I Can Program My Body?-Chapter 526: Generals and Ministers (3)
After the Void Beast Army, Nash turned toward the Generals of the Reconnaissance Army, Jira and Zane.
"You two can assemble your own team, after which you can train either in the dark plane or the virtual world."
"Is that all, do you have any requirements, Commander?"
"Hmm, if possible. Build an intelligence organization in the Solaris Domain; if not, at least do so in the Star Alliance Territory."
Although it was his own territory, having an intelligence organization was different.
Not only could he watch for traitors and spies, but it could also allow him to spot any weaknesses and vulnerabilities that the others might overlook.
After all, as they say, know yourself before the enemy.
"We promise to do our best, Commander!"
After the Generals of Reconnaissance, Nash turned to the two generals of Defense.
"Castor and Dren, you two can recruit people as you want. However, your main task is to oversee the placing and reconfiguration of each large-scale defensive weapon. Make sure everything is secure and working at all times," Nash reminded.
The people Nash hired were only temporary; although they might not sabotage anything, they might be a little careless.
With two Generals and various ministers overseeing the task, it should be more secure.
"You can leave this to us, Commander. We’ll set up the Large Scale Defensive weapons in no time!"
"Hmm, I look forward to it."
Having instructed the Generals on what to do, Nash began to talk to the ministers.
For their task, it was fairly straightforward: to improve and restructure the Star Alliance Territory.
From the Minister of Finance, which had the task of establishing a banking system, creating unified currency, creating fiscal policy, managing the alliance budget, and so on.
The Minister of Human Resources, which had to set labor standards, oversee workforce and training programs, coordinate migration, etc.
The Minister of Justice, setting up the laws, judicial bodies, regulating people’s actions, protecting fairness and peace, etc.
The Minister of Infrastructure, building transportation routes, energy supply, urban development, and the overall rebuilding of the territory.
The Minister of Resources, managing all natural minerals, void mines, production hubs, and such.
The Minister of Trade, managing the trade of goods, businesses, investments, and various other economic strategies.
The Minister of Education, building schools, promoting literacy and loyalty, evaluating various talents, and so on.
The Minister of Health and Public Welfare, managing the healthcare system, addressing people’s needs, and increasing people’s quality of life as much as possible.
The Minister of Foreign Relations, managing diplomatic relations between each planetary system and cosmic teams, coordinating every planet, promoting global interest to everyone, and more importantly, erasing the difference between each planet.
Finally, the Minister of Science, managing all scientific talents, funds, promotion of technology, and development of the overall Star Alliance Technology.
"Did everyone understand?" Nash asked, after detailing all the tasks each minister had to do.
Because they would be sent to the Wild Void Territory, everything needed to be built from scratch.
From the most basic to the essential things needed to run a civilization, it had to be built before they leave.
"We promise to complete the task, Commander."
"Good. If you have any questions or suggestions, you can contact Julius directly," Nash said, looking toward Julius.
As he still had to train, Nash didn’t have time to concern himself with the development of the Star Alliance.
Although Julius wasn’t as experienced as these managers, he at least understood most of his thoughts, making him the perfect bridge while he was away.
Having told all their positions and responsibilities, they moved on to the details.
Still new to the Solaris Domain and the Star Alliance, they had a lot of questions to ask.
As a result, one day turned into two, then three, four, five, until a week later.
Having such a long discussion, Nash finally ended the meeting as everyone hurried to their tasks.
"I hope to see a different Star Alliance by the time I come out..." Nash said, looking at their hurried figures.
---
Returning to the Neon Planet, Nash headed straight to the planetary core to retrieve the Soul Energy that the module systems had collected while he was away.
Although he no longer needed it to collect books, it was still useful to replenish his energy after entering the Soul Enlightenment State.
He estimated that with enough supply, he could heal his soul three to five days in advance, allowing him to enter the soul enlightenment mode three times a month.
Entering the sealed vault, Nash immediately felt the dense amount of soul energy.
"So much!"
Just a rough look, and he saw a half-formed drop of liquid in the Soul Storage.
One had to remember that each unit of soul energy was smaller than an atomic size, yet just about a month and a half after he was away, it was able to form a liquid!
Even without counting, he estimated that there were hundreds of quintillions of soul energy in this storage.
Absorbing all of it into his origin space, a sea of soul suddenly appeared inside.
Closing his eyes, Nash suddenly felt his mind ascend to another level.
Although it had no outward effect, Nash felt his mind working faster and more efficiently.
Looking at the sea of soul, Nash suddenly thought of using it to transform his soul.
Initially, even as he used a tier 5 Soul Sublimation potion, his progress had been terrifyingly slow.
After a month of training, he hadn’t even reached 5%.
Of course, it was mostly because he was busy on his trip to the Xenus Junction.
Unable to concentrate on training, he could only hand off the work to the [Training Module System].
Even then, he noticed how slow his progress became after unifying his soul states.
At this speed, he might not even reach 1000% soul transformation rate before they went to the Wild Void Area.
Looking at the sea of soul in his origin space, a new idea appeared in his mind.
"Is it possible?"
This soul energy was extracted from different individuals and was full of impurities.
He could use them as fuel to burn, but could he use them to train?
Wanting to know the result, Nash didn’t mind where he was and quickly entered the soul enlightenment state.
