During the final unfold of the Twilight Light Wheel, Zheng Yichen interfered twice with Twilight, each interference conducted with Time Power, resulting in a greater influence on Time Power than Twilight when the New World unfolded.

Therefore, in the New World, although time-related powers have transformed into a stream mode, with less stringent conditions for contact and interference, the highest authority in time interference is Zheng Yichen.

However, as the highest authority of time interference, Zheng Yichen lacks sufficient foundation; in other words, Zheng Yichen cannot completely interfere with the entire New World.
