Malevolent Warlock: Sin Of Eternity-Chapter 211: The Way of the Sorcerer
"Puuu"
Spitting out blood from his mouth, Leon stared at the man infront of him with frustration in his eyes.
He had sent attack after attack against him and none of the seemed to work, he had even tried to pull him into an illusory space with his lunisight eyes, but for some reason he couldn’t.
It felt like there was a thick film separating his gaze from Leon’s eyes. Not only that though, Leon had tried to trap this guy in his prism once again to at least bid for time, but the man had adapted and was able to avoid the Site.
"You know...I never really got your real name old man" whipping his nose from blood, Leon said to the old man with gritted teeth.
There were still a few things he hadn’t tried, but using them infront of so many people was not optimal. He needed to move this fight somewhere else.
"Hm? Now you care? Puuu!!" Spitting on the ground, Leon’s ’father’ sneered. This Demon whom had possessed the body of his son didn’t even have the courtesy of knowing his name, the disrespect!!!
Grapping his warhammer with both hands, he blasted towards Leon with furiousity. He truly hated Leon with all his heart. In his heart, Leon was the branded killer of all his loved ones, that includes the body he was currently inhabiting.
"Hmm" Seeing that he had successfully pissed off the old man, Leon went straight for him, this time, for only an instant, until he was able to get close enough.....
Then, he swayed in the air and pushed himself onto a distant tree.
—Boom!!!!
With the momentum, he flew far away into the forest, ditching the old man in an instant.
"You can’t run away" Seeing Leon’s shiloutte running away, the old man immediately gave chase with this full might. Nothing here concerned him more than getting Leon’s head.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
"He’s so adamant" Leon’s silhouette dashed through the forest with a bitter smirk on his face. The old fool was ungrateful, and didn’t know what was good for him. Now that he had a little power he wanted to use it against Leon.
"I hope this works" Leon was genuinely worried, if it was what he thought it was then he might really be in alot of trouble right now. He couldn’t even use the Angel descent spell because he had used it just a few hours ago.
So now he had only a few options.

Dashing through the landscape that was Trafalgar forest, Leon moved at lightening speed constantly dodging attacks from behind.
The old man at this point was essentially a peak level 3 mage with special powers that allowed him to rival even Qing. This was definitely not normal, but what could Leon do?
He could defeating him head on, nor could he seek help from his comrades. He had no choice but to fight!!!
"Soul lantern: Soul Lance Naga"
Coming halfway to the middle of a clearing, Leon raised his hand and materialised two Lance with intricate designs in mid air.....

The Lance of Naga had two stances, one created the bloodserpent Lance that outputs alot of physical damage with the side effect of soul damage.
The second stance was meant for sorcerers exclusively. With it Leon was able to cause an insurmountable about of damage to the soul.
Yes, that’s right, Leon was about to go all out with this battle and use Sorcerer magic.

The old man didn’t even see it coming as two ethereal lances flew through the air and directly into his chests.
"Arggggg!!!!!!!!"
He screamed in agony. If this was a physical attack, the Grimoire would have automatically released life-energy energy to block and disable it.
But this wasn’t the case for soul attacks, it was like it didn’t even register them as harmful in the first place.
But the pain was real.
"Phwww it worked" Leon saw the sight of the old man screaming in pain as he descended to the ground and smiled. Sorcerer attacks were effective against the old man, he couldn’t be any happier.
"Soul lantern: Soul Shaking Gauntlet"
A beam of light shone from Leon’s chest as a pair of metal Guantlets made of light appeared on his fist.
The Way of the sorcerer was very unique, such that no two sorcerers from different masters had the same spell/technique style.
Soul lantern was Malphas Greybacks technique branch, one he had formulated himself and now it was Leon’s to improve on.
"My turn!!!" Leon blasted forwards like a jet entering sonic speed and directly hit the old fool in the chest forcing him back by several hundred meters.

Leon didn’t give him a single moments of rest, wherever he landed Leon was there to decimate his soul and body.
He now had the upper hand and in this fight and would definitely not let it slip, so he kept on pummelling the old man to the point that it looked like torture.
"You.....Will pay" mustering all his strength, the old man muttered under his breath. At this point, he was clinging to life for only one reason.
To kill Leon.
But was this enough? With Leon’s onslaught on his unprotected soul, how could he maintain consciousness?
Right before Leon’s very eyes, the old man was thrown into a tree and went completely blank. He wasn’t dead though, just unconscious, this was good, at least with this Leon would have the time to improvise.
"Hehehe,"
Unfortunately, he was wrong. There would be no time to improvise, because not even a few seconds after knocking the old man out, he broke into a sadistic smile and looked Leon right in the eye.
"You’re not the old man are you?" Watching the scene with squinted eyes, Leon asked.
"Ding, Ding, Ding, you win a prize" from the old man’s body a distorted voice resounded. Right now the old man’s was unconscious, but something had taken over its body.
"Shit, I guess this was a bad idea huh?" Leon smiled bitterly as he looked at the gauntlet on his hand.
Weakening the old man’s soul this much had allowed for whatever this was to take over. He was playing right into the palm of this thing and didn’t even know.
"You think? Hehe kid, it’s the worst mistake you could ever make. Now...run for your life" with a sadistic smile, and a cloak of blackness in its eyes, the possessed old man looked at Leon and spat.
To which Leon didn’t waste a second before speeding away like a bullet. This situation was becoming worse by the minute.
"Hehe, let the hunt begin" the being jumped our of the tree Leon had sent ut into and smiled evily.
