These mysterious people were dressed in long black robes, wearing masks that obscured their faces. They held strange weapons emitting eerie light.

"You have finally appeared." A mysterious individual spoke, voice low and hoarse. Shen Jingqi and Li Baiyu watched them warily, asking, "Who are you? Why did you attack us?" The mysterious person let out a cold laugh and said, "You don't need to know who we are; you only need to know that your end has come."

Li Baiyu watched them warily, asking, "What exactly do you want to do?" The mysterious person let out a cold laugh and said, "This Crystal Ball is a precious item of our organization, containing great power. Once we obtain it, we can achieve our goals."

"What are your goals?" Li Baiyu asked. The mysterious person did not answer her question but charged at her. Li Baiyu quickly grabbed her weapon and began fighting the mysterious individuals. But she was already physically weak after the fierce battle, gradually feeling out of energy.

The once tranquil forest was now shrouded in thick fog, like a heavy curtain blocking all vision. "Jingqi, be careful." Li Baiyu said in a lowered voice, her eyes cautiously scanning the surroundings. Her hand tightly gripped the hilt of her sword at her waist, her knuckles turning white from the force.

Shen Jingqi nodded slightly, his gaze piercing: "Senior, I understand. This place has an indescribable sinister air."

Suddenly, a low roar came from deep within the fog, a sound like a call from Hell, sending shivers down the spine. Shortly after, pairs of blood-red eyes flickered in the fog, like burning flames.
