I Truly Am The Villian-Chapter 1130 - 1129: Battle of the Heavens, The Great Battle against the Myriad Flowers Fairy
Between heaven and earth, a vine fell down.
Just like that, it was erected between Xu Zimei and the pavilion.
This vine pierced through the void, spanning across endless radiance, with no visible end, nor could its root be found.
After the vine connected, multicolored flowers began to bloom upon it. ƒree𝑤ebnσvel.com
Each of these flowers was dozens of meters in length and width, forming a path in front of Xu Zimei towards the pavilion where the Myriad Flowers Fairy resided.
A vine linked the void, with ten thousand flowers blossoming upon it.
Xu Zimei stepped out, setting foot upon the freshly bloomed flowers on the vine.
Red, green, purple, black, white - thus they blossomed in the void.
Forming a breathtakingly beautiful scroll of flowers.
It was only after he slowly made his way into the pavilion that he could see clearly.
The space where the pavilion was located gave off a feeling of overlooking all the lesser hills.
He looked far into the distance from atop the pavilion.
His gaze penetrated through layers of void, seeing Black Water Lake, Ten Mile Slope, Zhennan Pass, and even overseeing most of the tiny world at the Edge of the Sky, End of the Sea.
Turning his head, Xu Zimei then saw the Myriad Flowers Fairy before him.
She was like a young maiden in her prime.
With twists of suet in her hair, her reddish cheeks still carried hints of youthful greenness.
Dressed in a fresh array of vivid flowers.
Her gaze was crystal clear, with a high nose bridge, red lips and white teeth, mandarin duck eyebrows.
In front of her was a framed canvas, her hand holding a brush already prepared with ink, focused on painting something.
"What matter brings you to find me?" Xu Zimei asked.
The Myriad Flowers Fairy put down her brush, carefully removed the paper from the frame.
Holding it out to Xu Zimei, she said, "This is for you."
Xu Zimei took the paper, frowning as he looked at it.
The content on this paper seemed to depict a great war.
The Heavenly Dao was exerting its power, with the firmament flashing with lightning and thunder, torn open by a crack.
A crack that could not be healed.
Above that sky, there was an eye, as if it were the eye of the Heavenly Dao.
It was majestic and untouchable, as if even a glance would be an offense.
Seemingly the dominator of everything, with one look, it could penetrate the yin and yang of the world, the joys and sorrows of life, the myriad races, the billions of beings.
And there was a starry hand, bursting forth from endless light-years away.
This starry hand grasped the eye upon the Heavenly Dao.
Below was the Purgatory’s Sea of Blood, along with countless struggling figures.
The dimensions of the paper were limited, and the content Xu Zimei could see came to an abrupt end here.
The scene felt strangely familiar.
Xu Zimei closed his eyes and pondered for a moment, deeply exhaling a breath.
He had previously visited a palace once inhabited by a being known as the Empress.
There, he also encountered the lingering consciousness of the Heaven Martial Emperor and the Nine Nights Immortal King.
He remembered that within that palace, there was also a mural that narrated a great war.
The content of the two was extremely similar.
Only the people in them were different.
"What did you see?" The Myriad Flowers Fairy stood up and asked.
"A great war," Xu Zimei said.
"To be precise, it should be the ninth Celestial War," the Myriad Flowers Fairy said with a smile.
"The Celestial War?" Xu Zimei furrowed his brows and asked.
"The Nine Domains have existed since the Primordial Era, having gone through hundreds of million years; do you think you’re the only one who has defied the heavens and changed fate?" the Myriad Flowers Fairy retorted.
"I think I understand," Xu Zimei nodded slightly.
"Each Celestial War represents the highest combat power of this world.
It’s not something that can be achieved by the power of one," the Myriad Flowers Fairy said.
"I have countless members of the Demon Race behind me, when have I ever been alone?" Xu Zimei replied.
"Besides, I am here only for the Xuan Yuan family."
"The Xuanyuan family must not be harmed," the Myriad Flowers Fairy said directly.
"I once promised the Great Saint Xuanyuan to protect their family members."
"I didn’t say I wanted to harm the Xuanyuan family. I merely wish to borrow the Xuanyuan Sword for a moment," Xu Zimei responded.
"The Xuanyuan Sword ranks third among the myriad weapons of the world.
Do you think they would simply lend it out to others?"
"If they are willing to lend it, naturally that would be for the best. If not, they can’t blame me," said Xu Zimei.
"Do you think there’s much in this world that can’t be resolved with fists?"
"It seems the Demon Lord wishes to stand in opposition to me," the Myriad Flowers Fairy said with a light laugh.
"It is now you who wish to stand in opposition to me," Xu Zimei retorted.
"The things you know seem quite numerous; I’m rather intrigued."
Xu Zimei slowly took out the teleportation token given to him by Zhang Bei and the others earlier.
The token shattered, and in an instant, a powerful aura spread out.
Around the pavilion, the void coalesced into the shape of a vortex.
This vortex spun continuously, eventually reflecting across the firmament, as the power of teleportation overflowed.
"It’s from the Brahma Sect of the Western Region," the Myriad Flowers Fairy said with a smile.
"It seems those guys can’t wait any longer."
As her voice fell, several vast hands tore through the firmament, ripping the vortex apart as they emerged from within.
The Buddho-Demonic Power violently stirred the entire void.
Myriad Buddha Monks, Xuan Xie, and several others like Zhang Bei all stepped out.
"Myriad Flowers Lord, it’s been a long time," Zhang Bei was the first to say with a smile.
"The four of you, come at me together," the Myriad Flowers Fairy said with a slight smile, her right hand waving.
The void before their eyes began to shift.
The pavilion where Xu Zimei and others were located was forcibly transported to another void.
"Let us battle here, so as not to disturb the tranquility of my Valley of a Hundred Flowers."
This void was nothingness itself.
One could say it was situated in an endless depth, boundless and limitless.
"Myriad Flowers Lord, if you agree to leave this place, we will cease our actions, how about that?" Zhang Bei proposed.
"We don’t wish to be your enemy."
"When the Brahman Demon Great Saint created this minor world, I was already here.
Your ancestors did not have the slightest objection, but it’s you descendants whose ambitions are rather large," the Myriad Flowers Fairy stated.
"If that’s the case, then there’s nothing to discuss," Xuan Xie uttered coldly.
Around him, Demonic Qi surged, and clouds of demonic mist spread out into the void.
"Little Saint Demon Fist."
He bellowed, and an immense force transmitted from his right fist.
Sounds of "bang bang bang" rang out from the fist as Xuan Xie’s figure charged towards the Myriad Flowers Fairy.
An entire expanse of void crumbled away.
Meanwhile, the Myriad Buddha Monks stood erect, their hands joined together, murmuring chants coming from their mouths.
"Purple Heavenly Net."
It was as if the Taoist Ancestors and Arhats manifested, breaking through the void, with golden divine light spreading far and wide.
With each step an Arhat took, they traversed heaven and earth, the Buddha Ancestor’s voice filling their chests, resounding profoundly.
Standing nearby, Zhang Bei also held himself proudly.
His figure grew several times in height, like a giant, with his white robe flying; behind him was carried a half stone tablet.
That stone tablet appeared ancient and noble, looking incredibly old.
Engraved in the sky was the character for "Heaven."
Regrettably, only half of the tablet was present; the whereabouts of the other half were unknown.
Yet its imposing aura remained undiminished.
"Suppression," Zhang Bei called out lightly.
The stone tablet behind him suddenly soared into the sky, transforming into a black stream of light, charging towards the Myriad Flowers Fairy to suppress her.
The Myriad Flowers Fairy simply let out a light laugh.
With a flick of her right hand, a petal fluttered down gently.
