Limitless The Strongest Revenant-Chapter 1054: The only language [1/2]
"You seem to be under the impression that you have a choice, you stupid ass fuck, is what I want to say," I paused to compose myself.
"But I need Africa at her peak strength. I will instead give you a promise. I vow on the lives of the Sirens, if Africa focuses on Hellsgate after I save it, I will never invade you again."
At my words, the African prince in front of me paused. While I was serious about my threats, I didn’t want to fight this fucker if I could help it. Exa showed me video clips of Kaziema’s soulform, and it looked fucking dangerous.
Kaziema unlike Amari and Olamide, didn’t look bulky. He was tall but had a regal presence you would expect from a prince. Combined with the depth of a Specter, you know this person was not just talk.
[Prince Kaziema is known to be a magma shifter. He turns into a magma elemental, having incredible offense and defense. According to Lady Lilly, his domain causes the ground to erupt in a volcanic explosion.]

’As much as I want to see how I far against him, I do not have the time to waste,’ I lamented.
"So? Do we have a deal, Prince Kaziema?"
Before answering, Kaziema looked at the carnage around us. It was obvious that his eyes quickly went to the unconscious Specter behind me. Contrary to what the pregnant woman believed, the eagle bastard wasn’t dead yet.
’He probably believes that if both of them try, they can turn the situation around.’
Feeling that I should give him a carrot, I beckoned to Juno. Like a silent shadow, the beautiful Awakened approached us quickly and without a sound.
"My lord?"
"Feed on the pregnant woman," I commanded.
"What are you..."
As Kaziema’s face contorted in rage, Zanele and Pierre jumped in front of him. Both tried to explain.
"Prince Kaziema, you misunderstand! My lord wishes to help your wife."
"The lord may have poor people skills, but he does not engage in needless bloodshed."
While the Africans wanted a peaceful dialogue, my other forces did not. The Vithriss all raised M107s and XM7s towards Kaziema. Yvonne and the wolves went even further and trained their weapons on his family.
"Limitless, why do you wish to help this weakling? Can’t we just kill them all?" Roach grunted in annoyance, looking bored.
I didn’t answer and just glared at the Specter before me. Funny how, despite his overwhelming power, Kaziema was the one who was at a disadvantage.
I could see him clench his jaw. His shoulders tensed as he balled his fists so much, I could hear his muscles tighten. While I wasn’t sure if his words about there being more Specters coming here were true, it didn’t matter.
"Then I will begin."
At Juno’s words, she extended a finger and tapped it to the forehead of the pregnant woman. She awoke and froze upon seeing Juno. Our current hostage was understandably anxious. Sweating up a storm, her face looked as if she was on the verge of tears.
I mean, even though Yvonne supported her, she had a gun pressed to her belly. Ignoring the other wolves covered in blood doing the same thing, now she had Juno touching her. Who wouldn’t be terrified of the situation?
I wouldn’t be surprised if she keeled over from stress. Yet, I had to use her. This act only mattered to those whom the prince valued.
As with the previous malice extractions. Black tendrils of wispy smoke left the pregnant woman’s body and gathered into a ball in front of Juno. Somehow, I could ’feel’ the energy radiating from it. Although that might be because I could use malice now.
"What?! How? This woman is not a Reaper? She is a denizen of Hellsgate?"
Kaziema’s doubts made sense. If you were so used to seeing people who had parts of their bodies morph, Juno’s appearance wasn’t anything special. The fact that she was not broadcasting a soul signature was normal, so it was truly hard to tell.
The prince then turned towards me and said something amusing, "Then are you also a monster?"
Unsure if I should accept or deny it, I didn’t answer. Instead, I began to explain my additional points.
"This is how I plan to help your father. Together with the Awakened, we will cleanse him of his malice. This will allow him to return to fighting strength. I am willing to have my allies do this for the rest of Africa’s powerhouses."
My words had an immediate effect. Kaziema’s eyes began to tremble. His face, once filled with rage, shifted between various emotions as he watched Juno.
’He probably finds it unfair. The Awakened made their sacrifice seem pointless. Especially given how many of his kin died to rid the world of malice.’
"W-Why do you do all this? If you wanted to help, why did you have to kill our people? Why did you have to throw our lands into chaos in the period that is most dangerous?" the Specter before me said in an emotional voice.
"Because I am weak."
"...."
"If I did not do this, would any of you have even bothered to listen to someone like me? No, you would have happily robbed me of all that I loved while getting all the spoils. Africa never wanted peace. So I spoke in the only language you understand. Violence."
If Africa had even the smallest thought of an alliance, it wouldn’t have decided to send an army after me. Frankly, in typical Reaper fashion, none of the other battlefronts considered speaking to me.
Everyone’s first instinct was to send an army to conquer my domain. All because I had something they wanted. Civility and teamwork seemed lost in the world of Reapers.
"Then your price is Onye’s head?" Kaziema questioned.
"Not just his. The women who betrayed Hannibal, and a bunch of others. I intend to kill them all as well. Do not worry, I intend to wipe my own ass. I will deal with your father’s response afterward."
"What do you mean, betrayed? Do you honestly believe that..."
"Prince Kaziema, my lord speaks the truth. I am a concubine of the Immortal. Yet Onye tried to use his position to claim me as his woman. I know of others who died because of his actions," Zanele interjected.
At her words, Kaziema’s eyebrows furrowed. The conflict in his face was clear. The royal chief seemed to have a good reputation with them, even though he was a womanizer.
"I am not asking you to fight for us, Kaziema," I explained.
My words caused the Specter to gaze at me in confusion.
"Then what..."
"You are the leader of the conservatives. All I want is for you and your men to stand down. Do not reinforce the Danakil Depression when we assault it tonight. My faction will handle all the blame and deal with the aftermath. All I ask is for you to step aside."
"So you even know about the capital’s location. You truly are terrifying. So, the person who paralyzed our continent’s entire infrastructure was also from your group?"
Hearing his concerns, I smiled as I nodded with pride.
"She is. One of my precious {Kindred}. The current chaos is but a fraction of what we can really do. If I truly wanted to butcher your people, I would simply nuke your continent to dust. I am not your enemy. I only want to restore Africa to her full strength."
Kaziema rubbed his temple, feeling frustrated. "I’m guessing this is about the big operation your people are planning?"
"Yes," I nodded. It seemed like his intelligence network was quite good. They were already keeping tabs on us.
The man then took a deep breath before he continued.
"Tell me what that operation is first, if you please. It would make my decision much easier."
Please. It was not a command but a request.
His stance quickly shifted from confrontational to amicable. Truly, he had nothing to lose in our deal. But most leaders would find it hard to give the reins to someone else. Especially those who wanted to protect those they loved.
"Next month. My forces and I will assault Antarctica. My goal is to restore the Northern Battlefront. I will call on every battlefront for support. I wish for Africa to send an army to aid me. As payment, I will arm you with the same weapons my people use.
"The knife in your hand is made from an anti-soul material called Fakers. These, along with our Blessed bullets, will be available for other battlefronts. However, neither can be purchased. Only redeemed."
It did not escape my notice that Kaziema took the knife his wife had stabbed him with and hid it. How could he not? He was a Specter and a Descendant. Usually, their bodies were shielded by soul. This made them hard to injure.
"The reports definitely undersold the height of your insanity. And here I thought what you did here was already terrifying. Only for you to have an even higher goal in mind. No wonder the Untamed chose you as her spouse."
Hearing my {Kindred’s} alias, I flashed him a smile, "I only aim to be a man worthy of Lilly. Even now, I thank God every day for having her in my life."
"Well, at least my intel on your immense affection for your harem seems correct. Fine, let’s say I believe you. What would Africa need to do to buy both the blessed ammunition and these anti-soul weapons? You have plenty; even your monsters are armed with them."
