I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess-Chapter 113: Mossy Encounters?
Lillian clutched the corner of a wall and pushed her head out from behind it, staring at three small figures sitting in a triangle.
’Moss Goblins...’
They had green bodies with scraggly limbs, masks made of moss, and clothes fashioned from crudely organized wood.
They were around 120 cm tall and wielded plain wooden clubs.
These monsters were of the Feral rank—the lowest of the low. In other words, Rank E. Not only that, but they had only one mana shell, so they were a Wretch as well.
Even if Louis Mana Academy was a prestigious academy, as everyone says it is, and as it would test its students’ limits, it seemed they were willing to give them even a bit of a chance.
’Even if our class should be given a slightly higher difficulty.’
She knew without a doubt that she would "blitz" through them with ease. That was a fact. She had, after all, taken down monsters an entire rank above them, with arguable ease.
However, that isn’t to say they didn’t pose even the slightest bit of a threat to her.
Thinking this, she flicked her fingers, summoning two tiny bullets of water and launching them at high velocity.
She watched as her two bullets pierced through the skulls of two goblins. After confirming they were dead, she stepped out from behind the wall and confronted the lone goblin.
She clutched the gritty hilt of her odachi and brandished it, garnering a hostile look from the goblin, which stood up and swung its barbaric club.
Having already unsheathed the odachi, she raised it with wobbling arms over her head before swinging down, cleaving through its club like butter.
Lillian watched as her blade passed through the goblin and sliced into the stone ground.
"Eh?" she stared up, watching as a thin red line split the goblin in half. Its knees then bent forward, causing its body to lean toward her before being pushed back with a jet of water.
She let out a small sigh of relief before inspecting her blade, finding it clean and without stains of blood.
Her smile widened a bit as she pulled it out of the thin crevice it had made in the ground before sheathing it.
"Good investment! ... Eh... even if it wasn’t with my own money."
She then stared down at the goblin with a slight frown. "Although... I really shouldn’t be testing it on monsters that are this weak," she muttered, scratching her head as she focused her gaze forward and stared down the long stretch ahead.
She let out a groan before perking up at an idea. She flashed her hand into the air, summoning a reflective shard of glass and chucking it.
As the airborne shard flew, it faintly showed cracks in its surface before shattering entirely into a cloud of dust.
Lillian watched as it swirled and morphed into a familiar large hexapod. She cringed as she was reminded of its unholy face before patting its horn, ignoring the unintentional, furious expression it was giving her.
"I’m going to need you to carry me until we find a strong monster."
Understanding what she wanted, it lowered its body closer to the ground, allowing her to pull herself up with the help of its segmented, black polished shell before rising.
It then gave a twirl, turned around, and began to move forward at a steady pace.
Lillian sat—cross-legged—and waited to find a more worthy opponent, the black-scaled odachi in her hands.
She needed something with a bit more muscle, strength, speed, and defenses to truly test out its abilities. The only thing she had tested about it was its incredibly sharp edge, capable of cutting through stone and bones.
She then focused her gaze on the black shell, "I keep calling you ’beetle,’ but you don’t have wings, right?"
The Beetle paused for a moment before continuing, almost as though it had decided to just ignore Lillian’s question.
She rolled her eyes and laid back down. After a few more minutes, she yawned, feeling a tad bit bored.
While on their way through the maze, they had indeed encountered a few monsters. But the thing was, they were all either goblins or at the same level as them.
Lillian glanced down at Beetle’s legs, which were stained with blood and bits of flesh. They had just had a run-in with a group of goblins.
Unlike the exam, the deceased monsters and their internals didn’t turn into digital matter and disappear. Instead, they just acted like regular-old blood and flesh.
She let out another yawn, holding a hand above her mouth before noticing a shadow stretching over her.
She widened her eyes, pushed herself off the beetle, tumbled over its shell, and landed on the ground.
SMASH!
Getting up from the ground, she watched as the legs of the Beetle shook a bit while something was forced down on its back.
A monster resembling a gorilla—four to six metres tall—stood on its back with its fists slammed into it.
It had dark green fur that looked like moss and wooden antlers growing out from the sides of its head.
It also wore a wooden mask that paired well with its antlers.
This monster was called a Moss Enforcer. It was around the Savage rank and was a Maw.
Just as it was about to raise its fists to pummel the Beetle beneath it, it felt its balance destabilize for a second.
The Beetle, with shaking legs, gritted its teeth angrily, causing an irritating screeching sound. Then, without any warning, its front body tilted up, causing the gorilla to lose balance.

Just as the gorilla was about to latch its fingers around the long, obsidian-black horn of the Beetle, high-velocity streams of sharp water pierced through its hand, leaving it stunned.
THUD!
As the gorilla crashed against the ground and tried to get back to its feet, it was suddenly pinned down. The Beetle slammed its front legs into its arms like spikes.
A primal, pain-filled scream resounded not long after.
The Beetle then hovered its face over the Moss Enforcer, widening its disgusting jaws.
Just as it was about to snap down on its head...
