I Can Program My Body?-Chapter 524: Generals and Ministers
A week later, after passing through the treacherous wild void area, they returned to the Solaris Domain.
Looking at the familiar place, they quickly felt at ease.
"We’re back..."
Although the journey to the Xenus Junction was safe, they still felt the unfamiliarity.
Now looking at the familiar twinkling stars, they felt their hearts turn calm.
While reminiscing, hours unconsciously passed by.
Arriving at the Solaris Port station, they were told to disembark the ship.
Following the protocols, every cosmic elite and the people they brought from the Xenus Junction went out.
"We arrived. There’s less than two years before the competition. Take this time to prepare well. If there’s anything you need, you can ask the Solaris Government. They’ll do their best to accommodate you." Azaela said, bidding everyone goodbye.
He still had to return to the main battlefield. Going back to the Solaris Inter-Dimensional Battleship, it departed just after it arrived.
Left alone in the port station, everyone began to bid each other goodbye.
In their minds, Nash’s earlier words began to echo.
"If you ever change your mind, the Star Alliance welcomes everyone with open arms. Let’s build a prosperous territory together..."
Thinking of all the things Nash had brought and the details about the Star Alliance, they couldn’t help but be tempted.
Unfortunately, they couldn’t decide on their own; otherwise, they would’ve joined without hesitation.
They could only go back and ask their superiors and the forces behind them for their decision.
Soon, with all the cosmic teams departing, Nash and his men were left in the port station.
Because they had more people, Nash had no choice but to take out one of the Tier 8 battleships.
Registering, boarding, and reconfiguring the ship took a few more hours before they could depart.
"To the Neon Cluster System," Nash ordered Atom.
"Yes, master."
Looking at the Solaris Capital Map it just downloaded, Atom quickly drove the battleship in a flash.
---
Neon Star Cluster System.
With a Tier 8 battleship suddenly appearing in space, the various defense structures in place suddenly rang in alert.
However, confirming it was one of their own, Atom drove the ship unimpeded and landed on one of the planets.
"Welcome to the Star Alliance Central Base. Although it’s a little rough, this is where we’ll start to build our future." Nash welcomed everyone as they disembarked the ship.
Curious about the place they would be rebuilding, everyone couldn’t help but look around with scrutiny.
"Rafael, take everyone to rest first. Then come to me."
"Yes, commander."
Although not familiar with the place, Rafael quickly adapted.
Asking one of Nash’s subordinates who came to greet them for some guidance, he began to settle everyone.
---
Meanwhile, as Rafael settled everyone, Nash took the 10 Tier 7 commanders and 9 civilization managers for a meeting.
Being short on time, they couldn’t waste a single second.
As for talking about it during their trip, it lacked enough privacy.
For the future of the Star Alliance and his territory, Nash couldn’t be careless.
"During this period we have a lot of work to do. The Star Alliance is still in its infancy, and we need to establish proper structure before we venture into the Wild Void Territory. Are you with me?"
Hearing Nash’s words, everyone stood in attention.
Although they were sent here through a transfer, they were willing to do so.
Managing to latch on to Nash, personally selected by a Planetary Master, was more than they could ask for.
"Yes, Commander! We’ll work hard and complete everything with our absolute best."
"Good! Then first, Theron and Kael, you’ll be assigned as the Generals of the Civilian Army, leading the Tier 1 to 4 powerhouses within the Star Alliance. You’re in charge of protecting our interior and providing introductory training for our citizens."
"Voss and Lyra, you’ll be the Generals of the Space Force, leading our fleet of tier 6 and 7 battleships to the battlefield."
"Drakar and Soren, you’ll be the Generals of the Beast Army, leading our elites and hundreds of thousands of void beasts as a fast-paced army that can reinforce everyone."
"Jira and Zane, you two will be the Generals of the Reconnaissance Army, driving one of the tier 8 battleships to scout any potential danger and territory we could conquer."
"Castor and Dren, you two will be the Generals of Defense, in charge of controlling all our large-scale defensive weapons, shielding us from any incoming danger."
"Any questions?" Nash asked after assigning everyone to their own force.
As for the leader of the cosmic elites, he naturally had to take the role.
Although weaker now, all cosmic elites were prideful talents.
Without absolute force and potential, they wouldn’t yield to anyone.
"No, commander!"
"Good!"
Turning toward the civilization managers, Nash began to assign their roles one by one.
From the Minister of Finance, Minister of Human Resources, Minister of Justice, Minister of Infrastructure, Minister of Resources, Minister of Trade, Minister of Education, Minister of Health and Public Welfare, Minister of Science, to the Minister of Foreign Relations.
From every sector of a civilization, Nash assigned one leader.
As for the Chief Executive, it was naturally him, with Julius’s assistance as Vice Chief Executive.
With these ten experienced managers taking care of everything, coupled with his and Julius’s assistance, the Star Alliance would soon flow more smoothly than before.
"Any questions?"
"No, we’ll do our best, Commander."
Unlike the generals who needed to fight for their lives, they just had to manage everything smoothly.
"Hmm, good. I look forward to a united Star Alliance Territory before we leave for the cosmic competition."
"We’ll do our best—no, we’ll deliver everything perfectly, Commander."
After the civilization managers, Nash finally turned to the five scientific talents he hired.
As the heart of civilization, Nash had more demanding work for them.
However, since they still weren’t in the Wild Void Territory, there wasn’t much to do yet.
Thinking of all the pending research he didn’t have time to finish, he thought of assigning it to these people.
"Ryn and Tav, you two will be in charge of the Mother Core production hub. Try to see if you can mass produce tier 6 battleships."
"Tier 6 battleships?" Ryn and Tav exchanged incredulous looks.
Using a mother core ship to mass produce tier 6 battleships was indeed feasible.
However, as they remembered, the one Nash bought seemed to be defective.
"Just do your best. If it’s not possible, tier 5 battleships will be enough." Nash lowered his requirement.
"We’ll see what we can do, commander."
