Seeing this, Li Baiyu hurriedly cast her spells. Rays of light shot from her hands, enveloping the dark figure. But the dark figure remained calm, and with a wave of his hands, a black barrier appeared in front of him, blocking Li Baiyu's magic.

"Is this all you've got?" the dark figure taunted. His eyes showed disdain, as if watching a group of ants struggling.

The man seized the opportunity, quietly circling behind the dark figure. His heartbeat suddenly quickened, and sweat gathered in his palms. "Must succeed!" he silently prayed. Then, he lunged at the dark figure, thrusting his weapon toward the faint light on the dark figure's chest.

The dark figure seemed to sense the danger behind him, tried to evade, but it was too late. The man's weapon accurately struck the weak point on the dark figure's chest, causing the dark figure to let out a wretched cry, his body shuddering slightly.
