Seojun turned to Nayoung and Jinhyu, who were still wide-eyed from what he just said. He looked at them both with a calm but serious face and said, "For now, I want you two to focus on mana training. You need to strengthen your core and learn how to control the mana flowing in your body. If you want to awaken, this is the first step. Don't rush it. Train seriously."

Nayoung gave a firm nod, even though she looked like she was still a little nervous. Jinhyu did the same, clenching his fists slightly like he was preparing himself for a long journey.

After that, Seojun turned away and walked toward the others. "Minseok, Hannah, Yoora—come with me. We're going to the Beast Sanctuary. It's time to start your taming training."

Without another word, he touched the air and a magic circle appeared beneath their feet. In the blink of an eye, they were no longer in the Ethereal Grounds.

The scenery changed. Now they were standing in the middle of a huge sanctuary filled with green trees, tall cliffs, running rivers, and strange beastly sounds echoing all around them. Magical creatures moved in the distance, some flying, some crawling, others watching from afar.

The three students stood close behind Seojun as he walked forward calmly, his coat fluttering slightly from the wind. They followed him without question, glancing around at the beautiful but slightly dangerous surroundings.

While they walked, Seojun spoke with a casual tone, "In taming, there's no limit to how many beasts you can tame—as long as you have the strength and mana to control them."

Minseok leaned toward Yoora a little and whispered with a knowing look, "That's why Master is different. He has infinite mana. That's why his familiars are so powerful."

Yoora turned her head quickly, eyes wide. "Infinite mana?! That exists?!"

Hannah nodded with a smile. "Yeah. He can tame all of the beasts here if he really wanted to."

Yoora looked at Seojun's back in disbelief. "But… infinite mana? That sounds impossible."

Seojun heard them but didn't look back. He just kept walking and then said in a calm voice, "I can't tame all the beasts, Hannah. Even with infinite mana, taming is not about collecting as many creatures as you can."

The three quieted down, listening more seriously now.

Seojun finally stopped near a peaceful area with small rocks and a pond, then turned to face them. "It's not just about having enough mana. Taming requires control, understanding, and trust. Every beast has a different behavior, a different way of thinking, just like people. Some are proud. Some are shy. Some are aggressive. You can't just force them to follow you. That's not taming—that's domination."

He looked at Hannah especially, who was still taking everything in.

"They're not toys for collection. They're living beings. That's why taming all the beasts is not only difficult—it's dangerous. If you take too many without knowing how to handle them, you won't be able to protect yourself or others."

Minseok nodded slowly. He had heard this before from Seojun, but it still made sense every time.

Seojun gave her a slight nod, pleased with her answer.

The truth was, taming really wasn't hard for Seojun. With his power, he could handle dozens—even hundreds—of beasts at once if he wanted to. But he never aimed to control them just for show. He chose carefully because carrying too many beasts was like carrying too much responsibility at once. And even for him, too much in his hands wasn't always a good thing.

Seojun stood still for a moment and then looked at Minseok with a calm expression. "Minseok, summon Skywing," he said.

Minseok blinked, surprised. "Here? Now?" He scratched the back of his head, feeling a little nervous. "It's the first time I'll summon her outside the familiar space since that day…"

Seojun only gave him a light nod, as if telling him to trust himself.

Minseok took a deep breath, closed his eyes slowly, and focused his mana. A soft glow began to surround him. He raised one hand toward the sky, and a magic circle started forming in the air above them. The circle glowed gently at first, then stronger with white and pale blue light. A strong wind suddenly blew, making the leaves rustle loudly.

Then, from the center of the magic circle, a sleek, beautiful creature shot out—flying gracefully through the air with silver-blue feathers and long wings that sparked faintly with electricity. Her body had become longer, more elegant, and her wings shimmered with streaks of lightning that danced through the wind.

"Skywing?" Minseok said in shock, watching her fly a slow circle above them. "You… you evolved?"

Skywing let out a soft cry, then swooped down and landed gently on Minseok's shoulder with pride in her glowing eyes.

Seojun smiled faintly. "Look at her info."

Minseok opened his system menu with a swipe and a hologram appeared in the air in front of him. He read aloud with a surprised voice, "Her rank… it rose from E to D? And her affinity… before it was just wind… now it's wind and lightning?!"

Hannah clapped a little. "That's amazing! She really changed a lot!"

Minseok smiled proudly, reaching up to stroke Skywing's side. "You did great."

Seojun folded his arms and explained, "Beasts can have up to three affinities. Most of the time, they're born with only one, but as they grow and evolve, new elements can awaken inside them. It depends on the beast and the bond they have with you."

The students listened quietly, taking in every word.

He continued, "Also, beast ranks go from E, the lowest, to D, C, B, A, S… and the highest is Divine. Right now, the highest publicly known beast rank in the world is A."

Hannah raised her hand quickly. "Yeah! That's Mr. Thomas! He's from the U.S., right? He's the first beast tamer and the strongest one so far!"

She looked excited, clearly a fan of Thomas. "He even has an A-rank lightning lion! I saw it on a video—it was huge!"

Yoora looked at Seojun curiously. "Then… how many familiars do you have, Professor?" she asked, her voice a little shy. "Can you show them to us?"

Seojun looked at her without speaking for a moment. [Show them, host. It will boost their inspiration to do better. They'll be more motivated.]

Seojun turned his head slightly, looking around the sanctuary, then said in a calm voice, "Later. For now… let's find your familiars. They're waiting."

He pointed to the open field and forest area around them.

"Go look around. Don't rush. Listen to your instincts and choose the one you feel connected to. The right beast will always be drawn to the right person."

Yoora, Hannah, and Minseok nodded, their eyes serious and excited. Then, without another word, they began walking through the sanctuary, each one ready to find their first true partner.
