366 Contender Of The Test.

*Creak*

Every reporter perked up their ears, and like hungry animals, they turned their bloodshot eyes towards the sound.

From the gaps of the metal gates, they saw a youth wearing heavy winter clothing exiting a mansion.

Their faces became thrilled as it was finally time for their promotions!

''Ichiro, please answer some questions!''

''Mr. Kurogami, are the rumors true that you assassinated Abyss?''

''Ichiro, we heard that you were the main reason for the Flight 447 incident. Is that true?!''

Only screams and shouts were heard as the reporters asked hundreds of questions in a span of ten seconds.

Ichiro rubbed his ears and stopped in front of the metal gates while dozens of microphones were before him.

He swiped the bangs out of the way of his eyes. His hair was getting longer, already reaching his neck.

''Fine, I will ask a few questions, but you guys have to promise that you will leave and never return, is that clear?'' Ichiro said calmly and saw the reporters looking at each other before nodding.

They didn't look like someone he could trust because Ichiro had learned that it was impossible to trust the reporters.

That's why he had prepared for several weeks for this.

Ichiro opened his bag and took a stack of papers from there.

The reporters frowned and wondered what those were.

''Every single of you has to write your name down on the paper.'' Ichiro pushed the papers towards the reporters and continued, ''It is a written agreement.''

The reporters grimaced and debated whether they should keep annoying Ichiro and the two Nightside women to get their answers, but they might have to stay here for much longer, and they will never move up in their careers if they spend their whole lives trying to get the answers.

But, agreeing with him could mean that they won't get an answer to all of the questions.

Few reporters made up their minds and wrote their names down.

They started spreading the papers, and Ichiro kept looking like a hawk, and soon, he noticed someone who sneakily didn't write their name down.

''You!'' He pointed at the man with brown hair and a large forehead, looking very sneaky with his tiny eyes.

''You didn't write your name,'' Ichiro said and crossed his arms.

''I did.'' The man said, and soon everyone's attention was on him.

''Then, where is the paper where you wrote your name?'' Ichiro asked and saw the man being empty of any papers.

''Tch.'' The man clicked his tongue, took the paper from the person next to him, and wrote his name.

Soon, all reporters were finished writing their names down, and Ichiro collected all the papers.

''Alright, get the fuck out.'' Ichiro innocently smiled.

The reporters blinked dumbly and then shouted with rage, ''What do you mean?! Give us our answers?!''

''Heh.'' Ichiro put the papers inside the bag but took one of them and showed the written text to everyone.

The contract said that the written agreement was only about not allowing them to enter the New Neighborhood ever again. It didn't have anything to do with Ichiro having to answer any questions.

''Leave.'' He said coldly and put the contract back on the bag.

''We aren't leaving!'' The man who tried to cheat screamed angrily.

''Yeah!'' All the reporters shouted in unison and looked very enraged.

''Fine, see you in court, all of you.'' Ichiro picked up the bag and turned around to leave the gates, but before that.

''W-Wait!'' One of the reporters screamed, ''T-This can't go to court, right?!''

''Why not?'' Ichiro turned his body halfway.

''That contract can't be valid! Don't you need to get one from the court? That must be a fake contract!'' Once the reporter finished his words, everyone behind him nodded.

''Sigh…'' Ichiro once again took the paper and showed it to everyone.

At the bottom of the paper, there was a symbol of Coldland's Court.

''I got these from the court, and these are as valid as it gets.''

The reporters paled and knew what would happen if they were sued.

They would be fired.

But, spending over one month without having anything to show to their superiors would ruin their careers!

They hatefully glared at Ichiro and wondered how someone so young could be so evil.

Ichiro saw their glares and didn't mind. They were the ones who overstepped their boundaries, and they had it coming.

Soon, most of the reporters packed and left, but few stayed, looking very unwilling, but seeing others leaving, they also gave up and left.

*Creak*

The door behind Ichiro opened, and Azura appeared while wearing heavy winter clothing.

''They left?'' She asked with surprise and saw vans driving away from the Neighborhood.

''Yep,'' Ichiro smirked and turned around to see Alena standing in the doorway.

''I will take care of your daughter.'' He grabbed Azura's hand and left the mansion's premises.

Alena smiled and waved her hand as she watched them leave.

Soon, Ichiro and Azura disappeared from view.

One Day Later.

In the Country of Sealight.

The Capital City of Sealight was called Oceansoul, and it was the place where the biggest portion of ships was made.

On the south side of the City, a massive ocean was seen.

The city's architecture itself was pretty old, with buildings made of bricks, but they looked exceptionally stunning.

Small and bigger boats were moving on the rivers that went straight through the city.

Currently, in the harbor of Oceansoul.

There were hundreds of boats docked.

Soon, two incredibly attractive individuals appeared with only their t-shirts and shorts.

Ichiro was wearing sunglasses while the sun was shining on him.

Azura had her beautiful black hair tied up in a ponytail, while most of her legs were open, which allowed everyone to see her smooth and delicate skin.

They walked towards a large ship that was about to leave.

At the bottom of the ship, a crew member of the ship was accepting tickets, and once he confirmed that the tickets were legit, he would allow them to enter.

''Tickets.'' The crew member said while looking shocked at first after two inhumanly attractive individuals appeared in front of him.

Azura took off her sunglasses and looked at Ichiro; she was sure he didn't order tickets.

Ichiro put his hand in the pocket and took out the silver card.

Once the crew member saw it, he kneeled on the ground, which shocked everyone around the ship, and also, Ichiro looked very surprised.

''Welcome to Ship Storm rider!'' He bowed deeply and shouted, ''Contender of the Test!''

Once the words left his mouth.

Everyone gasped in shock and wondered what those words meant.

But, everyone on the ship knew precisely what it meant.

Many curious eyes locked on Ichiro, few tried to pressure him, but he only shrugged it off and innocently smiled.

Everyone in the ship knew…

This young man wasn't a simple one!
