"You’re not?" Sohee asked, lifting his head to look at Kim Heedo’s eyes. "What do you mean by that? I know that you love me and all. But childbirth can have a bad impact on my mental health, you know? That’s why postpartum depression is a thing."

"Yes, Hyung. I’m not taking your worries lightly," Kim Heedo said carefully while gently rubbing Sohee’s back. "Of course, if ever you get postpartum depression, I’ll take care of you. I’ll stay with you as we seek professional help to help you get better. As much as I love our babies, I can’t promise I can love them as much as I love you, Hyung."

"Yah."

"I’m just being honest, Hyung. Of course, I’ll take care of our babies. But if you get sick, I’ll pay more attention to you."

"That’s a motivation for me not to get sick, then."

Because Sohee could tell that Kim Heedo was serious.

So, I’m praying to be in the right mind when our babies manifest. Hopefully, it doesn’t happen right after I give birth to them."

"I’m sorry."

"Don’t apologize for having superior genes. You’re gonna pass it down to our babies, after all."

"Right," Kim Heedo said, kissing the top of Sohee’s head. "Hyung, I don’t think you’d end up like your mother. First of all, unlike your mother, Hyung is kind."

"Yes, but it doesn’t change the fact that she’s a horrible mother to you. But I apologize if you were offended, Hyung."

"Yes, it did. Thank you," Sohee said, smiling while cupping Kim Heedo’s face between his hands. "It’s your day-off today, isn’t it? Should we go shopping?"

"I’d love that, Hyung," Kim Heedo said, his face beaming. "It’s rare for you to ask me to go shopping."

"Well, most of my clothes don’t fit me anymore since my baby bump is getting bigger."

"Oh, I’m sorry for not paying enough attention on that, Hyung. I’ll call our department store and ask them to bring clothes here."

He wasn’t surprised by his husband’s suggestion.

That’s how chaebols do their shopping. They bring the department store in their house instead of going to a mall.

"I want to go to the department store, Heedo-ya. I’m bored."

Kim Heedo hesitated, but he nodded in the end. "Alright. Let me call the department store in advance. I want to make sure first that the place is extra safe. Hyung, you don’t mind having bodyguards around us, do you?"

I guess this is our compromise.

"Okay, fine. The bodyguards can go shopping with us," Sohee said, rolling his eyes. "Oh, let’s also get matching clothes for the gender reveal party, Heedo-ya."

"Sure, Hyung," Kim Heedo said, kissing Sohee’s forehead. "We’ll do anything you want to do today."

KIM HEEDO sighed after seeing Hong Sera and Cho Euntak. "What are you doing here?"

Hong Sera just smiled while Cho Euntak hid behind the chaebol princess.

"I called them," Park Sohee said, gently nudging Heedo. "They’re in charge of the dress code for the party, so they’re here to help us choose our outfits for that day."

Ah, right.

Heedo wanted to go on a proper date with Park Sohee after they went shopping, but he couldn’t complain seeing how happy his husband looked.

Oh, well.

It’s still the weekend tomorrow, and I’ll make sure I keep Hyung all to myself then.

"Oppa, there’s a shirt that I’d like to see you try," Hong Sera said, pulling Park Sohee inside the store. "Heedo-ya, are you going to wear a matching shirt with Sohee Oppa?"

Heedo was just about to answer, but his phone rang.

It was Kim Hanhae, his younger brother.

"Yes, I’ll be wearing a matching outfit with Hyung," Heedo said, and then he turned to Park Sohee. "Hyung, I’ll just answer this call from Hanhae. Choose whatever outfit you want." He then gave his wallet to Park Sohee. "Use this in case I came back late."

"Alright," Park Sohee said, waving at him. "See you later."

He just nodded and watched until the three crybabies were inside the luxury store before he went out.

Half of the bodyguards followed Park Sohee, and half followed him.

Of course, Shin Kang was the one leading his security team.

I wanted to close the stores so that we can go shopping in peace, but Sohee Hyung didn’t want to inconvenience other shoppers.

"Hey," Heedo said, leaning against the railing when he picked up Kim Hanhae’s call. "Is everything alright?"

"Hyung, we already filed a restraining order against that teacher."

"Good. But why do you sound worried?"

"Hyung, I’m sorry. Because of me, Sohee Hyung got dragged into this..."

Heedo knitted his eyebrows, confused. "What do you mean by that, Kim Hanhae?"
