Chapter 818  Divide and Conquer

"Heaven Realm?" Isolde and Sumeri exchanged a look.

"That's . . ." Nikolai's eyes shone with glee. "That's so cool!"

"So we're going to the Heaven Realm?" Leonel said, excitement bubbling up within him.

"There's a Heaven Realm?" Isolde asked eagerly.

"I always thought about that possibility since there is a Nether Realm," Sumeri said. "I wonder what it look like . . ."

However, their excitement was short-lived when Ren told them, "Not you. You guys are going to do missions here in the Netherworld."

Leonel and the others blinked in confusion, and when they realized what they were going to do, they exclaimed at the same time, "What?!"

Ren wasn't perturbed by their reaction and said, "You're going to do missions here so our guild can rise to the top faster."

"Egh . . ." Leonel deflated like a popped balloon. "So we're going to do more missions here in the Underworld?"

"I don't mind. I want to explore the Nether Realm as well!" Nikolai said with excitement in his voice.

Sumeri was feeling tired already. "Not fair that you get to see the Heaven Realm first."

Ragnar didn't care which place they would go since he was going to explore the place eventually.

Ren ignored their reactions and continued, "I will have you do missions and quests here as well as get first bloods, while Evie, Elena, and I will go with Azazel to rescue Lorelai. Don't worry, once we open up the Heaven Realm, you guys can explore the place to your hearts' content."

At least Leonel and the others felt relieved and contented at Ren's explanation.

"Oh, if that's the case, I will leave the others here as well to accompany you guys and guide you around," Azazel said.

"EGH?!" Now it was the Warlords' turn to protest.

Hubrion crossed his arms and said, "I don't mind staying behind." His eyes then sparkled as he looked at Ragnar. "I will tour you around the Netherworld, and we will have a great time." He winked. Ragnar grumbled under his breath and took a step back, putting more distance between himself and Hubrion.

"I want to stay behind too," Avaris quickly interjected, trying to assert himself. "I-it's not that I'm scared of fighting the Angels, alright? I just want to . . . to get to know Roz and the others here!"

Desira and Vivi looked at him with dead set eyes.

"What about Lethargia?" Avaris asked.

"She stays here," Desira said firmly. "She's no help like this."

Malifira smiled as if the world was a joke that only she could decipher. "She must still be exhausted. After all those years of searching for the best future."

Azazel and the warlords' faces softened a little.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of her," Avaris said confidently. "I won't let anything happen to her!"

"You better," Malifira replied with a sweet smile but a threatening voice. "Or you will remain a snail . . . forever."

Avaris shivered and recoiled before transforming into his real form and carefully lifting Lethargia onto his back.

"How should we do this, then?" Leone said, a little excited. "Should we go with our previous groupings?"

Isolde nodded in agreement with Leonel. "We can cover more grounds that way."

"Then, Nikolai, Ragnar, and I will go together, while you, Leonel, and Roz go together," Sumeri suggested.

The others agreed with the grouping.

"Oh? You're dividing yourselves?" Hubrion exclaimed, hopping over to Ragnar's group. "Then I will be your guide in the Netherworld, Ragnar!"

"I will go with Leonel and Roz, then" Avaris declared.

"It looks like the groups have been decided," Ren said.

"Take care of them and don't let them get lost in the stream," Azazel ordered.

"And if possible, lead them to bosses so they can get first blood," Ren added seriously.

"Are you trying to kill us on our first day?" Sumeri complained.

Avaris grinned. "Don't worry, I know just the place!"

"We will have lots of fun while you're here, Ragnar. Ohohoho," Hubrion chuckled.

Ragnar's face went ashen, and he immediately wanted to change groups.

"I know Ren said bosses, but make sure we can defeat it, alright?" Leonel said with a nervous laugh.

"We'll get in trouble if it's a world boss," Isolde pointed out.

Avaris nodded and said boastfully, "Don't worry, I know just the boss to bring you to. He's been nothing but a headache, so your help in subduing this creature is greatly appreciated." "Are we going to be alright?" Leonel stuttered.

"Don't worry. The only world boss here is Lord Azazel and us! The rest simply aren't important! Ahahaha," Avaris dismissed.

Leonel and the others weren't convinced. "Now that it's settled, let's go!" Azazel said, and the group began their separate adventure.

Leonel, Isolde, Roz, Avaris, and Lethargia all headed towards a boss, while Ragnar, Sumeri, Nikolai, and Hubrion went to clear dungeons.

With this, World Conqueror would surely rise in the rankings much faster. They could focus on their tasks without worrying about other players and guilds who were after them, too.

"Make sure not to give the others any trouble, alright?" Ren said to Leonel and Ragnar before he and the others set off for the surface to begin their adventure to the Heaven Realm.

"How rude," Leonel muttered when they were gone. "What does he think I am?"

Leonel then waved his hand at Ragnar's group as they started to separate ways as well.

"By the way, I'm curious as to what Azazel would do with the players and guilds that Ren had listed for him," Isolde started.

"Are you really going to kill them?" Roz added.

"That's right," Avaris answered without a second thought.

"Oh!" Leonel's eyes shone. "Azazel might appear young, but he is a capable Demon Lord!"

Avaris smiled, his eyes narrowing slightly. "It might be impossible for other Demon Lords before him, but Lord Azazel is different. He has forged connections with countless demons and devils here. Nearly ninety percent of the population has pledged allegiance to him, and they would unquestionably follow his commands."

Avaris then snickered. "Those players will soon regret going against Ren in the first place."

Isolde and the others' mouths dropped open.

"Whoa, he's that awesome?!"

Avaris grinned. "He is an idiot, but he is also strong and capable. There's something about him that draws everyone to him."

"A natural-born leader," Isolde remarked, "just like Ren."
