My Curse? A Different Yandere in Every Reincarnation-Chapter 172: Removal of Slime
Chapter 172: Removal of Slime
"Shizune, why do you need these things?" Beatriz asks me as she hands me a necromancer’s blood in a vial, a match, a white candle she uses, and chalk.
"I just want to try something, I’ll bring your dinner soon so don’t worry," I say with a smile. She’s already healed people and I’ve taken care of the administration while she slept, so now all that’s left is to bring her dinner and the day can end.
’She got everything ready in less than an hour.’ How fast, but with these things I’ll finally be able to get the slime off my head.
"Okay, if you need anything else, just let me know and be careful where you use that!" She says, handing me the materials as I take them outside. I quickly run away, entering a room and freezing the cracks and hinges of the door to make sure no one will enter.
’Okay, from what I understand of the explanation on how to remove the slime, I just need to mix the necromancer’s blood with the white candle.’ I start mixing, the red liquid soon becoming opaque and grayish when mixed with the candle, indicating it’s correct.
’Okay, now I need to throw a lot of chalk in.’ I crush the chalk with my hands until it’s like dust, then mix it with the blood and candle in a larger container. The color of the blood soon turns completely white.
’Now I need to burn it with the match and it should be ready for consumption...’ I light the match and slowly bring it to the mixture. It quickly catches fire, and I get nervous, but the fire soon dies down until it disappears, and the mixture turns black.
"Well...is that it?" What’s left after the fire is a strange black liquid, and I’m not sure what it is or why it turned out that way, but in theory, if I drink this, the slime will come out of my head.
"...It looks like it’s going to taste horrible...I wonder if this isn’t actually poison...well, I’m not going to die anyway, so it’s worth a try." I murmur as I bring the container to my mouth, taking a deep breath before quickly swallowing it all. It tastes so bad that it almost makes me vomit, and it’s incredibly bitter.
"..." After drinking it all, my body shivers in disgust, and my head seems to throb as if something is moving inside it. It’s somewhat painful and uncomfortable.
"Ugh." I let out a groan of pain as I hold my head, feeling something viscous and a bit scary coming out of my ear. It’s not quite what I imagined would happen.
I fall to the floor in the strange pain until the sensation completely stops. I quickly get up, seeing a small, pinkish slime writhing on the floor.
"I can’t believe that bitch Estella shoved this thing in my head." I freeze the slime and stomp on it until it’s completely fragmented, but I’m not sure if it’s dead, so I try to freeze it to a degree where it’s impossible to survive.
It would be terrible if I underestimated this thing and it crawled into Beatriz’s head. I can even imagine it: I froze and fragmented the slime, then left the room, but it was actually still alive, and it rejoined and crawled out of the room, slithering through the church until it entered someone’s head, conveniently Beatriz’s. I can’t let that happen.
’With this, I now have 0 influence from Estella in my body, aside from the milk, which doesn’t have much of a solution.’ It was easy to solve the problem, but it’s not easy to resolve the consequences of what has already been done.
Beatriz now seems much more interested in drinking milk from my breast instead of from a cup, as she was before. At least without the slime, I know I won’t say or ask for anything ridiculous.
"Slimes..." I think about how they’re an interesting thing. If this one affected the head, I wonder if there’s one that increases strength? It would be interesting to think about, not that I have the courage to let another one of those things parasite my body.
"I think it’s impossible for it to survive at this point." I froze it at -79 degrees Celsius. I doubt anything could come out alive after being frozen at that temperature. A human body, for example, would have its cells frozen almost immediately.
A slime that received that temperature directly in its body shouldn’t be able to withstand it. After all, it didn’t seem to be a very powerful being.
This also shows that my mastery of ice magic is incredible. I wonder if I can ever reach absolute zero. It must be cool to be able to freeze things to absolute zero.
It would literally be my strongest power so far. Of course, that still seems like a distant dream. The most I can do is "atomic freezing" instantly when I use the magic I created to kill Estella.
Atomic freezing is undoubtedly amazing, but it’s still not absolute zero. They’re different concepts.
Absolute zero is the state where particles have reduced their activity so much that they’re practically stationary. In other words, they’re not really stopped, but their activity is so reduced that it’s as if they’re stationary.
Because any and all movement uses kinetic energy, which generates movement based on energy that can be simplified as heat, absolute zero reduces this to such a low level that things practically stop.
This is very different from Atomic Freezing, where the atoms bond into a new rigid structure, like water turning into ice.
"I never thought I’d use physics for this." Ice magic is quite versatile, no doubt. I wonder what the minimum freezing temperature I can reach if I try to use my maximum.
Not that there’s a reason for that. 79 degrees below zero is already too high for almost anything. More power than that might be an exaggeration, of course, if it’s against humans. Since 79 degrees below zero against a god wouldn’t even tickle.
"It’s better I stop wasting time and go get Beatriz’s meal before she decides to come after me." Now that I’ve gotten rid of the slime, I don’t have to worry about it anymore.

"...H-How?!! How?!" I mutter angrily, throwing a flask to the floor.
"Is there a problem, Master Belladonna Kraven?" Estella asks coldly as she approaches.
"Go get my coffee and don’t question me anymore." I say irritably as I throw myself into the chair. The minimal connection with the slime in Shizune has just been destroyed, which means I have no idea where Shizune is or if she’s even alive.
’How the hell did that slime die?’ It wasn’t supposed to happen. The slime was inside Shizune’s head, and I could at least know the slime’s location, even if I didn’t know Shizune’s. But now it’s dead, and without it, I have no way to find Shizune.
But that slime wouldn’t die to just anything.
’Who destroyed it? Was it Shizune herself?’ If it was Shizune’s ice magic, it would be entirely possible to kill that slime. Now how she got it out of her head is what I don’t understand.
"Damn it...I should have predicted this." Shizune has always been so obedient and restrained. I never thought that away from me she would be this rebellious girl who hides well.
"I should have predicted that she was stronger than she showed. In the end, she’s a high-class undead." I murmur, looking at the potion flasks.
’Now this tracking potion is useless. Without the slime, I’ll have to search for Shizune manually...’ I think about the best approach, and I come to the conclusion that the best approach is to form the largest army of undead I can in the shortest time possible.
Normally, necromancers avoid this because it draws attention, but I don’t care about the attention. I need to recover Shizune, and thanks to Estella’s body, I’ll be able to gather a large number of undead twice as fast as normal.
’I need to think, where could Shizune hide to stay out of sight, but still be safe?’ It can’t be the main kingdom, the main headquarters of the church is there, which is a death sentence for an undead.
"I need to start looking in the outskirts, maybe killing more necromancers and controlling their bodies and armies to increase mine might be a good idea." I’ll find Shizune again, even if I have to turn this whole planet upside down.
"...It might also be a good idea to keep an eye on the church’s news." I usually ignore that, but if the church finds Shizune, they’ll report it because she’s a high-class undead, and her defeat would increase the faith of those foolish plebeians.
"Aah, I miss being carried by her." The weight of her huge breasts on my head is something I miss that she doesn’t even realize. I never thought I’d be separated from her for so long.
The longing is like a corrosive poison that affects my normal thoughts. I can’t think straight without her here with me, taking care of me.
"Where are you, Shizune? Come back to me, I love you." I speak to the empty air, spinning in the chair to pass the time as I try to think of what to do. There are many options, but none of them help me find my beloved Shizune quickly.
