Mommy Villainess-Chapter 355: A Mother’s Rage

[A few moments earlier...]

Tilly waited until Nia’s ashes vanished into thin air.

[She’s gone– she’s finally gone.]

But she knew that even though Nia was already gone, the entire thing wasn’t over yet.

She got distracted when she felt Winter’s sudden burst of power.

[My baby...!]

She wanted to go after her son even though she knew Kiho already went there. Even so, she held back.

After all, the Fire Mages weren’t done dealing with the Crades yet.

[I have to help them.]

"Supreme Fire Mage, please leave this to us!"

Tilly looked up at the Fire Mage who descended to talk to her. "Will you be alright?"

The Fire Mage was familiar to her, but she wasn’t in the state to remember.

[My mind is filled with my concerns about Winter...]

"Lord Nystrom already took care of the strongest Crades among the bunch," the Fire Mage reported to her. "We can take care of the remaining monsters."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, Supreme. It’s doable."

"Then I’ll leave it in your capable hands," Tilly said, squeezing the Fire Mage’s shoulder. "Thanks, Camille."

She was glad she remembered the Fire Mage’s name.

Camille, who seemed surprised that she knew her name, smiled and bowed towards her. "We’re glad to be of help to you, Supreme."

"I’ll be back," Tilly said, smiling. "Hang in there."

After saying goodbye to Camille and the other Fire Mages who turned to her, she stomped on the ground as she summoned her phoenix wings– Black Phoenix wings, to be precise.

Then Tilly flew over in the direction where Winter’s fluctuating Mana was coming from.

Needless to say, she flew in the fastest way possible.

She was focused on reaching Winter and Kiho quickly when she noticed a person flying away from where her son and husband should be.

That blue hair...

... and that violent wind around that person.

[Elis Ripperton!]

She should have known that only a bastard like the Blue Dragon would try to harm her son!

Tilly thought she was already flying at maximum speed. But after seeing Elis Ripperton who looked like he was running away, she realized that she could fly faster. Hence, she chased after the Blue Dragon and caught up to him easily.

[Something is wrong...]

Elis Ripperton turned to her with a shocked look on his face. "Soleil!"

For the first time, the Blue Dragon didn’t look happy to see her.

And she had a vague idea why.

"You lost your divine power?" Tilly asked indifferently, then she grabbed Elis Ripperton by the back of his neck– causing him to let out an agonizing groan. "You’re coming down with me, you dragon bastard."

Thanks to her sharp eyes, she instantly spotted her husband who was carrying their son in his arms.

And Winter looked like he was in pain.

[This bastard...!]

Tilly squeezed Elis Ripperton’s neck painfully until he groaned as a complaint as they descended down.

The ground shook when she landed, her feet creating a little crater.

Of course, she didn’t let go of the Blue Dragon’s neck.

Kiho smiled upon seeing her. "Honey."

"What happened to Winter, honey?" Tilly asked worriedly while walking towards him. And that was when she noticed IT around Winter’s neck. That made her freeze. "Finger marks..."

Of course, she noticed that Winter’s hair had turned silver.

But the thing that caught her attention the most was the "necklace" around his neck.

Her son was obviously strangled.

And she could instantly tell who did that horrible thing.

Tilly turned to Elis Ripperton with a cold look on her face, then she literally threw him away without warning.

After that, while the Blue Dragon was in the air, she threw a ball of Black Flame at him.

Elis Ripperton yelled in agony while descending back to the ground, his body still engulfed in Black Flame.

The Blue Dragon fell unconscious when he hit the ground.

At the same time, the Black Flame disappeared.

"He really lost his power," Tilly said, amused. "The Black Flame I threw at him was weak enough that he could block it with his wind. But he didn’t... no, he couldn’t."

"Hehehe."

Tilly turned to Winter when she heard her son grin. "Winter, are you alright?"

"I’m fine, Mom," Winter assured her in a weak yet jolly voice. "Mom, Dad, Elis Ripperton is no longer a god."

Tilly and Kiho both looked confused.

"I turned into my Moon Serpent form earlier," Winter said. Although his voice still sounded weak, they could tell that their son was excited. "I bit Elis Ripperton, and my venom sealed his divine power. To be precise, my venom has the ability to destroy the divine power that gods possess." Their son flashed them a boyish grin that let them know he was really fine despite his current voice. "Mom, Dad, this ability is the reason why I’m called the God Slayer."

[Ah, that’s right.]

Winter was the Moon Serpent.

The God Slayer.

And the one destined to kill Aku Moonchester.

[I hate to put my son in danger, but...]

"Winter, can you still fight?"

Kiho was surprised by her question.

And she knew why her husband had that reaction.

[Kiho knows that the thing I hate the most in the world is making our children fight dangerous battles. But we don’t have a choice right now.]

"I’m sorry, baby," Tilly said, her heart heavy with guilt. "As a mother, I didn’t want you to fight. But I’m the Supreme Fire Mage, and you’re the Moon Serpent even though you’re still young. And so..."

"We have to stop Aku Moonchester once and for all," Winter said while nodding firmly. "Don’t worry, Mom. I can still fight..." He trailed off, then he shook his head and rephrased his own words. "I WILL fight, Mom."

She smiled sadly at her son, then she looked back and forth between Winter and Kiho. "Nia, before she died, she told me that Kyro has possibly possessed Aku Moonchester’s body."

Winter looked shocked by her revelation.

Kiho, too, as his eyes widened from shock. "The Moon God is currently possessing Aku Moonchester’s body?"

"Worse, I’ve confirmed from Nia that Aku Moonchester– who is now possessed by the Moon God– is at Solarium right now," Tilly said worriedly. "I’m worried about Brother Wixx and Solaris, honey."

"Mom, Dad, let’s go."

Tilly and Kiho both turned to Winter.

"Let’s go to Solarium," Winter said determinedly. "Let’s end Kyro and Aku Moonchester, then save my brother Julian."
