This time, I didn't say anything.

For a few seconds, nobody spoke, before a wooden box appeared in his hand and he handed it to me.

"Please, accept this as my thanks," he said, and I took the box without hesitation. I deserve it; he was nearly gone and if not for me, he would have died.

Not to mention the things I had used were very rare and I hope, whatever it has, would be enough to make up for what I had spent.

"Thank you," I said and walked away.

"Hey, stop," said the familiar voice, and couldn't help, but sigh internally. What I am fearing that happened and I hope, I will be able to get out of it soon and safely.

"The energies of Rosdaris hall are stuck in my chest. I tried to remove them, but couldn't and now they seemed to be sucking my energies," he said.

"Have you tried neutralizing them with your energy?" I asked, and a flash of anger appeared in his eyes.

"Do you think I am stupid? Of course, I tried, but instead of helping, it had started to strengthen them," he replied irritatingly.

"Let me check," I said and walked toward him, raising my hand.

"Don't try anything else or you will regret what will happen to you," he warned before removing the armor from the part of his chest.

I didn't say anything to that and placed my hand on his chest before closing my eyes.

A little more than three minutes later, I opened my eyes, and they were serious. The problem is more serious than I thought.

"Thank energy is getting unstable as it absorbs your energies. If it keeps absorbing, it will explode. The explosion won't kill you, but it will damage your veins and core." I replied and could see him shuddering.

It took me one hour and three minutes to get rid of those energies. I did a thorough job, that not even a speck of it remained.

"Well, you really were able to able to remove those injuries," he said and got up, before walking away with a big smile on his face.

Forget paying me. He didn't even say thank you and he didn't bid about it. Instead, there is a sick joy in his eyes.

I am sure he wants me to ask him for his services. Well, I will not. I know people like him, no matter what I say. It will not make him pay me.

"He had saved your life. You should at least pay him for what he had used," said a stone-skinned Sky Sovereign.

"Fuck off!" he said and walked away with a huge grin on his face.
