Chapter 192: Chapter 192 – Peace talk? – Part 2.

"..."

{"May I know why?"} – asked the golem by writing down on paper.

"Your offer is just not good enough." – replied the guild master.

"Not only that, I don’t trust you."

"If you are going to keep raising army, how I know you won’t just turn on us in the moment notice?"

"Last chance."

"Your golems."

"Give us set number of them as well as crates of mana crystals and mana gems."

(If you truly want to live in peace, then this is your last chance.) – thought the guild master.

(Throw away your weapon.)

(If not, then die.)

"..."

{"I will not hand my golems."}

{"Since you already proven yourself aggressive without any form of provocation."}

"Yeah, we attacked you. There is no denning it."

"Since you are monster."

"Do you really think people will trust you, only because you said you want peace?"

"This is reality."

"Only option you have left is to ’defang’ yourself willingly."

"Hand over your golems."

"Make yourself weak by your own choice."

"Do that and I promise you, you will have your peace."

"..."

{"Can I have time to think about it?"}

"..."

"1 day."

"I will give you one full day of peace, but on the second day, I want answer before the sun sets."

"If you don’t do that, considering the negotiation over."

"Goodbye." – said the guild master as she started walking away, while clenching to her staff, awaiting a moment where the golem would dare to move.... However, as she walked further and further away, the golem did not dared to even move an inch, expect for just turning its head around and watching the woman leave... Until the very end when the woman would disappear amongst the trees.

"..."

"Huh..."

(Are you fucking kidding me?) – thought the guild master as she stopped around looked around.

(By now I would had been expecting.... I don’t know.)

(Taking out a crossbow and try to head shot me.)

(Or some army of golems coming.... But no?)

(Don’t freaking tell me.... He really wants to think this through?)

"..."

(No... He won’t.) – thought the guild master as she resumed walking.

(Still... That thing didn’t lied even once... Did it?)

(I mean, I have no way of confirming it.... However.)

(It did confirmed that all 3 parties that went missing was his doing.)

(Not only that, it was able to.... Ah.)

(I should had grabbed that knife before leaving... I could had those guys look at it.)

"..."

(Still, it confirms one thing.)

(That guy can create item skills.)

(And use specific category of them, the empowerment type.)

(But according to that guy, the empowerment type item skills couldn’t possible do the whole restoration thing that the earth golems did.)

(Maybe that guy can create a new form of item skills?)

"..."

"Or something completely different altogether."

(Either way, I’ve obtained a lot of information from that meeting.)

(So I don’t think it was worthless spent time.)

"..."

(Still... Create...)

(I know dungeons can create monster, but based on what that thing said.... Does that means it can create other stuff besides monsters?) – thought the guild master as suddenly right next to her a person landed on the ground near her.

"There doesn’t seems to be anything wrong... We checked, but found nothing." – said the leader of the Silver Talons.

"Kind of figured." – said the guild master as she once again stopped in tracks and gazed in the direction where the meeting was held.

"It is weird."

"That thing is just a monster, yet it dared say shit like peace and crap."

"Oh well, it was lying from the start probably."

"Its main goal was definitely just trying to buy itself time."

"I gave it ultimatum, a one that would give it some peace, yet it didn’t chose that." – said the woman as she turned towards the man.

"So with that being said.... Let’s see if that bastard will make some sort of move or not."

"..."

"?"

"Stop." – said the masked adventurer.

"..."

"What is it?" – asked the guild master as she clenched to her staff.

"Golems?"

"No.... There is something.... Else in here..." – replied the masked adventurer as he took out his weapon and quickly closed up the distance between himself and the guild master.

"If it was golems, my men would had informed me...."

"This ain’t them...."

"..."

"And whatever this is... Is it hostile?" – asked guild master.

"Yeah.... Definitely." – replied masked adventurer as the two duo got ready to fight.

[2 hours later after the guild master entered the forest.]

"..."

"..."

"Guild master... Isn’t she kind of late?" – said worried dwarven knight who was gazing at the forest.

"You sure this isn’t a trap mate?" – asked the dwarven knight as he turned towards the masked adventurer as several people gathered up around them, which included the party leaders of top parties in the camp.

"Yes. We checked the forest and everything, but it didn’t looked like the dungeon master was really doing anything." – said the party member C of the Silver Talons party.

"We checked the whole thing over and over again, but it didn’t looked like the dungeon master was doing anything."

"Its golems are still on the standby."

"..."

"But how the meeting is going? And why is it lasting for so long? I would get half an hour, but this is too much." – said the dwarven adventurer Randolf as he approached masked figure.

"Information." – said the masked adventurer.

"The guild master is extracting as much information as possible from the golem."

"And they are also making different form of offers in order to secure peace."

"From what we found out, we confirmed that the 3 party of adventurers that had went missing was indeed the golems’ doing."

"According to that monster, they attacked first and entered the territory without permission."

"There is also the fact that the dungeon master doesn’t necessary trust us, since according to it, it is always being attacked for no reason, completely unprovoked."

"...So... In the nutshell, what is the situation right now?" – asked Arthur Wirmur.

"Well... So far things are peaceful... For now, that is." – said the masked adventurer.

"They are throwing arguments at each other, but there was nothing really like fists being thrown around."

"However the leader says that it still doesn’t trust that thing and is waiting for anything shady to happened, which would give him signal to attack."

"However considering the fact that the meeting already lasted more than an hour by now must mean that things are going great, right?"

"I’ve was sent here pretty early to just give you the info and check if the golems are not doing anything super-secret..."

"But there was nothing going on here, right?"

"Nope. There was straight up nothing.... Weird... Does that mean that dungeon master really wants peace?" – said the confused dwarven adventurer.

"Don’t be fooled." – said the giant adventurer.

"There is still.... Some....?"

"Hey. What is going on there?" – said the masked adventurer as he alongside rest of the group noticed a commotion happening in the distance, which instantly caught attention of all the other adventurers and soldiers.

"..."

"I don’t like this." – said the giant armored adventurer as he and half of the group gathered began heading towards the source of commotion.

"..."

"Hey! What is going on here?!" – asked the giant adventurer as he and the rest of the group traveled through the entire camp and arrived at the unknown gathering of adventurers and soldiers.

"..."

"Where is the guild master?" – asked worried human knight.

"She is still having the meeting... What? What is going on?" – asked the giant adventurer.

"The... We just received urgent message from a mayor of Maw city." – said human knight as he pointed with his thumb at the messenger.

"A flock of wyverns has been spotted."

"They apparently attacked a village nearby and completely destroyed it."

"!?"

"Wyverns?!" – said shocked adventurer.

"Wait! Did he said flock!?" – said scared adventurer.

"This can’t be good." – said the worried adventurer as a commotion instantly burst out amongst the adventurers and soldiers.

"..."

(Wyverns... They have danger rank C – C+) – thought the giant adventurer named Arthur.

(However, this is individual rank.)

(A flock of them can have danger rank of B.... Or even A.)

(And they are known for completely destroying settlements and eating all the life stock....)

(There also often cases of them attacking big settlements, like towns or cities.)

"Both mayor and the lord of the territory is requesting your immediate return to the city in this instance." – said the messenger.

"There is good chance that wyverns will come there next."

"Shit!" – said the giant adventurer named Arthur.

"Hey! Go to the forest and contact the guild master ASAP!"

"B-but what about the-"

"FUCK THE MEETING!" – shouted the giant as one of the adventurers tried complaining.

"If the flock of wyverns is big enough, the entire city may end up being freaking destroyed and we may have a genocide level casualties!"

"So-"

"Shit! So, it wasn’t just us?!" – said the masked adventurer who suddenly appeared out of nowhere, injured.

"!"

"Wait! Aren’t you one of the guys that were in the forest with the guild master?!" – said the giant adventurer as he spotted the man covered in head to toes in injuries, alongside is tattered equipment.

"Don’t fucking tell me! Golems?!"

"No! It wasn’t golems!" – said the party member A of the Silver Talons party.

"Somebody ambushed us when the meeting was taking place!"

"Monster tamers!"

"Wait, what the hell do you mean it wasn’t golems?!" – said the dwarven adventurer named Randolf.

"What happened to the guild master?! What about the meeting!?"

"..."

"The guild master...." – said the injured masked man.

"She is dead."
