Life In The Limelight : The Depressed Boy Has 4 Yandere Girlfriends-Chapter 7: What Girls Do You Like?
Chapter 7: What Girls Do You Like?
The next day, Holo stepped into Trixie's cell, feeling the familiar swirl of nervousness and curiosity. Trixie was sitting cross-legged on the floor, twirling a strand of her hair with a playful smirk on her face. As soon as she saw him, her eyes lit up with a gleam of mischief that made him both wary and intrigued.
"Morning, Holo," she said, her tone teasing. "Took you long enough."
Holo sat down across from her, leaning back against the wall. "It's not like I have control over the schedule," he said with a faint smile.
Trixie tilted her head, studying him intently. Her eyes narrowed slightly, and he could tell she was up to something. "So, I've been thinking about something," she began, her voice casual.
"What is it?" Holo asked, already bracing himself for whatever strange question or comment she had in store.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" Trixie asked, her tone suddenly serious.
Holo blinked, caught off guard by the abruptness of the question. "What? No, I don't."
"Really?" she said, leaning forward. "How is that possible? A guy like you should have girls lining up for a chance."
Holo chuckled bitterly, shaking his head. "I'm not exactly a catch, Trixie. Trust me, no girl wants to be with me."
Trixie frowned, her expression turning uncharacteristically solemn. "That's stupid. You're a great guy."
Holo's cheeks flushed slightly at her words, and he rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "Thanks, I guess..."
She didn't let up, though. "So, what kind of girl do you like? You know, if you could pick anyone."
Holo hesitated, unsure of how to answer. "I... I don't know. Someone who's genuine, I guess. Someone who actually cares about me and is happy to be with me."
Trixie nodded thoughtfully, but her next question made his face turn bright red. "What about a girl with big breasts? Like me?"
"T-Trixie!" Holo stammered, his face heating up as he struggled to respond. "Why are you asking me that?"
She grinned, clearly enjoying his flustered reaction. "Come on, it's a valid question. You like them, don't you?"
"I... That's not the point," he said, his voice rising slightly. "It's not about stuff like that. It's about... it's about feelings. I just want someone who actually loves me."
Her grin faded slightly, and she looked at him with an intensity that made him feel exposed. "You think no one could love you, don't you?"
Holo sighed, his gaze dropping to the floor. "It's not like I haven't tried. But every time, it just... it doesn't work out. So yeah, I don't think anyone would."
Trixie was silent for a moment, and when she spoke again, her voice was softer, almost vulnerable. "What if I said I wanted to be that someone?"
Holo's head shot up, his eyes wide with surprise. "What?"
"I'm serious," she said, her expression uncharacteristically earnest. "You're the first person who's ever treated me like I'm more than just some freak. You're the only one who actually listens to me, who doesn't look at me like I'm dangerous. You gave me a reason to live, Holo. And if I can't be with you, then..." She trailed off, her voice trembling slightly.
"Then what?" Holo asked, his heart racing.
Trixie looked him in the eye, and he felt a chill run down his spine at the intensity of her gaze. "Then I'll kill myself."
"What?!" Holo exclaimed, his voice rising in shock. "Trixie, you can't—"
"I mean it," she said, cutting him off. "You're the only reason I haven't completely lost it in here. Without you, my life is meaningless. If you leave me... I won't have anything left."
Holo's chest tightened with guilt and panic. He didn't know what to say, how to handle the weight of her words. He knew his job was to connect with the girls, to help them become more stable, but this... this was something else entirely.
"Trixie..." he began, his voice trembling. "You can't put that kind of pressure on me."

"I'm not putting pressure on you," she said, her tone firm. "I'm telling you how I feel. I want to be with you, Holo. I don't care what anyone else thinks. And I'm not going to take no for an answer."
He stared at her, his mind racing. He wanted to say no, to tell her that this wasn't possible, but the look in her eyes—the desperation, the vulnerability—made him hesitate. He couldn't bear the thought of being the one to push her over the edge.
"I..." he started, but before he could finish, the guards stepped into the room.
"Time's up," one of them said, motioning for Holo to leave.
Trixie's expression darkened, and for a moment, Holo thought she might lash out again. But instead, she grabbed his hand, her grip surprisingly gentle. "Promise me," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Promise me you'll think about it."
Holo nodded slowly, his chest aching. "I promise."
The guards escorted him out of the cell, and as the door closed behind him, Trixie sat back against the wall, her heart racing. A smile spread across her face—a smile that was both sweet and unsettling. Her pupils dilated into heart shapes, and she hugged her knees to her chest, a giddy laugh escaping her lips.
"He's mine," she whispered to herself. "And I'll make sure it stays that way."
