Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!-Chapter 1706 - 1696: Just Happened to Overhear
Five minutes later, the car steadily parked at the hospital entrance.
Li Beijue was the first to get out of the car.
The cold night air blew in, finally extinguishing much of the hormones within him; his breathing wasn’t as heavy anymore. The main thing was, without the ubiquitous presence of Chi Enen, he naturally didn’t feel the same restless impulse, and his body temperature followed suit and dropped.
He blew in the cold air for two minutes, finally controlling the warmth in his Abdomen. He turned and took the hand of the embarrassed Little lady, his expression already returned to normal, as if nothing dangerous had just happened on the car, and casually said, "Let’s go."
Chi Enen wasn’t someone to dwell on things needlessly; once inside the hospital, her attention was fully on Nuonuo and Baby Chi, automatically leaving the awkward situation behind her, heading straight for Nuonuo’s ward.
When they pushed the Door open, the ward was extremely quiet.
Huo Yi and Hass were standing watch nearby; On the sickbed, next to the sleeping little girl, a young boy also slept soundly—isn’t that Baby Chi?
Chi Enen checked their quilts, tucked the corners carefully, and quietly stepped out.
Cautiously pulled the Door of the ward shut.
Huo Yi was softly reporting to Li Beijue, "The Little Young Master woke up once midway, after waking, he came over to see the Little Miss. The Little Young Master woke the Little Miss for dinner and coaxed her to sleep, and then he fell asleep himself. He just fell asleep not too long ago, probably won’t wake up until Tomorrow morning."
"Alright. Keep a good watch. I’m going to ask the doctor some questions," Li Beijue said with furrowed eyebrows.
He acted decisively; after saying a word to Chi Enen, he took Huo Yi with him to the doctor’s office.
When the two had passed the corner.
Chi Enen called out to Hass beside her, "Hass, I remember the doctors responsible for grandma’s Body are cardiac specialists, right?"
Hass didn’t know why she asked but still bent to respond respectfully, "Yes, Miss. Because the Old Madam’s heart is consistently not well, so Master Gong found several top cardiac specialists to take care of her."
Chi Enen pondered for a moment, then said, "Help me call the Personal doctor, ask about grandma’s recent situation. If there’s no problem, have them come to Ryukyu; I need them to check on someone’s condition."
She wanted the cardiac specialists to see if Xi Zelie’s heart disease could be treated; otherwise, if he had to take Medication daily because of her, she would feel guilty.
Hass didn’t question who the doctors were to examine, simply obeyed the order, "Yes, Miss, please wait a moment."
He took the Mobile phone, stepped aside, and made the call.
While Chi Enen waited for Hass’s news, unexpectedly, the man who had gone to find the doctor came back, just in time to walk over.
Hass had just finished the call, not noticing Li Beijue approaching, and said, "Miss, the Old Madam said her Body is very good; she has left a doctor for emergencies. The other specialists will be arranged to fly to Ryukyu immediately."
"What doctor?" Li Beijue suddenly interrupted.
Hass wasn’t aware he didn’t know, "A cardiac specialist."
"Heart?" Something occurred to him, his expression changed, and he rapidly approached Chi Enen in a few strides, grasping her wrist, his face dark as he asked, "Chi Enen, what’s wrong with your heart?"
How could he not know she had heart disease?
What exactly has she been hiding from him!
