I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess-Chapter 621: Little Damage yet made a shocking result?
The Salesman’s eyes widened again.
At this rate, he was on the path of having his eyes pop out because of Lillian’s incomprehensible words.
He could stutteringly breathe the word, "H-huh...?" in response.
"B-but why—..."
The man immediately shook his head wildly, freeing himself from his puzzlement. Then, he turned to see what he could salvage and protect from being destroyed.
But before he could move to try to prevent any more damage to the goods—
BAM!
—He was hit hard in the centre of his chest, leading all of the air in his lungs to instantly shoot out.
"PUAGHK!"
Lillian, who had speedily flown over, had spun in the air and delivered a crushing dropkick on the Salesman’s chest - causing him to go flying back dozens of metres.
THUMP THUD THUMP
He crashed and bounced off several crates, organised shelves, and large storage containers before eventually coming to the end of his flight.
THUMP!
And not even a second later—
SWISH SWISH SWISH
—A storm of curved water blades slammed into him.
Lillian, who was dozens of metres away, cackled inside at the destruction she caused.
’To think he managed to put up his defences right before my attack, he really is experienced...’
After slowly flipping herself around in the air, Lillian gently lowered herself to the ground, dropping herself beside a nice pair of sunglasses with cracked lenses.
This was the pair that fell off the Salesman’s face.
Lillian then spoke lightly, responding to the man’s earlier unfinished words:
"I have no interest in the shitty goods you have here. I’m only here to kill you for my own selfish good."
Her entire statement earlier about robbing them was just to catch them off guard a bit and also to rouse a bit of excitement in Millis.
Truthfully, she had no reason for any of their goods. No matter how helpful they may be, they were all still shit.
Their side effects were shit.
Taking these products and using or selling them would do her more harm than good; thus, they were even more shit.
And even if she did want them, she had no way to get them out of here without the help of her spatial ring.
Did she want to come back here later? Of course not!
By tomorrow, everything here would be buried in rubble or destroyed completely; there was no point in expending any effort for some drugs that can just be mass-produced later.
Lillian’s cocky words echoed far and wide, managing to reach the ears of the Salesman, who was still alive and conscious.
Under a mound of rubble, reflective glass dust began to seep through and dissipate into the air.
A second later, the Salesman pushed himself out from the rubble; his body in a sorry state.
His shirt and black blazer were completely reduced to tatters. His body was covered in subtle bruises and shallow crimson cuts that bled slowly.
The man’s eyes flashed with anger.
If it wasn’t for his quick reaction earlier to deploy a defensive item and layers of mana, then the chances of him losing his life right there would’ve been incredibly high.
He felt humiliated by his current state! And felt enraged by his current situation!
Just earlier today, he had been informed that due to his high sales in the past month, he would be promoted and deployed in an even better location.
He hated the Underworld. It was so grey and dark, compared to the Surface! He was a Tier 3 mage! He shouldn’t be in a place as grimy as this one!
’But now...’ He gritted his teeth until his gums bled.
With all of these destroyed goods, he was now at risk of losing more than his promotion.
His job!
With a blood-covered face, he injected his mana into his healing item, quickly healing his bruises and regenerating the blood and flesh he lost.
He then hissed hatefully:
"That bitch..."
After getting up to his feet, he summoned an item that increased his speed by upto 50%, then summoned another that would increase his physical strength and durability.
Once he was done with his preparation, he sank into the shadows.
BAM.
Lillian struck her fist out again, striking the side of a woman’s head with her black gauntlet.
Crack.
She then watched as the woman’s eyes immediately went white. It was either she fell unconscious or...
She died.
Lillian drew back her gauntlet and saw an indent in the side of the woman’s skull.
This caused Lillian to frown behind her mask. Due to the Salesman’s earlier comment, she had completely forgotten the amount of force to use with the grunts.
While some may grieve and cry from accidentally killing a person, Lillian could only sigh in anguish and frustration.
She knew she should feel sad or even repulsed from taking another person’s life, but she had yet to feel that.
’Now that I think about it... I only killed people who attacked me. It’s all self-defense in the end.’
There was a possibility that she had already felt such a feeling and had long since forgotten about it. Or it could be due to her unique circumstances, which might’ve somehow caused her to have a different outlook on killing.
’At least, the upside to this is that I won’t need to learn when or how to kill someone. And neither do I need to be comforted about it.’
Lillian sighed again as she paved through another path.
And after a while, Lillian realised that the number of people wasn’t going down.
’Why did the Black Distributors have to send so many people?’
Waves after waves, more and more reinforcements arrive to take the dead’s or unconscious’s place.
It’s a classic mechanic in games.
’Doesn’t matter.’ Lillian thought, ducking and weaving under punches to get to her destination, while simultaneously leeching off the mana of the enemy mages.
She had only realised that her options for mana weren’t limited to Millis, but any she came in contact with.
By doing this, she was able to take the pressure off of Millis, while in turn allowing her more freedom for attacks.
Rushing through the crowd, Lillian made her way to the area that held the Chrysalis Serum.
At some point during this battle, everyone would begin to utilise the Chrysalis Serum, growing in strength and eventually transforming into monsters.
Once Lillian eventually reached the spot, barely able to weave by without damage, she settled her gaze on the area with scattered syringes.
Because of the battle, the crates that held the syringes were turned over, leading to a majority of the syringes to tumble out. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶
There were both large and small syringes. The larger syringes were the ones supplied by the Cult of Jesters, while the smaller syringes were the recommended dosage.
Unfortunately, besides the one Lillian destroyed earlier, none were damaged.
Lillian swiftly raised her hand, preparing to unleash an attack that would wash away and hopefully destroy all of them in one go. But instead stopped and paused in shock.
The crates that carried the smaller syringes were tossed into the air by shadows, causing all of the Chrysalis Serum to fly out and rain down.
"Everyone! Inject yourself." The Salesman shouted with a bellowing cry as he stood amidst the crates.
"I’ll pay for all of the damages! So, inject yourself and kill these damn bitches!" The Salesman continued, speaking profanely as he tossed another crate of recommended dosages into the air.
Lillian’s pupils constricted.
’Not good!’
Raising her hand upwards instead, Lillian prepared to destroy the syringe falling out of the sky. But before she could, she quickly raised both arms in defence.
BAM!
With a shocking sudden burst of speed, the Salesman landed a powerful kick on Lillian’s arms - causing her to wince.
Lillian’s face warped as an intense force shot through her gauntlets and into her arms.
’What the fuck!?’
The Rabbit was flung back by the kick, becoming airborne as she hovered above the heads of the enemy mages.
Lillian watched as everyone, including the Salesman, injected a small dosage into his arm, but ignored him a second later.
Taking a look down at her arms, she found them to be shaking from the resulting force she received.
Although the kick was indeed strong, it shouldn’t have warranted such a reaction out of her, especially not when she had her gauntlet to absorb most of the force!
It was like two people took hammers and began smashing down on her arms.
If her soul had muscles, then she felt they would’ve become as swollen as balloons.
She even feared that if the Salesman had taken the syringe before kicking her, then the pain she would’ve felt would’ve been akin to having her bones crack.
’This pain... and for such little damage...’
It was ridiculous!
Was the soul truly that much sensitive!?
The Salesman, sensing Lillian’s hesitation to move, kicked off the ground and leapt towards her - brandishing another shadow blade and slashing at her.
Lillian’s eyes flashed with light as she immediately conjured a blade of her own, clashing with the Salesman in the air.
SWISH. x2
