Monster Gacha System: Becoming The Final Boss-Chapter 151 | Heaven’s Fall Technique
In the desolate wasteland hundreds of kilometers away from the frontlines, the Rogue Blade and Duke September fought against one another in a devastating clash.
The surface of the barren landscape was marked by wretched scars, deep chasms, and craters, and several canyons cut through the wasteland.
They fought at insane speeds, becoming nothing more than blurs to the eyes of humans and vampires alike. The flashes of the blades deflecting one another flickered.
A reminder of their intense contest of swordsmanship.
Though unlike Francine, who wielded the Zweihander, Duke September merely utilized his spatial slashes and bombarded the Rogue Blade.
But it was all for naught since she could easily deflect them with ease.
The clashes promptly calmed down as the two adversaries stood before each other. There wasn't a trace of exhaustion on their bodies.
It was as though they were merely going for a stroll.
"As expected of the White Devil's strongest subordinate, you're even stronger than some Paragons." Duke September remarked, praising the capabilities of the Rogue Blade.
His spatial slashes ignored durability and defensive power. Usually, his opponents would dodge his attack instead of deflecting it.
This was the first time that someone actually dared to block his spatial slashes. If it were a vampire, he would have asked for marriage. Unfortunately, she was a human pest.
Strong humans must be eliminated.
Those were the orders that escaped the beautiful lips of their progenitor when the Clan collapsed under the weight of the Revolution. It was their greatest humiliation since arriving in the New World.
It wasn't something the True Bloods could forget. After all, they had failed the Clan and their Master. What was supposed to be their Golden Age became this.
A mere transfer of what they did in their former world. The thought alone was bothersome for the True Bloods.
"Duke September... In terms of ranking, you're amongst the elite in the rankings of the True Bloods." Francine narrowed her sapphire-like gaze; her golden-tinted glasses glinted with frost.
"I expected you to be much stronger."
"Is this all you can do?" She tilted her head, wondering whether this was the limit of the True Blood. In terms of capabilities, the True Blood didn't seem special.
One could argue about their Microcosms, but unless it was a Macrocosm. The refinement didn't matter to the Rogue Blade.
This wasn't arrogance, but confidence.
Duke September squinted his eyes, angered by the words of the Rogue Blade. He understood what she meant. After all, she wasn't a Paragon of Humanity.
Despite her title as the Rogue Blade, the general populations of both the Federation and the Clan considered her a bit lower than the Paragons.
It was for this reason that he was sent to handle her.
But after clashing against over ten thousand times, she was much more troublesome than any Paragons he had fought. In simpler terms, the Duke considered her a monster.
He should have expected the discrepancies. After all, even the Clan has the same unique case within the ranks of the True Bloods.
Marquis July, the daughter of the progenitor, was much stronger than some True Bloods above her. The same could be said of the Rogue Blade.
In any case, clashing against her would be nothing more than a waste of energy. If the Duke wanted to win, an imprinted domain had to be utilized.
He was confident in his refinement as it was amongst the best in the True Bloods. There weren't many people above him.
Little did he know that his extreme refinement of his Microcosm proved to be useless against the layered domain of the Macrocosm.
Duke September took a deep breath, his crimson eyes glaring at the gorgeous lady in front of him who wielded a giant blade. One instant... That was all he needed for his Microcosm to activate.
Noticing the gaze of the True Blood, Francine also realized what he intended to do. But she didn't care and was instead intrigued.
After all, since awakening her Macrocosm, her understanding of the imprinted domain had grown far beyond even the Paragons.
A couple of seconds passed, yet to the vampire, it felt like an eternity. Thoughts flooded his mind about the Microcosm, ready for an imprinted domain clash.
"Microcosm: Cuts of Reality."
An imprinted domain descended upon the world, consuming the scarred battlefield in its wake. It was immediate, but Francine held her gargantuan blade tightly and felt time slowing down.
Imprinted Domains were the pinnacle of what could be considered normal in the New World. They were the greatest weapons of powerhouses, a gap that not even time and talent could easily surpass.
But after conquering the wall of existence and awakening her Layered Domain. Everything became clear as though she were enlightened by the Akashic Records.
Francine tensed her muscles and swung her Zweihander downward. It was her first-created technique since awakening her Macrocosm. An ability capable of cleaving through her obstacles.
"Heaven's Fall!"
When the Zweihander made contact with the surface of the Microcosm, its spherical form shuddered as though it was struck by the weight of the world.
Inside the Microcosm: Cuts of Reality, Duke September widened his crimson gaze in utter shock. The scene before him was beyond expectations.
Usually, when the Microcosm descended, opponents would also follow suit. By then, it would be a battle of whose imprinted domain was far more refined.
"How could this be?" 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖
Unfortunately, Microcosms required intense concentration. After all, a single distraction would result in defeats during imprinted domain clashes.
As a result, his mind was concentrated on maintaining his Microcosm. What the Rogue Blade did was beyond what was considered extraordinary in the New World.
It was akin to a miracle.
Of course, for those who couldn't awaken their Macrocosms.
If the gap between those with Microcosms and those without was a dangerous sea across continents, the divide between Microcosm and the Macrocosm could only be described as worlds apart.
Duke September could only watch as a flash of golden light descended upon him. No one knew what thoughts flooded his mind during this instant.
Only he himself knew what he thought.
Heaven's Fall could be considered the strongest blade slash in the New World. When it completely descended upon the world, a new sea was carved out alongside the Atlantic Ocean.
The New World shook as though the world was ending. Some structures near the southern frontier of the Federation and the northern territories of the Clan collapsed.
Damien, who separated from his partner, also felt the shaking and the flash of golden brilliance in the distance. It was beyond the blurred horizon, yet the power emanating from it wasn't to be underestimated.
Marquis February and Marquis April glanced at one another while the earth shook beneath them. Such power came from the direction where the True Bloods and the White Devil supposedly dueled.
They wondered if it was Marquis June that brought about such an extreme earthquake, but the two shook their heads. After all, an opponent stood in front of them.
"Damien of the SIGIL Seventh Division, you shall die in the hands of the Clan. Be honored!" Marquis February remarked, arrogance dripping from his tone.
The gargantuan stature spanning at least two and a half meters wasn't supposed to be threatening for the True Bloods, who fought far larger adversaries.
But there was that intensity permeating from him.
It was as if they were standing before an abomination.
Damien's lips curved into a subtle smile. After all, his Terror Points were increasing, and they originated from the two in front of him.

The Cryptic Eyes of Dominion was an alternate dimension that reflected the New World. Its relied on the aetheric background of reality, which meant that it was a perfect resemblance. Because of this, the two didn't even notice the changes.
They mere thought that Damien merely teleported them somewhere else.
