In Warhammer, My System is Minecraft-Chapter 157: The Mechanics of Minecraft Are Quite Magical, Aren’t They? (Bonus)
This is the bonus Chapter for reaching 1500 Powerstones.

Zeke leaned against the wall nearby. In front of him, Archmagos Cawl had been staring at him for a solid three minutes.
"How exactly did you do it?" Archmagos Cawl pressed Zeke with questions. "How did two inorganic beings give birth to an organic entity?"
"You were right there the whole time. You should have seen it clearly, right?"
"Are you saying that relying on two beds and a single door, you made two Necrons have a child?"
"Uh-huh. Minecraft mechanics are quite magical, aren’t they?" Zeke replied noncommittally.
Archmagos Cawl fell completely silent, not sure what to say. He looked at the tiny life form on the ground, then back at the two metallic skeletons.
"Let’s take that little Necrontyr out first," Zeke pointed. "Although they say even a vicious tiger won’t eat its cubs, they are two Necrons after all. It’s not safe."
Archmagos Cawl agreed, and the two walked back into the cell together.
Archmagos Cawl manipulated two mechadendrites extending from his chest, gently enveloping the Necrontyr. It was a precious specimen; Cawl was incredibly careful to prevent harming it.
The two metallic skeletons on the ground suddenly jerked. They struggled violently, scraping against the floor and emitting piercing screeches.
"Humans, do you know what you are doing?"
The containment devices on their bodies caused them to fall flat on their faces, yet they still didn’t give up, wriggling and crawling toward Zeke.
Perhaps because this was their child, or perhaps because this was the hope of the entire Necron race, their reaction exceeded all imagination.
Zeke looked at the two Necrons. "Archmagos Cawl, do low-ranking Necrons usually have such intense emotional reactions?"
"Based on my observations on the battlefield, no. They are merely emotionless killing machines."
"Oh?" Zeke looked at the two Necrons crawling toward him, their eyes harboring hope. He wiped his hand down his face, putting on a sinister smile.
"Heheheh." Zeke let out a villainous chuckle. "Let’s go, Archmagos Cawl. This will definitely serve as precious experimental data."
Zeke began discussing some evil experiments with Archmagos Cawl.
Archmagos Cawl might have actually been entertaining the idea, but Zeke was just trying to test the two Necrons.
If Necrons truly could develop emotions toward the offspring they bred, that would be absolutely perfect.
"Lesser race, if you ruin the future of the Necrons, the Silent King will never let you go!"
The two Necrons watched in despair as Zeke broke the beds and doors, then swaggered off with Archmagos Cawl.
On the way, Zeke asked about Archmagos Cawl’s plans.
Archmagos Cawl spoke his mind.
"The camp on this planet has now been initially established, and the large-scale Nether Portal has been successfully built."
"My Zar-Quaesitor is on its way. It previously served as the modification laboratory for the Primaris Space Marines and is equipped with comprehensive facilities. I will conduct some of the most basic tests on this creature in secret aboard the ship."
Zeke looked at the Necrontyr infant dangling from Cawl’s mechadendrite. "Cawl, do you know the past and present history of the Necrons and the Necrontyr?"
"I know a little. I’ve unearthed archaeological data regarding this on several planets."
Zeke then gave Cawl a detailed explanation.
"I see. No wonder these Necrons care so much about this creature. Doesn’t this mean we now hold the capital to negotiate with the Necrons?!"
"Yes. If the Silent King learns of this, he will definitely try to obtain the secret in my hands." 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺
Back then, it was the Silent King who took the lead in selling his race’s souls to the C’tan. Although the Silent King later completed his revenge against the C’tan, it was already too late.
The Silent King was tormented by his own actions, unable to face what he had done to the Necrontyr. The riddled, soulless Necrons of today were absolutely not what he wanted, so he chose to let everything fall into silence.
He abandoned the dream of dominating the galaxy, destroyed the command protocols that controlled the Necrons, and piloted his flagship out of the galaxy, beginning a long self-exile to search for any method to rebuild the Necrontyr empire and return to bodies of flesh.
It wasn’t until he encountered the main forces of the Tyranids outside the galaxy that he hurriedly returned.
"Come, say it with me: Ah, Silent King, my father."
Zeke joked, articulating clearly as he began to teach the Necrontyr infant its first sentence.
In a sense, Necrons don’t have "genes" anymore, so the child born to these two Necrons could also be considered the Silent King’s child.
How to make the Silent King go completely insane with just one sentence.
The little Necrontyr began to babble and quickly learned the sentence.
"Loosen the bindings on the parents in our cell, Cawl. Let them take this news away."
"Are you sure?"
"Of course," Zeke nodded. No one understood the nature of these Necrons better than he did.
Zeke didn’t know the Silent King’s attitude, but there would definitely be some Necrons who would try to use force.
They would use the martial prowess they were so proud of to try and make Zeke submit.
Then they would despairingly discover that this method was something only Zeke could use.
When that time came, those arrogant metallic Overlords would have no choice but to sit obediently at the negotiating table, letting Zeke name his price.
Data streams flashed across the Archmagos’s eyes. "Done. I have loosened their restraints slightly. They should be able to escape with their own strength."
–
Inside the cell.
One of the Necrons huddled in the corner, while the other continuously banged its head against the cell door.
"We must think of a way."
Before it could finish speaking, the containment devices on their bodies loosened slightly.
The restraints vanished, and the resurrection protocols in their minds, connected to the Tomb World, were restored.
"Kill that human... No, imprison that human! Take back our hope and pry this secret from his mouth."
"No. The most pressing matter right now is to report this to the Overlord immediately. Quick, kill me."
Necrodermis (living metal) can be incredibly tough and possesses self-repairing capabilities.
The other Necron targeted the core components and exerted quite a bit of effort before destroying more than half of its companion’s body.
The pre-set emergency protocols within its body triggered. In a flash of emerald green light, the Necron was phase-shifted back to the safety of the Tomb World far behind the frontlines.
–
Various Canoptek constructs shuttled back and forth. Crypteks were repairing damaged Necron Warriors teleporting back from the battlefield.
Tep was one of them. With astonishing speed, he continuously repaired damaged chassis, replacing deactivated parts with fresh living metal, and then using Plasmacytes to inject energy and reactivate the Necron bodies.
His movements were as smooth as flowing water. Every time he finished a repair job, he would access the Necron’s combat logs to report the frontline situation to Overlord Simut.
Except this time, the "combat" log of the damaged Necron before him was indeed a little bit... unusual.
