a sound, quickly deliver this to Darius, tell the discovery of this photo and clean up this blood splatter," Daisy said in a half whisper to the two young maids who were nearby.

The two maids worked quickly, following Daisy’s instructions. While Daisy resumed her steps, approaching Gina who was burying her face in Regis’s shoulder. It was very clear that Gina was calming herself, who was very surprised by the anonymous shipment which turned out to contain the animal’s heart covered in blood.

"Madam." Daisy called out to Gina softly.

Feeling her name being called, Gina slowly lifted her face from Regis’ body and looked at Daisy with teary eyes.

"It’s ok, madam. It’s ok. Everything will be fine," said Daisy gently trying to calm Gina as she grabbed Regis from Gina’s arms.

Gina nodded slowly. "It’s not animal blood, Daisy. I’m pretty sure it must be human blood." Gina’s voice was hoarse. "Could it be a human heart too, how about this, Daisy?"

"No, it’s not a human heart, madam. It’s smaller than a human heart, the shape is different too. It must be an animal heart."

"T..then what about the blood?"

"For the blood I can’t say for sure, because it needs to be examined by someone who is an expert, madam," Daisy answered quietly, trying to cover her anxiety. Daisy knows that the blood in the heart is human blood. Working with Massimo over the years allowed Daisy to know how to tell the difference between animal blood and human blood.

Gina is smart, it can’t be that easy to believe. With cold hands, Gina grabbed Daisy’s hand which was holding Regis. "That must be terror directed at me, Daisy. I’m pretty sure...how about this, Daisy? What if the target is my son?"

With half-running Massimo into the house, his eyes glaring around the house, trying to find Gina. The only person he wanted to meet right now when he heard about the bloody box terror.

"Honey." With a trembling voice Massimo called to Gina who was sitting between doctors Rosa and Thomas.

When her name was called, Gina immediately turned towards the door where Massimo was currently standing with a pale face. "Hi..."

Gina, who had been trying hard and had not cried since being calmed by Rosa and Thomas, who came as soon as Darius contacted them slowly started to sob again, her body shaking again. The image of a bloody heart in the box containing a photo of Regis that had been pricked with needles in the face again frightened Gina.

"That person after Regis, Massimo...sob...he’s after my son, he’s after our son..."

Gina nodded slowly, trying to believe Massimo’s words even though fear was still evident in her eyes at this point. Seeing that there was a photo of Regis tucked away in the bloody box made her fear come far bigger than the first time she saw the bloodied heart in the box.
