I Somehow Became The Almighty Creator, l can create anything: Be Ware-Chapter 105
First, it was the Order. The mysterious organization that seemed to have a history with him though he didn’t remember meeting them, ever.
Things didn’t add up, they seemed to know him, they seemed to have a history with him, yet he couldn’t remember, something that should be impossible considering he was literal death, someone who peruses in minds of beings like it’s another Friday.
Then there was now the issue of how he got his powers, since he seemed to miss the memories of entering a portal or something else entirely, he wasn’t sure yet.
Then the issue of the fuckers who were investigating him, the guy and the two twins that had broken into his apartment, he didn’t know if it was the Order again or another organization.
And for some reason, his heart was sure it wasn’t the Order this time around.
There were like three more mysteries, but those were like the 3 big mysteries in his life. Maybe even the Paragons and all that shit with Shadow.
He had to find out, and fast.
Because he was running on thin ice, sure he was really powerful, he couldn’t die, and all that shit, but like the wise man once said, knowledge is survival.
And the way he was now, he was an absolute ignorant bastard. Something that didn’t leave a good taste in his mouth.
It was already 6 hours needed for Black to finish the hacking.
[Done]
He didn’t even ask anything else, without further ado, Watts made his way down, not giving shit to the eyes on him from all over.
And to be honest, he was this close to giving each and every one of those motherfuckers a scare that they would never forget in their long miserable lives, after all he was death.
What happens when a mortal looks death right in the eye?
But he knew that would bring more trouble to him, something he already had enough of, so he let the fuckers do whatever they wanted, for now at least.
Reaching the reception area on the ground floor, he made his way out of the elevator to the desk, specifically where a cute blue haired woman, with thin blue scales on her cheek and forearms was.
According to his Eye of the Universe, she was a Mernin, a race with a dilute Mermaid bloodline but dangerous in water none the less.
And truthfully, she was a beauty. Coming from Watts, that must mean something.
There were already two men and one woman in line so he had to wait for his turn, which didn’t take long considering everyone here was at least level one, so the speed at which they processed information was way higher than normal humans.
"Can I please get the city map? Am new."
The lady looked at him for a second and smiled, "Oh dear, you are... Jack Wattison, right?"
"That’s me, yes."
"Well sorry for our over look, you were supposed to receive this package an hour ago," she said as she retrieved a sealed package from somewhere in the desk below.
Though Watts could feel spacial disturbances so it must have been delivered by some kind of space magic or something like that.
Receiving the package, he raised an eyebrow as he was sure he didn’t know anyone in the city. And the lady seemed to understand this, so she shed some light.
"It is given to everyone new to the city, it contains the rules, the map, recommended visiting spots, and an AI to help you with your stay." She said with a smile.
"Oh, that’s cool." Watts said as he was amazed by the thoughtfulness of these guys, looking back at the cute lady, he gave a smile and said, "Thanks miss..."
"Rose, please call me Rose." she caught on.
"Well you have a lovely day Rose," he said as he turned to go.
"Ah... um, can I call you Jack?" she asked with a cute little frown.
"Yeah, sure." He said with a little smile.
"Thanks, um... well, Jack. The hotel offers protection to its member for an increased stay price. Maybe you should consider it, you seem to have... a lot of ’fans’." She said as she leaned in and whispered the last part.
Now Watts was surprised for a bit, it seemed that this little cute receptionist was not as simple as she seemed if she could really sense his tails.
Because, truth be told, they were hiding pretty well.
If she could sense them, then she really was an expert, and sure enough the moment he flexed a bit of his Eye of Universe, he found out she was indeed a level four being.
A being that had indeed started on the journey to being a God. A being that was no longer a mortal. And yet here she was, working as a receptionist.
It seemed he really was underestimating the power of humanity.
And unconsciously, his smile widened as he replied, "Thanks, really. But don’t worry about them." He winked at her as he made his way out.
Rose looked at his receding back with a raised eyebrow, she had thought that a level one like him wouldn’t be able to sense the eyes on him, but it seemed she was wrong.
And considering he seemed carefree, it seems he had a strong background to be able to smile in such a situation.
But then again, it wasn’t her job anymore, she had suggested he take protection since he looked like a good kid and very handsome, but if he could handle it, then no problem.
As for Watts, it was time for some truths.
As he got out of the door, he quickly unwrapped the package, only to find a seemingly unassuming watch although his eyes said otherwise.
Because he knew that he couldn’t destroy it even if he put in all his strength on the task. But as he was admiring the watch, a voice spoke in his mind.
[Hey, is it me or did she seem quite into you?]
Watts was surprised for a moment. Because from the moment he created Black, it was the first time he took the initiative to say something that isn’t a task given to him.
’Oh, so you finally decide to say something that isn’t work?’ he mused with a smile.
Putting the watch on his arm, it pricked his arm, drawing a bit of his blood and then it initiated bonding to him so no one else could use it but him.
[Well, considering you’re all alone in an unfamiliar place, I decided to be the voice that prevents you from doing shit.]
’Wow, why do I can feel like you’ve been waiting for a millennia just to tell me that?’
[Considering your track record, yeah I’ve been waiting for the perfect time just to say it.]
Watts chuckled a bit as the watch finally came on, and so he made his way for the only place where he was sure he could get answers he wanted.
’Am happy to have been that person who strokes your ego’
