"Sebastian?" She said in a surprised tone as he placed a poker face and then walked towards her.

"What, did you really expect that I was going to be Matthew."

"But —"

"Sorry Abi but we tried our best to look for Matthew, eventually our men were unable to fight him but we found traces of blood. Whatever they said with you must be true, they probably must have killed—"

"Sebastian!!" Abi yelled with furious eyes and then she pointed at him.

Her eyes darted at him with an infuriated soul, she clenched her jaw.

"You wouldn’t say a word about Matthew. I know that you must be lying, what did you say?"

"Okay common, please I want to hear what I should say instead."

"At least shut up," she yelled at him once again.

"You don’t have anything positive to come out of your mouth. At least if you hate him the least you could do is make false accusations. I know my brother is okay, so shut up! Shut that dirty mouth of yours or get it clean, trust me it would help you so much, when deceitful words are only uttered out of your mouth then why wouldn’t you proclaim those words. I feel it in my soul. You said those words, common, tell me. What is the evidence? "

Sebastian scoffed, he pocketed his hands as he walked closer to her.

" Seriously you want to know the evidence? Okay let me say this, if you don’t see him there and you were given a threat, do you really think Vixen’s men wouldn’t do as they had promised? Besides, you know Vixen quite well after all you’ve spent time with him and you know that man can’t be trusted. He’s a vile man, and so will be his authority."

Abi stayed silent.

" Well listen, the same device you said was authentic was fake, it was just a duplicate. It contained nothing that we needed. It was just a bait for Vixen to discover who was really after the device. He only did that so he could get Matthew and the only use of the mission you two involved yourself, what was that? You got your brother killed. "

As Abi memorized on his words, she couldn’t help but clench her arm in anger.

She really didn’t think Vixen would do that.

" And listen, because Vixen knows your identity we have to find some way to get you protected, and that’s why you have to stay low for the moment. I’m sure he’ll do something to locate you, " he suggested but she shook her head.

" I can’t go anywhere, I wouldn’t —" she retaliated as Sebastian scoffed.

He really couldn’t believe his sister.

He walked towards her.

" Listen attentively, remember this matter is not about who is greater, is about our league. Don’t let that mess up your head. What you need at the moment is your safety not for you to hover up and down like some hero. "

" Oh really? "

" Well yes, a hero. Everytime you go out there and pretend to be some superior, you pretend like you own everything but do you know the bitter truth? You’re a woman, you’re a woman who needs a livelihood, not something that has to involve you going up and down and behaving like some hooligan. The kitchen fits you and not the field. He groaned feeling a slap from Abi, she stood as she pointed her finger at him.

" When you speak too much your mouth begins to run with gibberish words. I see your mother hasn’t given you a slap before, why can’t you go tell her. At least instead of working in that so called company, she goes and stay in the kitchen like a married woman."

"Abigail!!"

"Hey don’t yell my name, what happened? That hurt your feeling. I thought you loved those words without a hurtful feeling so tell me why the bitterness because of the repetition of your words?"

"Listen to me, you’re going to regret all what you’re doing."

"Should I tell you something too? I regret something and you know what, is right in front of me. You’re existence is my rejection. So common, get out of this place, I really don’t want to see your face," she said infuriated and then she sat on her bed.

Sebastian stared at her for a while, a bit hardened in the heart, he clenched his hand and then walked out of the room.

When he left, her thoughts reminiscence on his words.

She clenched the sheet of the bed and then screamed.

"No, way!!" She cried out and then slowly turned into a sob.

She took her pillow and then threw at the couch opposite the bed.

A few moment after the incidents, Abi came out of the bed dressed in her former dress.

She walked towards the cyber team room, just to receive a welcome from the men.

"Ma’am," the manager of the cyber team came to her as she bowed her head a bit.

Abi didn’t turn her gaze to her, as she looked at the room from the leveled ground that showcased the working fellows from the space created.

She walked towards the railings of the place and then placed a hand on it scrutinizing the people working.

"I hope you know what I came here for," Abi stated curtly as the woman moved forward, she gripped to the gadget that was in her hand.

"Ma’am, according to what we’ve done. It’s confirmed that the device is a fake," Abi turned to her with a cold look.

"How could that be possible. Didn’t we scan through it and discovered it was the device?"

"Yes ma’am, we did but I don’t get how Vixen must have managed to create a fake one. It can be possible to copy a duplicate like that that easily."

Abi raised her hands from the railings and then folded her arms.

"I’ll like to see it," Abi stated.

"Okay ma’am," the managed said and then directed Abi towards the elevator that led them to the ground floor.

They got into the elevator, and then the manager pressed the button while Abi waited patiently.

It took a while and then the doors opened.

Just as they got to the lower ground, the employers in the grand room were working in each of their sections.

At a part some tech men discussed somethings necessary while they worked on the software processing, another they looked at their board obviously having a meeting through a glass wall.

She looked at them as they had a conference meeting, they all looked concentrated in their job as whosoever was the one giving a presentation marked out her ideas on the screen board.

She walked towards the board using her hand to control it as she gave ideas, men seated nodded acknowledging her innovative.

Abi walked with eloquence as she headed to the front of the room where the super computer was placed, while she was led towards the place, some of the employees stopped to greet her but she didn’t give attention.

Three big computer placed in front of the room, there were roles of tech men working on their computers, from that she was carefully taken to the middle of the role.

She walked down the stairs where these men were working.

When they took a stop, Abi raised her head to take a look at the supercomputer while the manager required for the device.

It was connected on one of the computer and then it reflected on the supercomputer.

"Ma’am, as you see the preamble seems true but when we move towards the data bases—"

An error symbol was shown with a sound from the restricted data.

"Ma’am, we can’t access the data. It was a trap, it meant they needed you to go to the party and they—"

"I know about that but tell me, our were out systems were able to scan it and get the information that it was the solid one?"

"Ma’am, to be true Vixen must have used something else other than our programing."

Abi folded her arms as she frowned.

"What do you mean?"

"If he was able to trick our programming that it was the device then he must have gotten the government involved. That means he didn’t use common programming, he must have used the military computer programming, and through this, he’ll be able to find who was against him."

Abi stayed there for a while, a frown on her face she was trying to process the words.

Does that mean the government must be working for Vixen or Vixen works for the government?
