I Can Give Talents-Chapter 450 - Unknown Pin
The ladies below were absolutely shocked by what they had just witnessed, especially Rose, Lily, and Liyan. Each of them had personally tried climbing the tree before and knew intimately how powerful and unforgiving the restriction was. Yet Leyvi had ascended as if he were climbing a normal staircase. How was this even possible?
Ava looked at the three women with open suspicion. "Are you sure this restriction actually exists? You are not lying to us, are you?"
Rose snapped out of her stunned disbelief. "Lady Ava, why would we lie about something like this? It can be proven easily. Just try it yourself. If you can also do it, then perhaps the restriction has been lifted. That would be wonderful news for everyone."
"Hmph. You are right," Ava conceded. She turned and walked toward the grand stairway.
She paused just before the first step, gave the entire structure a quick, assessing glance, and then stepped up.
Immediately, a mysterious, invisible force acted upon her body, a crushing weight that pushed down on her from all directions.
It’s here! The restriction isn’t fake. Ava’s eyes widened.
Then how did that sex fiend husband of mine climb up so easily? she wondered, tilting her head back to look at Leyvi far above.
She took a few more determined steps upward. Very quickly, the pressure multiplied. Her legs began to tremble under the immense, growing force.
After climbing to about fifteen meters high, Ava decided to stop. If she took another step, she was certain she would be crushed outright and humiliate herself. Carefully, she retreated back down the stairs, breathing heavily as she reached the bottom.
"How was it, Lady Ava?" Rose asked gently. "We weren’t lying, were we?"
While Ava had been testing the stairs, the other three had also taken a single step each, just enough to confirm the restriction was still firmly in place.
Ava did not answer. She simply stared up at Leyvi, her mind a whirl of confused thoughts.
Rose then turned to Lily and Liyan, her expression brimming with triumphant pride. "Isn’t Darling amazing? No one else could go up there, but he did it so effortlessly. You two were skeptical of him before. What about now? The man I fell in love with was bound to be extraordinary. Fufufu~"
Lily and Liyan exchanged a long, silent look. For the first time, they found it genuinely difficult to disagree with their lovestruck Holy Maiden.
Meanwhile, fifty meters above.
"Hahaha!" Leyvi laughed out loud suddenly, deeply amused by the unexpected turn of events, but he quickly stifled the sound to avoid attracting unwanted attention. 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮
It had never crossed his mind that things would unfold this way. In truth, he had genuinely considered the Tree Climbing Expert benefit to be utterly useless for him now.
Even when he first received it long ago, he had seen it as a waste, because climbing a tree was a simple task he could manage easily without any special power.
And now, this seemingly pointless benefit had completely bypassed the restriction that forbade everyone from climbing the colossal tree, a being powerful enough to seize control and manipulate part of the world’s very laws.
"I want my toy!" Leyvi said to himself, feeling a sudden urge to pull up the familiar menu.
The translucent interface materialized before his eyes. He rarely looked at it these days, as there was little to do after distributing talents except watch the experience numbers slowly climb. All he could do was wait for it to level up and grant new talents, a passive process he often forgot about until something reminded him. He had always been this way.
The last time he had checked the menu was over a year ago. It had been close to leveling up back then, so he likely had new talents available now.

"There. Two new talents. Longevity and Vision?" Leyvi muttered to himself. "Longevity is definitely related to a long life. But Vision? Will the recipient obtain special eyes? That would be quite cool."
"Alright. I have decided. I will give the Vision talent to Ava. Although we have not yet consummated our marriage, it is undeniable that she is a part of our family by now."
According to Anda, the reason he had been able to secure the Spiritual Vein was because Ava had not tried to hide its existence from her, even though Barbara had initially suggested keeping it a secret.
That act alone had proven her loyalty to the Leyan Family. Leyvi felt Ava had more than earned this gift.
"As for the Longevity talent... I will save it for Barbara," Leyvi said, nodding to himself. The decision was not difficult this time.
He wondered how the ladies back home were progressing with the random talents he had given them. How much had they developed? It would be interesting to see once he returned.
After that, Leyvi checked the feelings points.
Previously, he had seen many points increase among his ladies even while he was away, likely because they had realized he was the source of their new abilities.
But what annoyed him was Mr. Bison’s feeling point. It had dropped to 72. It had been above 80 the last time he looked.
"This lawnmower really needs a wake-up call," Leyvi grumbled. "Did his delusions about me being a villain grow stronger? And look, he even influenced Stripey. His feeling point dropped a little too! What is wrong with that bison?"
Leyvi sighed, pushing the frustration aside. He did not want to waste time dwelling on it. He had more important things to focus on right now.
"Toy Spirit, it has been a while, but please give the Vision talent to Ava," he requested mentally.
The next moment, the menu shimmered slightly, updating before his eyes.
"What? She has 85 feeling points for me?" Leyvi was genuinely surprised. He had expected it to be around 70 at most.
"So Anda was right," he muttered to himself.
He then focused on the bottom of the menu, checking the line for his new benefit.
[Unknown Pin x3]
"What? What is this supposed to do? Toy Spirit, please explain this to me," Leyvi asked.
"..."
There was no answer, only silence.
"This Toy Spirit... acting secretive again. Must be another one of its troll benefits."
But he shook his head a moment later. "No, no, no. I can’t think like that anymore. Even the Tree Climbing Expert benefit finally proved useful after all this time. I have to change my mindset."
"Use one Unknown Pin," Leyvi commanded, deciding that if the Toy Spirit would not explain, he would have to discover its purpose himself.
[Unknown Pin x2]
The number had decreased by one, but nothing else happened. He felt no internal change, and his surroundings showed no visible shift or reaction.
Leyvi asked the Toy Spirit again, but it remained utterly silent.
In the end, he simply closed the menu, still not understanding what the pins did. It was likely something he would only comprehend in the future. But being left completely in the dark like this left him feeling distinctly irritated.
After he closed the menu, he looked down to check on the ladies below.
Ava seemed distracted, her brows slightly furrowed, as if her thoughts were drifting elsewhere. Leyvi guessed she was most likely receiving information about her new talent right now.
Rose noticed he was looking their way and immediately grew very excited, blowing him a flurry of flying kisses. She even used her Qi to create a shimmering, visual effect of glowing pink hearts that floated up toward him.
Leyvi sent a sound transmission. "I’m going to check the portals. Wait for me there."
"Darling! You’re so amazing!" Rose replied instantly. "I love you even more now! You might become everyone’s hero very soon!"
Leyvi saw an even larger, more elaborate burst of glowing pink love symbols erupt below.
He could only smile wryly. Please, don’t love me even more. Receiving this fake affection feels incredibly strange.
He then turned and walked toward another, larger stairway that led even higher up the colossal trunk.
Right now, his priority was to inspect the portals, which were supposed to be located at the very top. The most important thing was finding a way home. All the treasures hidden in the ancient palaces could wait.
Once again, he ascended the grand staircase step by step, and just like before, no restriction descended upon him at all.
