Jaxon pov

As I walked out of Aria’s room and towards the hospital exit. I couldn’t help but be very angry with Aria.

I could not believe I was telling her the right thing to do, but she kept trying to correct me. What sort of correction does she think she can give to me? I had my reason for doing that, but she decided to correct me fine since she wanted to continue correcting me.

I will leave her to do whatever she wants. For now, she thinks she has done the right thing, but she does not know that any of the CCTV cameras found out that she or her father was involved then. All these apologies she made with fake evidence would not do any good for her. I felt pity for her, but it was her luck. She brought this upon herself as I left the exit room.

I walked towards my dad’s car, which I had been using since he had traveled, and sat inside it. I felt so angry that I slammed my hand on the car’s wheels before relaxing my head.

As I thought about what she said, she claimed that I was controlling her when I just wanted to help her. I began to chuckle like a maniac because it just didn’t make sense to me at all.

But just at that moment, a message entered my phone. I carried my phone and checked who the sender was, only to see it was Aria.

I couldn’t help but smile widely.

My once-best sex mate was messaging me again. What could she want from me this time around? Was she just so ***** and decided that I was the perfect person to ease that intimacy test for her? I opened the message, and I even smiled wider in contentment to what she wrote.

"Jaxon, you forgot about me. You heard that your step-sister to fuck around all the time with," she told me.

I chuckled because I truly was intimate with Aria, but not how he thought of it. I did not know what to say to her, but suddenly, I felt like I needed a real sex mate to quench my intimacy thirst.

She had me to herself for too long, and now she feels like I cannot leave her, no matter what. I can’t even tell her when to do the right thing.

With my body suddenly responding to Arya’s message, I did not know when I began to type in her writing that I would see her that night. I looked up at the hospital and directly at Aria’s room window, and she was standing there going through one of her favorite novels simultaneously.

She was wearing a sweatshirt cap, which was covering a hair that was just newly cut. If I left for an hour or two, I am sure she would not notice.

After all, she thought I had left because I was angry; and besides, even though I tried to be dedicated to only her, I was always known as a Playboy, so that can never change overnight.

I typed back to Aria, telling her I would be in her place in 20 minutes. It took her not less than a second to reply to me, telling me she was waiting for me in one of her best lingerie.

I smiled devilishly as I thought of all the nasty things I would do to Aria. I knew I would be there even before the 20 minutes, so I started the engine immediately and drove onto the road while looking at the side mirror to be sure that Aria was distracted with the novel, not to notice I was just leaving and told her she did not look up for a second till I left.

Getting to the main road. I was stuck in traffic because the road seemed tight, and I guess the weather was part of why the road seemed that way. The weather forecast had foretold that it would rain heavily that night.

Then I remembered that Aria would feel a lot of cold that night because of her hair. It felt like I should turn around and leave, but I was already too determined. I would not leave her again; I would stick to her words.

It took about 20 minutes or more for the traffic to reduce finally. I wasted no time in speeding to Arya’s place because I had told her I’d be there 30 minutes ago, but I could not get there on time. When I got there, Aria was standing outside the veranda of her house. She noticed me and dashed towards me. She jumped on me, happily hugging me so tightly. I felt like I was choking up. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

"I thought you would not be able to make it, "she said to me. I smiled at her as we stared at each other for some minutes.

"The traffic was heavy, just as you have heard in the news, but I made sure to get here."

I said to her, but suddenly, as I let go of her, she stared at me awkwardly.

She was thinking about something weird, so I covered up with a wide smile. "What is wrong, and why are you staring at me this way?"I asked her.

She moved a few meters away and stared at me from head to toe.

"Where were you coming from?"She asked me like she was suddenly my wife. I couldn’t help but chuckle as I walked closer towards her.

"From the hospital," I replied,

"Why don’t you smell like the hospital?"She was jealous of Aria, who wasn’t even here.

" I couldn’t do that, I was With Aria all through the night and I know you are jealous, but the truth remains the same. I know that’s what you want to ask."She had a deep frown on her face.

"I know I was with Aria, but that doesn’t change anything. After all, I am here with you and not with her."I added, trying to reassure her.
