It did not take long for the mother and son pair to reach their home. They rested on the chair for a while, after 10 minutes John’s mother stand up again and said,

"I will be going first, I need to go to work. Just stay here at home and be a good boy okay?"

"You don’t have to worry about me mom, I will behave here and wait for you!" John said while looking at his mom with a serious look, he is thinking inside him,’I will make our life better mom, I promise!’

Looking at the serious look that her child is giving her, John’s mother, Sophia(Mother’s name), can’t help but raising the corner of her lips, thinking that her son is really adorable.

"Look at this child of mine, looking so serious. Well, I know that I can trust you."

Sophia reach the front of the house and open the door with John following just right behind her. Before she exit she said," Bye, Baby" and kiss him in the forehead.

After Sophia is can’t be seen anymore, John entered the house again. He enter his room and look below his bed. There, below his bed, a box that look plain and tattered is keep safe.

This box is the savings of John, although there is not much inside. He reach for the box and opened it, inside is three pieces of circular brown metallic thing, those are bronze coin that his mom sometimes give him.

He reach out for a single coin then close his eyes. He chant inside him silently,’Multiply’ and will for the coin two multiply by two.

After he said the word there is nothing special that happen outside but inside John he can feel something decreasing by a bit.

He open his eyes, what he saw made him super happy that he can’t suppress the joy that he feel and jump around his room.

What he saw is that the one bronze coin that he is holding before became two. Although he know that it will work, he still can’t help but become excited seeing it with his own two eyes.

After calming down, he had a resolute look in his eyes,"Now I should start my preparation to become strong. And the first step that I need to is, of course gain money. Just like the saying with my previous life ’With money you can have everything’s. While I’m with it, I will give my mom the life that is rightfully hers".

After John contemplated on some things, he again look at the bronze coins that is previously only three, but now have another one added.

For his goal to gain money, he will use the power that he obtained today to help him achieve his goal faster. So using his power he will multiply coins as this is the fastest way he can think that is available for him to use. Although he know that he can’t keep doing this and flood the market with bronze coin and make the authority investigate the reason behind it. So he will only use this money to make a capital to start a business, and he already thought out what business it is that he is going to start, it is of course a restaurant for his mother.

So without further ado he pick up another piece of bronze lying on the box. He once again chant silently inside his head, ’Multiply’, but this time he wish for it to multiply into three.

After waiting for some time, nothing happen. The coin did not multiply and his power is not triggered nor his mana decrease.

He thought that there is restrictions for his power that is why he can’t multiply objects up to three¹. Without thinking much about this he resume doing the work of magic again. Another bronze is produce and his mana decrease.

He keep doing that until he feel exhausted and he think that he will faint. After using his power and checking how much mana it use every time, he saw that it decrease by one every time he use multiply on a coin. So with that he produce coins until only one mana remain on him.

After that he lay on the floor and close his to rest for only a bit, but not before he put the box with coins back under his bed. Although he only want ti rest only for a bit, his body too tired and he unknowingly fall asleep on the floor.

After an unknown amount of time, John wake up from his sleep.

"I did not thought that I will fall asleep, maybe me body is just that tired" He said aloud.

Looking at where he is, he notice that he not laying on the floor anymore but is back to his room and his bed. He look outside through the window, and saw that it is already night time.

He stand from his bed and walk out of his room. He saw his mother cooking food for their supper this evening.

Sophia notice that John is already woke up, she called to him, "John, sit and wait for me at the table, this will be cook soon."

"Yes, mom," He replied.

After a few minutes, his mom approach bring with her the dishes.

John notice that there is more food today than usual, he can’t help but ask, "Why are there much more today than usual, Mom?"

"That is because, today you receive your gift. So it calls for a celebration! But I can’t give anything grand to you, so I’m sorry about that" Sophia said, a little sad that she can’t give him more than this.

Feeling a little teary, John look at his mother, "This is enough for me mom, as long as you are there I will be grateful and happy." He said with some tears rolling on his face.

Seeing her son cry, the mother approach John and hug him. She caress his back while saying, "It’s okay, I will be by your side supporting you even when you become old. Stop crying now or mom will cry too." She said, joking a little.

John chuckle a little and stop crying and calm down. This night John’s determination to give his mother a good life and becoming stronger went up another level.

They talk for a few minutes more and then go to their respective rooms for rest.

When John is alone in his room he check his system. He finish the mission that it gave him and will get the reward.

He open his system and selected the missions. There he saw his mission with a stamp of Completed with it.

He tap the mission and it exploded and become a gift box. He open the box and the amount tokens and AP that he have change number into 100 and 5 respectively.

’I wonder what I can buy with this, Im getting excited!’

He started getting excited with the prospect buying things within the system shop and improving his attributes.

He look into his stats,

He first look at his status and contemplated as to what he should his Attribute points with.

"I really want everything to have a balance, maybe I should just make it all have the same number," his eyes widen as if he just thought of a bright Idea.

After a few minutes of thinking he finally decided to make his attack, defense and agility to have an equal number.

This decision is because he want all his capabilities to have a balance attribute to support one another and to have no or almost no flaws with it.

In games, players think of what will make their respective class fight more efficiently so they put their limited AP to what is the focus of the class. But John does not have to think of this problem, his AP does not come from a level up but from the system so he can just add more AP to whatever is lacking next time the system rewarded him with AP.

With that he proceeded as he plan and put his AP.

This has become his final attributes.

"Now I’m finish with the attributes so what comes next is the SYSTEM SHOP!" he said to himself excitedly.

After everything is done with the attribute points he look into the system shop. Without further ado he tap the Shop button and saw a lot of things. There are all kinds of categories in the shops but almost all of them are blurry and can’t be seen. There are only three categories that are readable. First, Common, here all the common things can be bought cheaply, just like a shirt, a pant, underwear and many more, and it also not just contain things from this world but from the world that he came from too.
