Chapter 76: A d***less man.

Soon, the car slowed to a stop before Sabe’s magnificent mansion but there was nothing magnificent about the sight that greeted him.

The tall iron gates were smeared with rotten eggs, the stench thick in the air. Angry messages had been splashed across the walls and windows in dripping red paint....MURDERER, MONSTER, MOTHERFUCKER, DEVIL.

Several windows were shattered, their shards of glass still on the floor. The once perfect estate now looked like a crime scene, defaced by the rage of former fans and the grieving families of patients who had died during the Fetalyn case.

For a moment, Sabe remained seated in the car, unmoving. His jaw was clenched, his fingers curled tightly against his palm as his eyes scanned the destruction in silence.

"Let’s go inside, Mr. Sabe," Josh said calmly, stepping out first and opening the door for him. "Just ignore this. Everything is under control."

Josh’s voice snapped Sabe out of his thoughts. He swallowed hard, his throat suddenly dry, then nodded stiffly. Straightening his back, he stepped out of the car and into the compound, Josh walking closely beside him as they both made their way into the living room.

Unlike the compound, the living room still bought peace as nothing was destroyed except for the broken glass window but just then, before Sabe could make his way up the stairs to his room, his gaze landed on Gabe.

Gabe sat in his wheelchair a few feet away, positioned deliberately where Sabe could not miss him. His posture was relaxed, almost lazy, but his eyes gleamed with unmistakable provocation.

"Please control yourself, boss," Josh whispered urgently the moment he noticed Sabe’s fists clench at his sides, veins bulging with restrained fury. "Just behave as if he isn’t here. He’s not worth your time."

Yeah, Sabe thought bitterly, forcing his breathing to steady. He’s not worth my time.

Without sparing Gabe another glance, Sabe turned and began walking toward the stairs.

"Get me two servants, Josh....ones who can attend to me tonight," Sabe ordered coolly as he approached the staircase.

Before he could take a step.....

"Servants?" Gabe scoffed loudly. "You still expect servants to be around when you’re a monster?"

Sabe stopped mid-step.

I really need murder evidence, Gabe thought inwardly, watching Sabe carefully. But my life is still important to me, so I won’t risk it recklessly. If I’m going to get proof of Sabe’s crimes... it’ll be soon. For now, provoking him at every turn will do.

"Just ignore him, boss," Josh whispered again, lowering his voice. "The police officers are watching you."

Sabe inhaled sharply and turned his head slightly. "What about all the servants?" he asked, raising an eyebrow, irritation etched clearly into his tone. "They actually left?"

"Yes, boss," Josh replied with a heavy sigh. "They all left."

And why wouldn’t they? Gabe thought bitterly, a scoff escaping his lips. You were brutal to me, and that was after sleeping with a whore carrying your child. You treated your servants even worse.....like livestock. No, even livestock were treated better.

Beatings, broken fingers for simple mistakes, branding their skin like property... Some of them preferred death over another day in this house.

"After I paid them such huge salaries?!" Sabe exploded, rage finally breaking through. "They dared to leave just because I was arrested? They called this freedom and walked away?!"

Oh, they left because of me, Gabe thought smugly, the corners of his lips lifting slightly. I gave them the courage you never did. And their families? I made sure they were safe....far from your reach.

"Please forget about them, boss," Josh urged seriously. "You can always get new servants once this challenge is over. Whatever you need tonight, I’ll arrange it. There’s no reason to worry."

Sabe’s eyes darkened. "Get me the names of their families," he said coldly. "Those rats need to be taught a lesson."

Josh stiffened immediately. "Please don’t do that, boss," he whispered urgently. "The police are watching your every move. You can’t afford any violence right now."

"Fuck," Sabe muttered under his breath, jaw tightening. "I really can’t do anything now... Fine. I’ll keep calm."

Turning away, he started up the stairs once more.

"So..." Gabe drawled lazily, his voice slicing through the air like a blade. "Does it still hurt?"

Sabe froze again.

"Your dick," Gabe added with a cruel smirk.

"Can you stop trying to provoke Master Sabe?" Josh snapped, irritation flashing across his face. "I really don’t understand what you’re trying to achieve."

Then, leaning closer to Sabe, he whispered, "Ignore him, boss. He wants a reaction. Don’t fall for it."

"The doctor said you can’t perform anymore," Gabe continued unabated. "So how exactly are you planning to satisfy Matthew? And I did mention this before, didn’t I? What if the baby Matthew’s carrying isn’t even yours?"

Gabe tilted his head mockingly. "That would be the end of your bloodline, wouldn’t it, Sabe?"

"Gabe!" Sabe roared, his eyes burning red with barely restrained fury. "Watch what you say!"

"But I’m only telling the truth," Gabe replied calmly, then burst into cruel laughter. "Your dick is ruined. No more pleasure for you."

His laughter grew louder, darker. "You always called me useless... but now look at you. You’re even more useless than someone sitting in a wheelchair."

He leaned back slightly, eyes gleaming. "A dickless man."

"What you and your therapist did to me..." Sabe growled through clenched teeth, every word dripping with venom. "I’ll return it tenfold, Gabe. Just wait. I’ll make you regret ever opening your mouth." 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢

Before Gabe could say another word, Sabe stormed up the stairs, his footsteps heavy with fury. Josh hurried after him, but just as he reached the door....

BANG.

The door slammed shut in his face.

"I’ll call you when I need anything." Sabe voiced out from inside the room.

"Are you going to be okay by yourself, boss?" Josh asked from outside the door, worry unmistakable in his voice. He hesitated before adding softly, "Please... don’t be too hard on yourself."

"Just go away!" Sabe replied from inside the room. His voice sounded steady, but his eyes burned with unshed tears.....tears he was fighting with everything he had not to let fall. "I’ll call you again when I need you."

There was a pause, as if Josh wanted to say more. But in the end, he said nothing.

Soon after what felt like an eternity, Sabe finally heard Josh’s footsteps retreating down the hallway. Only then did his strength give out.

He slid down slowly until he was seated on the cold floor, his back resting against the door. The moment his body hit the ground, the tears he had been holding back so desperately spilled free, rolling down his cheeks as silent sobs wracked his chest.

To muffle the sound, he shoved his fist into his mouth, biting down hard as his shoulders shook violently. His breathing came out broken, uneven, the pain clawing at his chest far worse than any physical injury.

"He’s right..." Sabe murmured under his breath, his voice barely audible. "I’m useless now."

With trembling fingers, he unzipped his trousers and pulled out his still-bandaged penis, staring at it as if it belonged to someone else but quickly put it back in and zipped his trouser back.

"I always abused Gabe for being useless," he whispered bitterly, tears dripping onto his hand. "But look at me now... Guess who the useless one really is."

Just then.....

Click.

The lights in the room suddenly switched on.

Sabe flinched, blinking rapidly as warm golden light flooded the space. His breath caught in his throat as his surroundings were revealed....rose petals scattered across the floor, soft candles lining the walls, silk sheets arranged neatly on the bed. The room had been romantically decorated, something he hadn’t noticed before because he never bothered turning on the lights.

Slowly, hesitantly, he lifted his gaze.

Standing a few feet away from him was Matthew.

Matthew was naked, his round, heavy belly prominent....so full it looked as though the baby could arrive any day now. One hand rested gently on his stomach, the other hanging loosely by his side as he gazed at Sabe with concern.

"Y....you’re here?" Sabe stammered, scrambling to his feet in panic. He hastily wiped his tears away, managing to clear his face, though the redness in his eyes betrayed him completely and rose to his feet.

"Why are you crying?" Matthew asked softly, lifting his hand to cup Sabe’s face.

"I just got back from my business trip," Matthew continued, his thumb brushing lightly against Sabe’s cheek. "I heard you were hospitalized, but no one told me why. Not until I checked the news."

His expression darkened slightly. "They said you got into a fight with Gabe... and his therapist. They didn’t explain what caused it....only that both of you were injured."

Matthew paused before adding quietly, "And then the Fetalyn case resurfaced."

He doesn’t know about my dick, Sabe thought inwardly, his throat tightening as he swallowed hard. Thank goodness.
