I looked at the pitched black door in the center of the round hall, which looked like, it had been carved out of the smoothest granite.

I did not immediately walk toward the door and instead got closer to the skeletons.

It is very hard to describe its gender, as it saw men and women simultaneously, but one would forget them when one looks at those eyes.

They held no emotions in them, but they were captivating, so much so that I unknowingly continued to stare at them for more than three minutes before I came to out myself.

"Fuck!" I cursed loudly but immediately felt like I had committed some sort of blasphemy and was unconsciously about to bow for forgiveness when I had stopped myself.

"This place," I said slowly while activating all my mental defenses to the fullest before looking around at all this divinity.

This place is filled with divinity; there is so much that I had never sensed before in my life, even a few of the above limited divine crystals that Rhaek had pale compared to the divinity I am feeling here.

It is all coming from the statue; the whole statue is carved from the divine crystal.

It is shocking when one thinks about the sheer amount of divine crystals needed to make the statue.

It is one of the rarest and most precious commodities in the world, and here some rich bastards have carved a whole statue out of it.

The whole thing had flabbergasted me, but excitement took over, and I moved toward the statue.

A few hundred meters later, I had to stop myself. The divinity has become so dense that it begins to create a suppressive atmosphere that begins to make me feel breathless.

It had also made taking steps harder due to the sheer density of the divine energy.

To be honest, I have never I would come across such a heavy amount of divine energy that will make even taking a step forward a challenge.

It seemed like it was a wet dream of every powerhouse turned nightmare.

"Father, do you want the statue?" asked Nero from my head. "Yes, try if you can take out a small piece of it and be careful," I said and warned when Nero flew toward the statue, hearing my first word.

He did not seem to have any problem with the divinity like he did not have any problem when he entered dense energy areas that would kill me.

It took him a few seconds to reach the statue, and immediately, his mouth became hug, wanting to swallow the open palm of the statue.

His huge mouth covered the palm, and he closed it and swallowed it when suddenly, he got repelled hard and had to turn into mist to absorb the force before constructing into a small wolf cub.

"I am going to try again," he said before I could even open my mouth and tried again and once again repelled before trying again.

"Enough, Nero; there are obviously powerful restrictions there," I said when he was about to try for the fourth time.

His expression turned sad, and he flew toward me, sulking.

"It is fine; sometimes we have to bear the disappointments," I said, and I patted him as I took him in my arms.

I was patting when Ashlyn chirped haughtily; her target was obviously Nero, who glared at her immediately from my hands.

As to just to take it above the limit, I had to use 50% of the divine crystals I had, which is a huge amount, as I am counting all the divine crystals I have got from Grimm's storages, including Rhaek and Old Snakes.
