I Can Program My Body?-Chapter 500: Xenus Grand Tower
A week flashed by.
With the time of the Grand Auction arriving, Nash, Camilla, and Elizabeth returned to the Xenus relay station to gather with the others.
Unable to participate individually, they could only go together, representing the Solaris Domain.
"Nash, you’re finally here!" Eldora greeted, seeing them arrive.
"Is everyone here? Shall we go?"
"Not yet. My great-grandfather still hasn’t arrived."
"Azaela? He would also be participating in this?"
"Yes, otherwise we might be bullied."
With the gathering of thousands of domain territories, if they went in alone, they might not be able to buy anything.
Thus, taking time from his busy schedule, Azaela decided to join them at the auction.
Soon, under everyone’s anticipation, Azaela arrived.
"We greet the Supreme Leader Azaela."
"At ease, no need to be so formal. You are the hope and future of the Solaris Domain. I’m just doing my best to get you there."
"We still want to thank the Supreme Leader for his work."
"Alright, alright. Let’s go, otherwise we’ll be late."
Finishing the pleasantries, Azaela took everyone to his personal battleship as they flew toward the Xenus Grand Tower.
Xenus Grand Tower was typically the gathering place for important mobilizations throughout the entire Xenus Junction.
However, to accommodate all individuals from various domain territories, the venue was chosen for the auction.
Arriving at the place that signified the center of thousands of domain territories, everyone couldn’t help but feel nervous.
Even Azaela was more cautious than usual, piloting his personal battleship more carefully.
Although the place was small compared to other architectural marvels, the importance and the people inside were not.
Filled with the presence of hundreds of Planetary Masters and tens of thousands of Planetary Seedlings, even a dragon had to coil down.
Landing on the Xenus Junction Grand Tower, Azaela brought everyone inside.
Segregated into different sections according to their respective domains, they easily found their place after a short walk.
Following Azaela, no one dared to speak, walking cautiously.
Finally, after taking a seat in their own private room, everyone heaved a sigh of relief.
"This place has too much pressure."
"Is an auction really happening here?"
Instead of excitement, they felt the pressure of a battlefield, as if they were about to go to war.
"Don’t worry, this is just how it usually is in the Xenus Grand Tower," Azaela comforted, seeing their expressions. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
The Xenus Grand Tower was a war mobilization zone.
All arrangements for the Wild Void Area were deployed here.
Thus, having been influenced by the aura of battle, those with lower strength could feel an unbearable pressure.
Meanwhile, Nash, after settling down, didn’t mind the gloomy atmosphere.
Instead of focusing on the place, he was looking outside the transparent wall, examining the cosmic elites from other domain territories.
Like his experience before, coming out of the Nova Sector, all cosmic elites were stronger and more talented than they were.
Besides the top talents of the Solaris Domain, all the rest looked like they were from a backwater country in terms of demeanor and strength.
Nash even saw some Void Marshals brimming with the strength of all elements.
These were not individuals who forcefully advanced, but talents like Eldora who condensed all elemental cores and advanced.
Feeling the oppressive strength, Nash was filled with interest.
"It seems top talents are too common."
"Haha, after all, the Solaris Domain has only existed for about tens of millions of years. Compared to the others, we’re severely lacking some precipitation," Eldora said, sitting beside him.
"It seems we’ll always be the underdog," Nash sighed.
From Earth, to Nova Sector, then to the Solaris Domain.
As Nash moved higher and higher, the places that he thought surpassed him became insignificant.
"Don’t be too pessimistic. The Solaris Domain is still one of the mid-level powerhouses in the Xenus Junction."
"Oh? Not the last?"
"Of course not. We have our great-grandfather, a Planetary Master. Most of those new domain territories that only exist for a few million years only have a Planetary Seedling as the Supreme Leader."
"I thought all supreme leaders of a domain territory were at least a Planetary Master," Nash realized.
"How could that be? Even with all the resources of a domain, one still needs time to digest it. Those domain territories that existed less than a million years don’t even have a Planetary Seedling." Eldora shook his head.
"I see, I understand."
After the Cosmic Competition, after being able to establish a connection to the Dark Plane and win the title of a Domain Territory, it didn’t signify immediate advancement.
One might only be at a tier 7 or 8 realm at the start.
It was only after the passage of time, the management of territory, and the digestion of all this wealth that one could eventually advance to a higher tier.
"Do you have information about the competition we would have in the Xenus Junction?"
"No, this is quite confidential. We don’t have any details about the other domain territories."
"It’s a pity."
"But we can look at the top domain territories later, see if there are any threats."
"I know," Nash said.
For every individual who entered the Xenus Grand Tower, Nash unscrupulously scanned everyone.
As long as it was not a Planetary Master like Azaela, he didn’t care.
From the elites, talents, the War Gods, and even the Planetary Seedlings, Nash examined everyone.
He did this not only to gather data on his potential allies and enemies, but also for his future experiments and module systems.
Who knew if he’d encounter some unique specimens?
Soon, as the hours began to pass, as tens of millions of individuals entered the tower, the Grand Auction that they’d been waiting for began.
With a massive stage at its center, a beautiful woman flew in, scanning the room around her.
"Hello everyone, I’m Lilliana, the Auctioneer for this Grand Exchange!" Bowing to the guests, everyone turned to clap, acknowledging her presence.
Feeling the power of a Planetary Master exuding from Lilliana, no one dared to be disrespectful.
"Too domineering. A Planetary Master as the auctioneer? What power even convened this auction?"
"This auction was convened by the Xenus Domain, the strongest and oldest among all the thousands of domain territories."
"What more can I expect?" Nash nodded, failing to see the obvious.
"Haha, although they were the ones to manage the auction, the items inside are from all other domain territories, even from the Wild Void Area."
"That’s good."
If it were only one force managing the auction, it would be too dull.
With everyone in the mix, there should be interesting items in the auction that they could afford.
