I Was a Loner, but My Class Got Summoned to Another World…-Chapter 339: Aetherlight Unicorn
Logan kept patting the unicorn gently, still catching his breath from the fight. But within seconds, a soft glow began to radiate from the creature's body. His eyes widened.
"Already?" he muttered.
The evolution had begun.
He hadn't fed it any crystals. Yet the unicorn's body began to pulse with energy as it glowed brighter. It grew slightly—taller, leaner, and more refined in form—but didn't physically transform much beyond that. What changed was the aura. The sheer pressure it now released was enough to give Logan goosebumps.
Moments later, the glow dimmed, and the creature's form stabilized.
Logan quickly pulled up the stats for the creature to understand his new beast.

Str: 81 / Agi: 101 / Dex: 95 / Con: 87 / Int: 112 / Char: 98

Luminous Surge: Elarion dashes in a zigzag of light flashes, momentarily becoming untargetable. Each movement leaves behind afterimages that emit delayed flashbang bursts, stunning enemies on pursuit.
Heavenstep Reprisal: Upon being struck by a melee attack, Elarion reflexively counters with a light-powered hind kick or horn strike, empowered by spirit energy, capable of fracturing armor or shields.
Purity Lash: A concentrated blast of light magic is channeled through a flick of Elarion's horn, piercing magical defenses and causing searing internal damage to corrupted or dark-aligned targets.
Radiant Aegis: Elarion maintains a semi-permanent light shield that redirects or absorbs magical and physical damage. On breaking, the shield explodes in a burst of purifying light, knocking back nearby enemies.
Solar Tread: Converts sunlight into momentum. Elarion gains increased speed, evasiveness, and aerial footing via light-formed platforms. Can even gallop across midair for short bursts.
Aetherlight Domain: Elarion calls upon nearby spirits to infuse the battlefield with divine light, reducing enemy resistances to light-element attacks and slowly healing Elarion and nearby allies over time.
Gleaming Reckoning: Concentrating sacred mana at its horn, Elarion summons a descending column of divine energy capable of vaporizing foes within a defined radius. The impact stuns all enemies within range and purges ongoing buffs.
Spirit-Blessed Sanctuary: While under the watch of guardian spirits, Elarion can redirect up to 30% of damage taken to ethereal wards around him. The more spirits present, the stronger and longer-lasting the sanctuary becomes.

Logan quickly noticed the unicorn's new skills. Many were clearly tied to the buffs the spirits had granted earlier—like the barrier it used for defense and the strange ability to hop between midair platforms.
Overall, it was a balanced creature, but clearly leaned toward magic. Its speed was exactly what he expected from such a noble beast. But the part that caught his eye the most?
It was already level 80.
Logan could tell it had been helped along by the spirits—likely groomed specifically for him. It was just the kind of creature he needed. With the kind of battles coming, especially against dark-elemental enemies, having a strong light-based mount was essential.
It would act as the perfect counter once he reached the Temple of Darkness.
That place was his next destination. And from what he'd heard, he would need to cross the ocean to reach it. Good thing he had already helped the Pearl Isles. Thanks to that, a ship had already been prepared for his next journey.
"Now all that's left is to wait for Lisa to finish," Logan muttered, giving the unicorn a final pat along its gleaming neck.
No one else was around—only the fairies hovering in the distance. And yet, none of them seemed willing to tell him what was happening with the girl.
That part was starting to worry him.
"I guess you all don't know what's going on either…" Logan muttered, his eyes scanning the quiet fairies. "Well then, just teleport me back to the forest. I need to speak with my creatures before I leave."
[What about you? Are you staying here, or do you want to come with me?] Logan asked the unicorn, who had been silent up until now, seemingly lost in thought over its newfound strength.
[Sorry, I was... thinking about my change, about my new strength. But I'll go. Lord said to help.]
Logan nodded, taking in the creature's words. It still held the Great Spirit of Light in high regard—it must have been raised by it.
"Alright, then. Let's go. We have much to do, and not much time to do it." Logan placed a saddle on the unicorn and started heading back toward the fairies. They cheerfully cast a portal, the shimmering gateway forming in front of him.
"Good to see you passed the trial," one of the fairies called, fluttering close to Logan and spinning around him like it was swimming through water. "Hope we have you to end the war. We lose friends, demons corrupt lands, and fairies change or die when this happens."
"I'll do my best. But make sure Lisa is safe. Keep her protected, and I'll help you with whatever you need." Logan's voice was steady, though his mind still raced with worry about the girl, who had been silent for days, even through their terminal.
"She's fine…" The spirit's voice was calm and reassuring, just before Logan stepped through the portal.
He emerged back where he had started that morning—the forest clearing. The two centaurs and his tiger were lying in the grass, their eyes watching him as he approached.
Logan sighed, thinking about everything he needed to do. There were words he needed to say to these creatures—his companions—and decisions to be made.
"Inox, Eleros—you'll stay here and continue to grow stronger. Protect the Temple of Spirits. I have a feeling the demons will make a move soon." Logan's voice was firm as he looked between the two creatures. "I'll have armor and weapons crafted for you soon. Learn to use them when they arrive."
He turned to the centaur chief. "And you, Eleros—as the leader of your herd, I'll return to bless you personally. With that, the others will be able to grow like you."
Both creatures lowered their heads in silent respect.
Their eyes briefly shifted to the unicorn standing beside Logan—recognizing it as something greater, a creature that had reached a height of power they still had yet to touch. The unicorn met their gaze, and without words, it used its linked thoughts toward them.
The conversation didn't stop there.
Soon, the three pegasi Logan had tamed landed in the clearing, and the six horse-like creatures began sizing each other up—measuring strength and presence through subtle postures and flickers of mana. Logan didn't interrupt. He let them feel each other out and get settled, they would need to work with each other in the future.
For now, he turned his attention towards his massive tiger.
Lucent lay sprawled lazily in the grass, looking far too relaxed.
"Have you seen Lumea?" Logan asked as he approached, scanning the nearby trees.
The tiger didn't answer—but Logan quickly understood why.
At least three small Sunflare Tamarins were clinging to Lucent's fur, chirping softly while they cleaned and picked through the fluff. Pyri led them, meticulously searching for any stray pests.
Logan blinked. ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com
"Really...? We've got that problem here too, huh…" He sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "I'm starting to feel like a negligent zookeeper instead of a tamer."
