Marvel : I'm in Westview Town-Chapter 120 : Doctor Strange is Here
Chapter 120 - 120 : Doctor Strange is Here
Finn immediately jumped up from the bed. This was the hidden reward from the system—he had completed the hidden objective that had taken ten months to achieve.
In other words, only two months remained until the hidden mission was complete.
Two months!
If only it could be sooner.
Thinking about this, Finn felt a surge of excitement.
"Just two more months. When the hidden mission is over, what will the system reward me with?"
His eyes gleamed with anticipation.
Now, those two months felt like an unattainable prize, so close yet just out of reach. But considering the nature of the system's past rewards, it was bound to be something incredible. After all, he had endured this long—and those who could truly dominate the universe were not made overnight.
Even if the mysterious adversary arrived, perhaps he would finally have the power to destroy them in an instant.
The system's previous rewards had already granted him nearly invincible creation magic. If that was for a novice mission, then the hidden reward, something granted after an entire year, had to be even more overwhelming.
Finn couldn't even begin to imagine what was in store. For the first time in a while, he truly believed that all his patience and struggle had been worth it.
Two months from now, everything in this world would shift because of him.
After steadying his emotions, he threw on his clothes and stepped outside, just in time to see Wanda pulling ingredients from the refrigerator. Without hesitation, he hurried over.
"Let me do it. You both should get some rest—I'll make a proper breakfast for us today."
The system's notification had put him in an incredibly good mood, and he was more than happy to express it by cooking.
Wanda blinked in surprise, watching him.
"What's up with Finn? He looks really happy."
The Dark Witch, who had been lounging nearby, raised an eyebrow. "I don't know. Not even when we traveled did he seem this thrilled. Could it be because of something between you two?"
Her teasing words made Wanda's face flush. "What nonsense are you talking about?!"
"I didn't say anything," the Dark Witch smirked, snickering as she turned away to resume her movie. She had been in the middle of watching something before Finn entered the kitchen.
Wanda, however, still felt uneasy. There was something odd about the way Finn had been smiling earlier.
"Come with me."
She grabbed the Dark Witch's arm and pulled her toward the kitchen.
"Why do we have to go?" The Dark Witch sighed, reluctant to leave her movie. Still, she followed Wanda toward Finn.
"Aren't you two supposed to be watching a movie? What are you doing here?" Finn asked, glancing at them from the corner of his eye as he continued preparing breakfast.
"Finn, what were you smiling about just now?" Wanda asked, frowning slightly. That smile had been different—strange, even. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was off.
Could she have imagined it?
"Tell us," the Dark Witch added.
"It's nothing. Just a secret," Finn replied casually, his focus remaining on the ingredients in front of him. No matter how much they questioned him, he wasn't about to reveal anything.
"Do you really expect us to believe that?" Wanda challenged.
She knew Finn too well. After spending so much time together, she had memorized even his smallest habits. There was no way she was imagining things.
"It's really nothing, so stop asking," Finn insisted.
The hidden mission had strict restrictions. If he told them anything, it could compromise everything. He had waited too long for this—he wasn't going to throw it all away now.
Wanda studied him for a moment before sighing. If Finn wanted to tell her, he would. She just had to wait.
"What about breakfast? Haven't you finished yet?" she asked, rubbing her stomach. "I'm starving."

"Go back to your movie—breakfast will be ready soon."
Finn chuckled, quickening his pace.
Wanda pouted but didn't argue. She pulled the Dark Witch back toward the sofa.
"Why'd you give up so easily?" the Dark Witch asked. She had expected Wanda to press him further.
"There's no need. If Finn wants to tell us, he will. And if he doesn't, then no amount of questioning will change that. It's better to just wait and see," Wanda replied, picking up the remote.
The Dark Witch thought about it before shrugging and making herself comfortable again.
Time passed.
Just as the two witches were getting into their movie, a delicious aroma filled the air, drifting in from the kitchen.
"What is that smell? It's incredible," the Dark Witch murmured, her attention shifting.
Wanda turned as well, just in time to see Finn walking out with freshly prepared dishes.
"Breakfast is ready?" she asked excitedly. She had been starving.
The Dark Witch followed, both of them settling at the table. Up close, the food smelled even more enticing, making their stomachs growl.
"You can start eating after you wash up. There's still one more dish I need to finish in the kitchen, but it won't take long," Finn said, setting down the plates.
"Then I'm eating first—I can't wait anymore," Wanda announced.
Without hesitation, she dug in.
Finn shook his head, amused, before heading back to the kitchen. He still had work to do, but he felt more at ease than ever.
Two more months.
And then everything would change.
Wanda was the first to get up and immediately ran toward the bathroom.
"No, I'll go first. I'm hungry too."
The Dark Witch took a quick step forward, getting ahead of Wanda, refusing to yield.
"Don't even think about it!!"
Seeing this, Wanda frowned and rushed forward at the same speed.
The entire room filled with their bickering once again.
Finn, still in the kitchen, shook his head helplessly. "There should be less of this... whatever, I'll just get my ingredients."
Maybe it was exhaustion, or maybe he had just grown used to the constant squabbling between the two, but he didn't bother intervening. Instead, he continued preparing breakfast.
Ten minutes passed.
Finally, the two witches emerged from the bathroom. By then, Finn had already sat at the dining table and started eating.
"Finn, why didn't you wait for us?" Wanda looked at him with some resentment. She was starving. If it weren't for the Dark Witch, she would have already been enjoying a hot breakfast.
"You two were in there for so long, breakfast got cold."
Finn sighed, then added, "Don't be upset. I already prepared yours."
He lifted a lid, revealing two steaming bowls of shrimp porridge, the aroma filling the air.
"I'll have a taste first."
The moment Wanda saw the porridge, her eyes lit up, and she immediately sat down.
Seeing her impatience, Finn smiled helplessly. "Eat carefully, it's really hot. Don't burn your mouth."
The Dark Witch wasn't far behind, sitting down and taking a small spoonful of the porridge. The flavor was excellent.
"How's your practice been going?" Finn suddenly asked.
The question made both witches pause.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Finn smirked. "Do I have something written on my face?"
"Her raw power hasn't increased significantly, but her control over magic has improved a lot," the Dark Witch answered.
As the Scarlet Witch, Wanda had begun to feel a clear shift in her mastery of Chaos Magic. While not yet drastic, the changes were still meaningful.
"That's fine. As long as you're diligent. But your study of the Darkhold needs to speed up. The magic you've learned so far isn't nearly enough."
Finn's expression turned serious. After learning from the Dark Witch that a mysterious figure had easily wiped out another version of himself—and that even the Dark Witch had struggled against him—Finn knew their opponent was incredibly powerful.
"Are you saying she should study the entire Darkhold at once?" the Dark Witch asked, surprised.
Even though it was an incomplete version of the book, it would still be difficult for Wanda. Magic was dangerous, and rushing the process could be disastrous.
"What I mean," Finn explained, "is that while you teach her, she should focus on learning high-level spells. Starting from the basics won't be effective in the short time we have."
Because of the mysterious enemy, they had no choice but to accelerate their training. Only by increasing their power could they stand a chance against him.
Besides, Wanda had already reached a level where foundational magic was unnecessary—she needed to focus on advanced techniques.
Hearing this, the Dark Witch nodded. While the Darkhold was a corrupted and dangerous text, allowing Wanda to focus on its key teachings might actually be beneficial.
For the next few days, Finn had little else to do. He spent his time either refining his own magical techniques or watching movies with the two witches in Westview.
Meanwhile, Wanda and the Dark Witch were relentless in their training, pouring over the Darkhold and honing their abilities. They knew a confrontation with the mysterious figure was inevitable.
Time passed quickly.
But their peace was soon interrupted.
One afternoon, a few days later.
Warm sunlight streamed through the window, casting golden rays across the room. It was a rare moment of tranquility. The three of them were sitting on the sofa, watching a movie together.
Then, suddenly—
Boom. Boom. Boom.
A firm knock on the door.
Finn frowned slightly. "Huh?"
"Go check. You'll find out soon enough," the Dark Witch said lazily, not taking her eyes off the screen.
Sighing, she got up and went to the door. As she opened it, a man stood before her.
He looked exhausted—his dark circles deep and pronounced, as if he hadn't slept in days. His disheveled appearance hinted at excessive strain. And yet, beneath the fatigue, there was still an undeniable sense of intelligence and power.
A weary sorcerer.
A man of knowledge and precision.
Doctor Stephen Strange.
The moment Finn saw him, he immediately recognized him.
"Strange? What are you doing here?"
