Infinite Dimension Physique: Rise of The Lustful Devil-Chapter 259: Spacial Breach!
"Hahaha!!"
The air behind Miranthu shook as the laugh echoed, and a middle-aged, handsome man materialized behind Miranthu.
"Long time no see Old man, I see you have aged quite a bit"
Miranthu smirked when she saw the man, "Hmph! I’m still eighteen years old, you snort-nosed brat!"
The pairs began chatting heartily, ignoring the astonished looks of the present cultivators.
"Grandfather, we will catch up later. Now...can you end that idiot over there? I have some important news for you."
Miranthu spoke, not even looking at the guy. Hearing her words, the middle-aged man just waved his hand.
"W-WHAT!!? N-NO!! W-WAI—!!"
Before he could even finish the words, the poor man was blasted into pieces of blood and debris.
"!!!"
The crowd of Elders and other cultivators felt a chill down their spines when they saw this.
Miranthu’s grandfather, Malrik Ravana, smirked when he saw this. Turning his head towards Miranthu, he waved his hand.
In an instant, both of them disappeared.
In a secluded chamber, two figures reappeared. Miranthu looked at Malrik.
"Grandpa, I won’t waste your time. I need your help."
She said it directly, after all, the situation was really urgent.
"What do you mean you need my help? Weren’t you the smarty pants among our House?" Malrik chuckled, despite his cruelty and notorious reputation; in front of Miranthu, he was just another grandpa.
Miranthu’s eyebrows twitched when she heard that. "Grandpa, this is serious. Can you open a rift to the Holy Sun continent?"
She spoke, her voice sounding worried. There hasn’t been a single news item about Yveline in the past weeks. This wasn’t her; this situation was way too strange.
Hearing her words, Malrik sighed.
"Unfortunately, that is still beyond me at the moment. Not only do I lack the Spatial attribute, but the coordinates of the Holy Sun Continent are far too complex and scattered. To be honest, I was quite shocked to see you here." He said, if it were that easy, Malrik would have already broken through the barrier and entered the Holy Sun Continent on his own.
Miranrhu clenched her fists slightly when she heard that he was her last hope. But it seems reality was often disappointing, to say the least.
"...Sigh, Alright. I guess I have no choice but to wait."
"Hahaha! Come, come, you are seeing your handsome grandpa after such a long time. Tell me your stories!"
Malrik waved his hands, and two jugs of Liquor materialised in his palms. Hearing this, an evil smirk stretched on Mirathu’s face.
"Ah, unfortunately, Grandpa, you are no longer the most handsome man in the world."
The moment Malrik heard this, the jug in his hand dropped to the floor with a thud.
"...What did you just say?"
...
A few days later.
The sky above Yvaris suddenly trembled, and the clouds split apart for a moment. From the balcony of Malrik. Both Miranthu and Malrik watched this scene in shock.
"W-What!!?" Malrik stammered when he saw this; it wasn’t that the sky was trembling because of the climate.
It was because...something was pressing it from beyond!
"No! This isn’t Rahu’s aura! Shittt! Th-This!!"
Miranthu gawked at the scene, her mouth nearly dropping to the ground. Indeed, the aura wasn’t her husband’s. But...
"You wait here."
Malrik’s expression turned serious for a moment. With a wave of his hand, he disappeared.
Similar scenes could be seen happening in the other Houses as well. Dozens of brilliant lights shot to the sky.
Those were the leaders and grand elders of each House. Everyone was there except the Kindhars.
"Senior Malrik, what is happening!?"
Lucy’s mother, the bewitching Maya, asked with a frown on her face. The sky was...on the verge of being torn apart. It was merely a matter of a few days.
The rest were the same. Malrik was the oldest and strongest cultivator in the entire world of Yvaris at this moment.
Only he could understand what was happening.
"...Even though I do not understand what is happening. But I have a wild guess..."
Malrik spoke, his voice heavy.
The moment his words echoed, the present peak powerhouses felt a chill down their spine.
They , of course, understood...Someone is invading!
"This aura...Malrik, the enemies are no joke." The supreme Elder of the Asuras spoke with a frown on his face.
His aura was so bloodthirsty and violent that even the space around him was unstable.
"Indeed, I doubt even my flames would do much."
Another man spoke; he was tall with a lean build. His aura was so scorching that the temperature around the surrounding cultivators had risen to several thousand degrees Celsius.
He was the Leader of House Ashenveil.
Hearing his words, the Nocthen Leader nodded. His eyes shone at the trembling space above.
"For now...activate the arrays and protect your territories. By my will, all the fights and hostilities should be seized immediately. If not, they have to face my wrath."
Saying that, Malrik vanished.
The others looked at each other for a moment before they, too, vanished.
For the next few days, the sky continued to tremble. As if someone was hammering the space from behind.
But those few days were more than enough for the cultivators to prepare. Thousands upon thousands of cultivators marched across the land, spreading throughout their territories.
Artifacts, pills, talismans, demonic cores, and formations were distributed in massive quantities among the cultivators. Vast armories were opened without any restriction whatsoever, and treasures...that had been sealed for centuries or so were finally brought out.
The Yvaris Houses held nothing back. Defensive arrays and formations rose like titanic fortresses across the territories. Towering pillars of light shot through the heavens that waved away barriers.
The grounds trembled as ancient formations awakened one after another.
For the first time in thousands of generations...the world of Yvaris was being threatened.
Rivalries and hostilities were all cast aside.
...
Inside the main castle of the Kindhars, Miranhu was constantly moving from one place to another.
Sweat dripped down her cheeks.
"Miranthu, do you think this is related to...Rahu?" Lucy asked in a quiet voice. Looking at the vast sky, trembling constantly, her heart was shaken. She wouldn’t be like this if Rahu were around, but his absence hit her hard...really hard.
Miranthu shook her head when she heard this.
"...I don’t know."
