But what they got wasn't an answer from him... because he also didn't know what had just happened.

And the next moment as they were trying to figure out the cause of the death of the newly joined goblins, they soon witnessed the same scene again, but this time it was their leader who suffered from that same curse.

They all began to screech out, looked at each other trying to figure out what had just happened. But none of them knew what it was.

They expected that they have been attacked by some foreign existence, but they did not had any idea of who it was.

Then the same cycle repeated again, after the fall of their leader, they went to seek shelter on another horde.

The first killing of the goblins didn't increase the number of deaths by much, but it was only the beginning, from now on, the number will keep on increasing.

In a few hours, I followed that same process again and the number of deaths turned to 100000+.

Few hours more, they reached 10million and it went up and up after that.

So many goblins were infected with the death qi that the numbers were in millions now.

They ran frantically, the fear of this unknown had driven them mad.

The rank trying to seek shelter anywhere else but that curse followed them till they died.

They had no way of fighting the curse at all and the only thing that they could do was try to escape from it, but nothing worked against it.

As a demon myself, and the one who put that curse on them, I am beginning to feel pity for them.

In just a day, the number of deaths from my hand is about to reach a extremely high mark of 1 billion.

I am already half way there and I don't think I need to wait that long to reach 1 billion mark. But... there surely are more goblins than 1 billion, what if I killed all of them?

I waited for an hour more and killed the goblins again and the number got quite close to my goal for the quest.

With just a thought, all of the goblins in this planet died with that same agonising pain.

The death count bar on my system window began to rose crazily and easily surpassed the 1 billion mark and didn't stop even when it reached the 2 billion mark.

It kept on going on and on as more and more goblins died and crossed even 3 billion and after a few minutes it finally stopped.

As soon as the countdown stopped, another notification rang inside my head.

All those notifications rang inside my head as a melodious tone.

Even more than the additional rewards that I received from the system, i was more happy to see that I have levelled up.

It might not matter much to others, but to me it mattered a lot. As someone who has struggled a lot and tried so much to level up just once but failed everytime, it mattered more than anything.

A faint smile appeared on my face seeing my profile.

As I was checking through all the notifications, an another voice appeared out of nowhere and it wasn't just me who was hearing it.

This notification was heard by everyone within this planet. Not just the once inside the tower but even those who were outside.

Soon after that notification was heard, the voice of the tower sounded again.

After the disappearance of the light, many more dungeons began to appears on different parts of the planet.

The whole world turned silent for a while, they already had several unanswered questions about the tower and dungeons that appeared out of nowhere one day and now this one has been added on that list as well.

I already knew about the consequences of conquering the tower and looking at the calm expression of Nova, she did as well.

But rather than the changes after conquering the first floor, I need to see if Maria is put or not?

So I asked the system about her.

Leader board, I have heard of the concept inside the tower, the tower puts the name of the people who have climbed a floor in its leaderboard with the amount of time taken. And that includes everyone that has ever climbed a floor. There is also a list of top 10 people who have claimed the floor the fastest, and same is for a team.

And you can use any name you like to be put on that leader board, but you can never change that name again.

Many people tend to use a fancier name to seem cool and strong. Rarely any person use their real name.

So what should I use for my name?

Should I just go with my name? Or use a edgy name?

Asteroid destroyer? Galaxy slayer? Hoeless?

Which one should I use?
