Chapter 4308 Little Something
Volsnorth
Ting!
A bell rang, and a name flashed in front of me. The name is nothing special, but it made me alert immediately.
One of the secret alert pods activated about two weeks ago. Only Michael Zaar knew about this pod.
I created this pod and placed them all over the continent. I would give the location of these pods to the seeds under me.
This includes Michael. If he is in trouble, he could contact me through them without anyone noticing. They are secret, and nobody knows about them.
They are designed this way, and every Prime is encouraged to make them.
When alerted, I secretly sent a person there—a Primary-III—because every Sovereign is being watched. Even some primaries aren't spared.
Things have become more difficult since the news came out. Even after years, we have Primes around our organization; currently, seven are near our island.
We could deal with them, but that would escalate things, and we don't want that. We have even slowed down our cult hunting.
It affected things such that some organizations had begun asking us to resume it in full force like before.
The organizations might not like Tor, but they know we are very good at dealing with cultists. When we slow down or stop, it rapidly affects the things.
Only Sky Sovereign and below organizations had asked us to resume the high enforcement, but with how things are going, the Prime's would soon ask to.
We will need some guarantees from them.
We don't like to do that, but the lives of members are at stake. So, we remind everyone how important we are for their safety.
The pod was triggered, but I didn't think Michael did it; rather, he was there asking for help.
He is much smarter than that, but it is desperate times. So, I didn't completely discard that opinion away. In a few seconds, I will know the truth.
The alert was about Primary-III returning.
A few seconds passed, and I saw him appear on the disk. Mark met him as he got out of the hall, and a Primary handed him something.
Knock Knock!
A knock appeared on my door, and I opened it. A moment later, Mark walked inside.
"Prime Volnorth," he greeted. I nodded. "Have you received the package?" I asked. "Yes, Prime," he replied, placing the box in front of me.
It is a palm-sized wooden box. It looked nothing special, so I wanted to open it immediately, but I controlled the urge and turned to Mark.
"What did he see, when he reached there?" I asked. "Nothing. As he reached the spot, the place reacted somehow, revealing the box," he replied.
I could see there were a lot of questions in Mark's eyes. He is curious, but didn't ask.
"Thank you, Mark," I thanked. Knowing a dismissal, he bowed and walked out of my office, while I turned to the box in front of me as the door closed.
I didn't immediately touch it. Instead, I activated the privacy measures before taking the box in my hand.
Buzz!
Immediately, it buzzed, to my surprise. I have been very careful. I have not released even a speck of energy or the spark of law, but it was still activated.
I wanted to put away the box, but I controlled the urge and watched as the light came out, forming a familiar face. Seeing it, I sent the message.
"Prime Volnorth, I am glad it reached you," said Michael, with a small smile.
At that very moment, Lord Iloh and Lady Binah appeared beside me. I had already broken some rules by not informing them about the pod alert.
It would be bad if I didn't, alert them now. I am sure it is safe for Michael now. Whatever trace he had left behind near the pod would have disappeared already.
Their eyes focused on the box and Michael's face.
"I want to apologize to you and Tor, for problems you are suffering because of me."
"I do not doubt that I wanted to tell you about my secret many times, but I understood very well that it won't be safe for me, you, and the whole organization."
I could see the remorse and guilt in his eyes. I want to say it's not his fault. I would have done the same if I had been in his place.
"I wish I could do something to make these problems go away, but I could not. So, I sent a little something.,"
"The box contained, the things I had gathered in my journey. Many I had grown myself and crafted. Please, take it as my thanks for you and the organization that did this for me," he said, and the projection disappeared.
Prime Iloh waved his hand as it happened, and I felt myself moving.
A few seconds later, I found myself in a vast hall, with three more Silver Primes looking at me. There are five Silver Primes, with me as the only Prime.
Buzz!
I felt the formation activating around the hall. It was so powerful that I felt breathless for a moment.
I have never been to this place, but I heard about it. We are inside the floating island. In one of the protected places, even Golden Prime would have a problem seeing through.
"Open the box, Volsnorth," ordered Lady Binah.
Click!
I hesitated momentarily before opening the box, which opened without any resistance.
As I did, bubbles began to emerge from it—bubbles made of spatial power, each holding different things.
These bubbles are connected to the box. I could feel, I could open them easily. Soon, their number reaches hundreds and then thousands, before finally the last one came.
It was not alone; with it came out several scrolls. Of which two scrolls opened themselves. One contained my name and the names of a few familiar people.
The first one indicates that there are resources available here that possess a hint of forbidden power, and beneath it is the list of those resources.
"Origin Elements!"
I was reading those scrolls when I heard Lord Yardov gasp. His shining eyes were focused on the particular bubble. "The Prime Grade nectar; there are ten thousand bottles of it!" gasped Lady Binah.
It is not easy to shock Silver Prime, but here they are, shocked as Primary. Looking at stuff, Michael had sent.
However, I am the most shocked. This is wealth that a Sky Sovereign shouldn't have, but here it is.
It took a while for Silver Primes to calm down, though I could see thousands of questions in their eyes as they examined all these things.
"Most of the resources are sky grade and below, with 50% with a hint of forbidden,"
"These resources will be tremendously useful to the younger generation. Especially the resources like honey, metal essence fruits, stainless lotuses," said Lord Iloh.
I could feel the power of these resources. Despite being at Sky Grade, they would be useful to Prime, like me.
"But first, let's divide them according to the will," said Lady Binah, and I handed the box to her. A few seconds later, the resources moved.
Soon, there were a few hundred bubbles in front of me. This is what Michael has given me.
Including the origin element and five hundred bottles of Prime grade nectar. Metal essence fruits, and other resources. That immediately made me extremely wealthy.
Forget the origin elements. A single bottle of the nectar is precious enough to make Primes fight like cats and dogs. Unlike the regular Prime Grade nectar, which is extremely, this one had forbidden power in it, making it even more precious.
I am not the only recipient of it. He left something for Prime Aevith and his friends.
The organization will manage the rest, which is above 90% of all resources. They will use it as they see fit.

"Volsnorth, not a word of it should be leaked. Keep these resources in the organization when you go out," ordered Prime Iloh. "I understand, Lord Iloh," I replied.
It is necessary. People are already wildly searching for Michael. If they learn about the resources that he sent to the organization, they will become even crazier, which will affect Tor.
Some are already accusing us of harboring Michael.
I walked out of the hall a minute later while Silver Prime remained. Discussing the resources and those unopened scrolls.
I am curious about them, but they are for Silver Primes to see.
