Hazuki exhaled and slowly stood up, walking toward the Icy Leaf. He looked at it.

"Hmm? Isn’t this just a plant... frozen inside ice?"

Ridan just floated around the frozen Hazuki, studying him casually. "Nah... this guy won’t just die from this. If he survived this cold without any special gear, and he survived your icy breath before, do you think he’s going to die just from this? Bah."

Glacia sat on the snow near the frozen Hazuki, leaning back with her hands planted behind her, palms flat against the cold ground.

"So, Ridan..." Glacia asked in a soft voice.

"Hmm? What?" Ridan was relaxing, both hands behind his back while floating lazily.

"How long have you been with this human?" Glacia glanced up at Ridan, who floated backward in front of her.

"I don’t know... I don’t count... but all I know is... this guy is super fun. Even if he’s annoying, carefree, and doesn’t think much, seeing him look dumb, even though I know he isn’t, is entertaining. He just doesn’t overthink things. He lives casually, enjoying whatever comes his way without worrying about what others think. He does what he wants, eats what he wants, sleeps where he wants... and somehow, things just work out for him."

"Oh..." Glacia mumbled softly, hugging her knees and resting her chin on them, a soft smile touching her lips.

"Heh... just by your look, I know you’ve fallen for him, huh?" Ridan wiggled his eyebrows, his puffball body leaning in with a knowing smirk.

Glacia puckered her lips. "I don’t know..."

"Hah! Glacia just smiled, resting her cheek on her knee while hugging it.
