MTL - Harry Potter and the Badger Who Can’t Magic-Chapter 79 trip to france
He ran to his room, dug the Dumbledore letter out of the box, and hurried downstairs.
Mr. Brown has come out of the bathroom, sitting on the sofa wiping his hair.
Auston put the letter on the coffee table, and briefly told them about eating the Philosopher's Stone in the stone chamber.
"I'm going to France!"
When the Browns and Sissi read the letters from Dumbledore and Nicole May, Auston said firmly.
"Listen, child," Mr. Brown handed the letter to his wife, "we are all proud of your willingness to sacrifice yourself to keep the peace in the wizarding world, but I hope that such a thing has to be approved by me and your mother. After all, you are Our son!"
Mr. Brown looked very angry, and Mrs. Brown pursed her lips and said nothing.
The temperature in the room suddenly froze. Sissi looked at her father and then at her mother, and hurriedly came out to smooth things out.
"Dad——, there's nothing you can do about Oss. You don't even look at the long wounds on his body, but you teach him a lesson with a straight face."
Hearing this, Mrs. Brown felt distressed for her son. She stretched out her hand and pulled Auston, "Come, let mom see how the wound is."
Auston hurriedly pulled his clothes and fled in horror, "Okay... much better!"
Seeing his embarrassed look, Qian Qian snickered while covering her mouth.
"Then... that, I said I'm going to France, do you have anything to say?" Auston hurriedly sorted out his clothes and changed the subject.
Mr. Brown pondered for a while,
"Daisy, I think you should send a letter to Headmaster Dumbledore." He turned to his wife and said.
Mrs Brown nodded and went to fetch her owl.
"Auston," Mr. Brown looked at him with blue eyes and was rather worried, "Has your body changed after eating that stone?"
Auston glanced at Sissi, and the little girl was listening intently, without seeming to think of anything.
"No, nothing has changed." He didn't know why he chose to hide it.
"Oh," Mr. Brown nodded, looking at him earnestly with his fingers together,
"It's not that I didn't believe you when I asked your mother to write to Dumbledore. It's just that we need to know more about the development of the situation, and what you are going to do in France and when you will come back."
Auston was very understanding.
Early the next morning, Auston saw the young gray owl again.
He took the letter from its mouth and gave it another small piece of cheese.
"Mother, Professor Dumbledore has a letter." He handed the letter to Mrs. Brown in the kitchen.
"Okay," Mrs. Brown wiped her hands and took the letter.
"Well... The letter said that you'd better go to France to see, maybe you can find a solution to your inability to cast the spell."
She closed the envelope, "Okay, I agree, I have to check the weather in Paris on August 1."
Auston smiled and ran upstairs to pack his luggage. He knew that the Browns had always had blind trust in Dumbledore.
The little devil Qian Qian came in from the door at some point.
"Are you really going to Paris?"
Auston was taking out the clothes one by one from the closet and putting them in the box. He hummed casually without raising his head.
"Oss, I can't believe that you didn't tell me such an interesting thing."
Auston looked up, and Sissy was looking at him with watery eyes.
"Oh, my dear sister, I'm not here to play. I have business."
He dropped the wizard's robe he was hesitant to take, and pulled Sissi to sit by the bed.
"Qian Qian, I don't know what I'll encounter this time, or whether what I'm doing is dangerous. You must listen to your parents carefully at home and don't cause trouble."
After hearing this, Qian Qian nodded her head obediently.
"Okay, let's go out," Auston patted her golden head, "I'll be leaving in a few days, I have to pack my things quickly."
Although she was reluctant, Qian Qian went out obediently.
On the morning of August 1st, Auston dragged the big suitcase downstairs, and Dad helped him put the suitcase into the trunk.
Auston sat in the co-pilot and waved goodbye to the two ladies at home, and then the car drove out of 36 Low Lilac Street.
Soon at the airport, Dad dragged the suitcase, and Allston trotted after him.
"Hurry up, Auston, take out your passport, we're going to change the boarding pass." Mr. Brown ordered.
Aston ran, he took out his passport from the backpack behind him and held it in his hand.
After a lot of tossing, they finally managed to check in and get the boarding pass.
"You must take care of yourself when you arrive in Paris," Mr. Brown instructed carefully before going through the security check.
"If you can't use owls over there, call back every day and let us know about you. Also, here are the francs I exchanged yesterday," Mr. Brown shoved him a thick stack of notes. " Don't tell your mother, don't save everything abroad, you must spend the money you should spend."
Auston looked at the colorful coins in his hand, his heart was quite touched, he nodded heavily,
"Don't worry, Dad, I will take care of myself."
"Well, dear son," Mr. Brown patted his head, "go ahead."
After Auston passed the security check and entered the terminal, he could still see Mr. Brown waving to him from a distance.

After nearly two hours of turbulence, the plane landed smoothly at Charles de Gaulle Airport.
On the radio, the flight attendant used the strong French English and authentic French to say goodbye to the passengers and thank them~www.novelbuddy.com~ In fact, he could not hear that the flight attendant's French was not authentic.
He was originally a language idiot. After all, the English he learned in Datian Dynasty for more than ten years was all American accents. After coming to this world, it took him several years to change his full of American accents into British accents. For this reason, he also made jokes in the school several times because of the floor.
Before he came, he had been apprehensive. Don't know French, what if you don't communicate well with the local people here. Or Nicole May's English-French accent is too hard to understand.
Until he dragged the suitcase out of the terminal, he finally felt relieved when he saw the old man who was longer than Dumbledore's beard.
"Ah, I guess you must be Mr. Auston Brown." The white-bearded old man said with a smile, and Auston could hardly hear the taste of baguette in his words.
"Yes... yes, hello, Mr. Flamel."
Auston freed a box-drag hand to shake the big old man's hand.
"You don't have to be so restrained child," Nicole May smiled kindly. "You must be exhausted from the road."
He patted Auston on the shoulder,
"Let's go, my wife has prepared a sumptuous lunch for you, I promise, you'll never want to go back to England after eating those. Come on, hold on to me."
Saying that, he took Auston's hand.
"Wait! Sir," Auston explained hurriedly, "Professor Dumbledore may not have told you that I can't Apparate." He was afraid that Nicole May would Apparate and leave him alone.
Nico smiled, and he blinked mischievously, "Who said I was going to Apparate?"
He stretched out his left hand, and a beautiful sapphire ring on his little finger glowed faintly in the sun.
