My Aloof Husband, Mr. Drexler, Dotes Me Excessively-Chapter 331: Having Fun?!
Under the moonlight, the handsome man, even as he rowed, exuded an aura of dominance...
Summer Shawcross was entranced, watching Noah Drexler.
Just then, the man who had heard her giggle frowned and looked at her displeased.
"It’s funny?" His way of rowing is laughable?!
The man’s displeased voice snapped Summer back to reality.
She blinked her eyes, looked around, and purposefully changed the subject.
"Noah Drexler, this water is so cool, it feels nice..." As she spoke, she suddenly dipped her hand into the water, gently swaying her fingers.
Seeing her shift the topic, Noah furrowed his brows but didn’t expose her, simply lowering his eyes to watch the little woman opposite him seriously playing with water.
That fair little face was now full of happiness, looking not like a twenty-year-old but a girl of thirteen or fourteen...
Watching her delight in playing with the water, a faint smile appeared on Noah’s stern face.
How easily satisfied is she, that she can be so happy playing with a bit of water?
Just as he was watching her intently, Summer, who was bending over to play with the water, mischievously lifted her hand from the water and flicked it lightly towards him...
Mischievous droplets of water landed on his nose and face, and his expression darkened slightly.
He frowned, pretending to look sternly at her.
"Is it that fun?!"
Is playing with water not enough for her that she has to drag him into it too?
Hearing the man’s stern voice, Summer shivered slightly, quickly smiling at him, and softly apologized.
"It’s just a joke, don’t be angry..."
As her soft voice sounded, Noah’s expression paused, and after a moment, he moved his lips, ordering the mischievous woman opposite him.
"Sit properly, or if you fall overboard, I’ll leave you here."
Hearing this, instead of showing fear, Summer pouted defiantly and deliberately said.
"If you leave, just leave. Whoever saves me, I’ll go home with them!" 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮
Tonight’s scenery was so beautiful, her mood had never been this relaxed, so her mischievous nature emerged again.
Moreover, on the small boat, she figured Noah couldn’t do much to her, so she couldn’t resist teasing his not-so-great temper.
Sure enough, after she spoke, his expression darkened, his grip on the oar stopped, and his movements ceased.
"Summer Shawcross, you dare!" He frowned tightly, his eyes fixed on the woman challenging him!
Whoever dared take her home, he’d ruin them!
Being stared at by his gaze, Summer’s heart tightened, realizing perhaps she had taken the joke too far...
She adjusted herself, then softly spoke, innocently.
"You’re the one who said you’d leave me..."
Her words fell, and Noah was silent for two seconds before his deep voice sounded again.
"Wouldn’t you wait for me there?"
This woman, couldn’t she wait for him there for a while instead of thinking of leaving with another man?
His question left Summer speechless, and she responded with a silent complaint.
"Then why would you leave me..."
